Chapter 212: Chapter 210: Fixing The Suit
Closing the door to the Grey's house, I heaved a long, deep sigh before sitting down on the stairs leading up to the porch; for the next several minutes, I sat there, wondering if what I had done was the best decision, but in the end, I sighed once more before slowly standing up.
"Haa, what's done is done. I won't go back in there and take back what I had said." Muttered Tut lightly as he rubbed his head while walking down the sidewalk, approaching his house in the near distance.
Opening the door, I entered my house and plopped on the couch for a few more minutes, only to remember I had food waiting for me back in Smallville, and what better than food to distract my mind? Standing up, I stepped into the backyard before shooting off into the sky as I headed back toward Smallville, which only took a few seconds.
"Happy Mom? I told Jean the truth. Can you guess what happened?" Asked Tut loudly as he entered his house and closed the door behind him while approaching the kitchen, where his food had remained untouched.
Sitting down, I grabbed the utensils and began to dig in, and while it didn't improve my mood, it did lighten the depression I was currently feeling.
'That saying has some truth to it, huh? The way to a man's heart is through his stomach.' Thought Tut lightly as he shoved a whole pancake in his mouth, causing him to lick his lips with a faint smile.
"No, but whatever it is, I can assure you it was better than continuing to lie to Jean." Stated Hana blandly as she entered the kitchen holding a photo album while Rogue and Kurt followed behind her.
"Jean and Sara got into a fight… With one of them nearly dying." Remarked Tut lightly as he side-glanced Hana, who momentarily froze while Kurt and Rogue looked at him in concern.
"Are they okay?" "Yeah, they're fine, right?" Asked Rogu and Kurt, respectively, as they approached Tut, who lightly nodded while dismissively waving his hand.
"Of course, they're fine. They're a little bloody and probably sore, but otherwise, they're fine… Also, why are you two still here?" Replied Tut calmly with a nod as he bite a sausage in half while glancing between Rogu and Kurt.
"Mrs. Hana started to tell stories about when you were young and showed pictures… Kurt and I were quickly invested." Said Rogue sheepishly as she rubbed her hair and averted her gaze while Kurt nodded.
"Yeah, you were a pretty cute child back then, and you've grown into a handsome man." Remarked Kurt with a faint smile as he patted Tut's shoulder, causing him to briefly freeze before slowly nodding.
"Um, thanks. You're also pretty handsome yourself." Said Tut awkwardly as he glanced at Kurt, who beamed at his words before proudly raising his head.
"Heh, yeah, I know." Said Kurt with a smirk, his words causing Rogue to roll her eyes while Tut's expression twitched.
"Haa, well, I'm thankful no one was seriously hurt, but if you continued to lie to Jean, the outcome could've been far more tragic. You know that Pharaoh." "Haa, yes, I know." Remarked Hana and Tut, respectively, as the former gently patted her chest while the latter reluctantly nodded in agreement.
"So, have things been resolved or no?" Asked Hana as she looked at Tut, who stuffed heaps of scrambled eggs into his mouth like no tomorrow.
"Hmph, what do you think, Mom? Jean and Sara hate each other, and I've broken up with Sara until those two sisters can reconcile." Replied Tut with a grunt as he glanced at Hana before shifting his focus to his food, causing her to subtly frown while Rogue suddenly wrapped her arms around his shoulders.
"So, that means you're a free man?" Asked Rogue with a faint smirk as she purred in Tut's ear, causing him to scoff while gently pushing her away.
"Maybe if you ask again in a year or two. Besides, we all know you have a thing for Gambit." Stated Tut blandly as he looked at Rogue, who blushed in embarrassment while Kurt's eyes widened in shock.
"Eh, you like Gambit?" "Say anything about this, and no one will find your corpse. UNDERSTAND!?" Remarked Kurt and Rogue, respectively, as the former glanced at the latter, who glared intensely at him while venom laced her every word, causing him to fearfully nod.
"Do you think they will make up?" "Haa, I don't know." Said Hana and Tut, respectively, as the latter tossed his fork onto the table in frustration while folding his arms.
After a few moments of silence, I sighed before standing up as I approached the house entrance.
