Marvel: Undercover in S.H.I.E.L.D., I'm So Evil

Chapter 114: Chapter 114

After finishing her story about the future timeline, Black Widow disappeared with a whoosh, as swiftly as she had arrived. She wasn't idle; she still had several Infinity Stones to return to their correct timelines. As for where Black Widow would put those stones, no one knew. No matter how advanced the technology in the Marvel World, no one had yet invented an Infinity Stone detector.

Although it felt like the Infinity Stones had properties similar to the Dragon Balls—both fulfilled wishes after being collected—if you truly wanted to investigate the root of the matter, who copied whom remained unknown.

Kurohane stared at the Reality Stone in his hand with a hint of difficulty. "Perhaps this is what it means to be favored by the gods," he muttered, a faint smile playing on his lips. "I can acquire rare treasures like the Infinity Stones just by walking down the street. It seems the Sacred Dimension truly has something going on!"

"No wonder Dormammu of the Dark Dimension constantly invades Reality, so his Dark Dimension can continue to grow strong. Yet there's never any news of the Sacred Dimension doing anything of the sort, not even a tiny leak from their fingertips. Just a little would be enough to stop the Dark Dimension's erosion. It must be said, this leg is very thick!" Kurohane smiled faintly. "I must embrace it tightly!"

As Kurohane stared blankly at the Reality Stone, a massive explosion erupted from Asgard's main gate. A blade-shaped spacecraft crashed into the Rainbow Bridge, transforming into a fireball that shot into the sky. Beside the fireball, the optical stealth of another spacecraft's exterior vanished, revealing its true appearance: a black cross-shaped spaceship glowing with red light. From the large cross-shaped spaceship, small blade-shaped spacecraft continuously flew out, attacking the unsuspecting Asgardians. However, judging by the power of the bullets they fired... "They're really no match for Thanos's Sanctuary II!" Kurohane thought.

Immediately after, a series of alarms blared across the skies above Asgard. An orange-yellow defensive shield appeared, protecting the entire Asgardian capital! The Asgardians, who were originally celebrating, screamed and then orderly headed for shelters!

Kurohane: (Eyes widening, realizing.) "The Dark Elves have arrived!"

However, judging by their amateur aerial attack methods, it was no surprise they could be Asgard's opponents. "Come to think of it, it seems I really can't annihilate this group of Dark Elves here." Kurohane sighed. "Just this group of villains, numbering no more than two hundred, with dreadful combat capabilities, and even spaceships that look somewhat abstract, are clearly unqualified existences. They can't even withstand a single blow in front of a master like Odin."

So Kurohane came to a conclusion: the Dark Elves were villains intentionally left by Odin. "Thor needs military achievements, and Asgard needs enemies!!!" He shook his head. "If I were insensitive enough to steal Thor's military achievements, what would I do if Odin, this old man, obligated me to be his son-in-law?!"

"So I can't kill all the Dark Elves myself, but finding a few elite monsters to assess is still possible!"

Whoosh—!

Mjolnir flew out from Kurohane's side, and Thor's flamboyant red cape streaked across the sky, charging towards the cross-shaped spaceship. Despite Thor's sometimes questionable emotional intelligence, this guy truly delivers when there's trouble!

After thinking for a moment, Kurohane still didn't put on that conspicuous Uru metal armor. Not for any other reason, but simply because he was afraid of being too flashy and stealing Thor's thunder. Opening a pair of light wings behind him, he held his Edman Alloy Knife in his hand and leaped out the window, landing right in the middle of three Dark Elves. One spin and three heads rolled to the ground.

[Killed Asgardian Invader Dark Elf x3, Justice Value +200] [Don't ask, just know that no matter how many weaklings you kill, you only get 200 Justice Value!]

Kurohane: (Eyes narrowed, expression disbelieving, a faint smile playing on his lips.) "My system is getting naughtier! I highly suspect it's been defrauding me of Justice Value to improve its intelligence!"

The system remained silent, only wanting to quickly forget this matter!

Kurohane merely chuckled and didn't dwell on the system. But this small discovery was also valuable, but now wasn't the time for it. He still had to find Frigga. Based on the trajectory of fate, she was destined to die today. Her cause of death would be an enhanced Dark Elf, also known as a Cursed Warrior.

"As long as they smash a black stone, they can acquire greater power," Kurohane recalled the information from the future. "This process is irreversible and will rapidly deplete life force. Cells will constantly undergo a cycle between corrosion and self-healing, like cancer cells. While cells have powerful self-healing capabilities, it also causes the user to die quickly. Therefore, this enhancement method is generally used by those of the lowest status within the Dark Elf race."

"Why don't the leaders use this enhancement method? If the leaders had this kind of ideological awareness, would they still be able to fight Asgard to a standstill? They would have gone extinct long ago!"

Kurohane wasn't entirely clear about the Cursed Warrior's power settings, but judging from their appearance in the movie, they were at least twice as strong as Thor, capable of punching Thor into flight! However, that was Hammer God in his Mjolnir-less state. Without Mjolnir, Hammer God was now just a pendant!

"Oh, that's not right either," Kurohane corrected himself with an amused tone. "Without Mjolnir, the God of Hammers is just a lazy fat man staying at home waiting to die! Come to think of it, that doesn't seem to mean anything. Even 100 fat men wouldn't amount to much!"

Drawing a portal in the air with a casual wave, Kurohane appeared beside Frigga in one step. As expected, a humanoid monster wearing a strange mask appeared, at least two and a half meters tall. Its limbs were too thick to be an ordinary Dark Elf. Its outer skin was black, but beneath it, red energy flowed through its veins, making Kurohane feel a trace of a familiar aura!

"The Reality Stone?!"

"The so-called Cursed Warriors are humanoid weapons created by collecting the scattered energy from the Reality Stone and forcibly injecting it into Dark Elf bodies?" Kurohane realized, his eyes widening. "Now everything is connected! The Dark Elves used the Aether Particle, which is a fragment of the Reality Stone, to mass-produce Cursed Warriors, and fought back and forth with the then-powerful Asgardian army, until Odin took that Aether Particle, cutting off the Dark Elves' means of creating Cursed Warriors, so they were no longer a threat. He could safely leave them there as military achievements. After all, without the Reality Stone, they wouldn't be able to cause much trouble!"

"Kurohane, Mage? I can handle this here. I wasn't just raised by wizards; I'm also very skilled in close combat!" Frigga brandished the delicate short sword in her hand, making two swift sword movements in the air, her eyes burning with determination.

Kurohane, on the other hand, held the Edman Alloy Knife in his right hand and summoned a golden light shield with his left, firmly blocking Frigga's path, and said helplessly: "Understood, understood. Loki was taught by you, right? You are clearly a master, truly a 'great teacher produces great students'!"
