Chapter 9: Chapter 9: The Test and the Blade of Morgana

As Leonardo charged up his Stand, preparing for another attack, he suddenly stopped. His eyes narrowed, and he exhaled, letting the energy dissipate.

"You're not my father, are you?" he asked, his gaze locked onto the supposed Yuujirou Hanma standing before him.

The imposter smirked. "Oh? And what gave me away?"

Leonardo straightened, his stance unwavering. "I may not have met my father, but even a man like him would show at least some fatherly recognition, no matter how small."

The fake Yuujirou chuckled, crossing his arms. "Good guess. But you're still wrong." He took a step forward, the air around him shifting. "The real Yuujirou Hanma wouldn't waste time talking—he'd have attacked you the moment you stood up."

Leonardo's expression remained unreadable, but inside, he felt a mix of intrigue and frustration. "Then who are you?"

The imposter grinned. "I'm a wizard from Japan," he revealed. "Your father sent me here to test your strength. Consider this a message—when you're ready, come find him."

Before Leonardo could respond, a soft clink echoed through the room as Diana Spellman stepped forward, swirling a crimson liquid in her wine glass. Her eyes gleamed under the candlelight.

"Now that we've had our fun," she said smoothly, "I have news for you, Leonardo Giovanna." She took a slow sip before continuing. "My daughter, Sabrina Spellman, and my niece, the daughter of Gomez Addams, Wednesday Addams, will both be attending Hogwarts with you in a few days."

Leonardo arched a brow, absorbing the information.

Diana smiled, a touch of mischief playing at her lips. "Take care of them. I'm going to go fake my death now, boy." With that, she turned, gracefully leaving the room.

Gomez Addams, ever the eccentric, let out a hearty laugh before tipping his hat. "Ah, such excitement! Leonardo, my boy, we'll be seeing you soon. Do take care!" With a flourishing bow, he too exited.

Leonardo exchanged a glance with Salvatore, who merely gave a small nod. Without another word, the two stepped outside, where the sleek Rolls-Royce Droptail awaited. The drive back to the estate was silent, both men lost in their thoughts.

Back at the Giovanna Estate, Leonardo sat down for dinner, enjoying a finely prepared meal by Nanny McPhee. Afterward, he retired to his room, but his mind was restless.

Reaching for his grimoire, he made his way to the estate's back garden, where the moon cast an ethereal glow upon the well-manicured grass. Placing his wand beside him, he stood tall, opening the first page of his grimoire.

Taking a deep breath, he gripped his wand and channeled his magic through it. The air around him vibrated with energy.

"Perforo Machaera!" he shouted.

In an instant, his cane erupted in a dazzling burst of blue light, transforming before his eyes. As the glow faded, Leonardo found himself holding a silver dagger, its hilt adorned with diamonds. A faint pulse of ancient magic thrummed through the blade.

Then, just as he marveled at the weapon, a radiant blue sigil shined into existence along the steel—a symbol of the Order of Morgana.

Leonardo smirked. So, this is my first true artifact...

He raised the dagger in the moonlight.

Summoning his Stand, he observed in fascination as his spectral counterpart mirrored him—wielding the same enchanted dagger in its hand.

This was only the beginning.