"Where are you going?" "To the Fortress of Solitude… I'll tell you about it later, Mom." Remarked Hana and Tut, respectively, as the latter dismissively waved his hand while exiting his house, only to shoot off into the sky.
"I suppose we should return to the X-Mansion." "Yeah, bye, Mrs. Kent. It was a pleasure meeting you!" Said Kurt and Rogue, respectively, as the former grasped the latter's shoulder while she waved at Hana, who did the same, only for them to suddenly vanish.
"I'm not paying for that broken door Pharaoh." Said Hana lightly as she glanced at the door Jean destroyed while leaning back in her seat, causing a certain someone to inwardly groan.

Landing just outside the Fortress of Solitude, I entered the crystal fortress and headed straight for the underground hangar, where I planned to store the Kryptonian Spaceship I was hiding on Mars.
Since I planned to continue serving as the embodiment of hope, I would need to fix my suit after my fight with Apocalypse; after all, I didn't need every random person viewing my junk as I saved them.
'Let's just hope the ship can repair my suit.' Thought Tut lightly as he flew to the top of the hangar and opened it, causing tons of snow to fall inside.
Once the hangar was open, I used my heat vision to melt the snow before I shot into the sky, swiftly leaving Earth's atmosphere as I reached the untouched territory of outer space. Quickly spotting Mars, I flew towards it near my fastest speed, taking only about three minutes before I arrived at the desolate red planet.
'Yep, everything seems to be the same.' Thought Tut with a nod as he lowered himself to the ground while approaching the Kryptonian spaceship.
Grabbing the spaceship, I enveloped it in my bio-electric aura before swiftly flying back to Earth, taking my time to appreciate the beauty of outer-space.
'Heh, Andromedea. I wonder if Carol has been there.' Thought Tut with a faint smile as he glanced at the bright spiral galaxy in the distance, only to faintly shake his head.
Deciding I would ask Carol if I could join her next time she leaves Earth, I arrived at the Fortress of Solitude a couple of minutes later and gently set it down in the hangar.
Closing the hangar doors, I landed on the ground and dusted my hands as I gazed at the spaceship.
"Now that I don't have Kyrptonians on my ass to worry about, I can take my time to observe the ship." Muttered Tut lightly as he floated into the ship.

Holding my suit in the air, which had been fixed, I flipped it around, only to nod with a faint smile as I quickly wore it, noting it felt the same as before.
"Heh, awesome." Said Tut with a faint smile as he took a boxing stance and punched the air a few thousand times in a matter of a second before nodding with a satisfied expression.
With my suit perfectly fixed, I left the fabrication room, the ship, and the Fortress before taking to the skies, only to notice it was around night in New York.
'Damn, it's been that long?' Mused Tut with a slightly surprised expression as he folded his arms, only to shrug his shoulders while darting through the sky.
I planned to head to Egypt to help with the aftermath of the battle, as the city was nearly destroyed, yet while flying through the sky, I furrowed my brows in confusion before changing my direction to New York.
Using the cover of night to conceal myself, I swooped down into a random alley and patiently leaned against the wall, only to spot a weirdo wearing a red face mask, jacket, shoes, and blue jeans; however, the weird thing was the jacket had a black spider-symbol.
"Tsk, the hell man, only $200? I was supposed to earn $3,000!" Muttered Peter in annoyance as he glanced at the two one-hundred dollar bills in his hands while obliviously walking past Tut, who suddenly grabbed his shoulder
"So, what the hell are you doing over here, Pete?" "Ah, T-Tut, y-you fucking scared me, try not to do that." Remarked Tut and Peter, respectively, as the latter swiftly leaped onto the wall in shock only to sigh in relief.
"I was literally standing here." "Yeah, but you blend in with the darkness." Said Tut and Peter, respectively, as the former raised an eyebrow while the latter patted his chest before approaching him.
"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Asked Tut with furrowed brows as he folded his arms and stared at Peter, who sheepishly rubbed his head while dismissively waving his hand.
"Haha, n-nothing." Replied Peter awkwardly as he slowly backed away from Tut, who grunted before rolling his eyes.
