There post-victory banquet lasted until late at night, but the night in the kingdom of elves lasted very long. Because this place was in light most of the day, and there were almost no changes in the four seasons throughout the year.
In contrast, the Dark Elves live in Svartalfheim, also known as the Land of Mist. It was shrouded in darkness all year round, and even the sun was obscured by some force.
But compared to those ugly dark elves who are always trying to plunge the entire universe into eternal darkness, these petite and kind little ones are obviously more popular.
It has to be said that although the elves' special drinks are indeed extremely delicious, they have more aftertaste than Asgard's pure liquor. Because even Luke, a giant dragon who has a strong resistance to drunkenness, felt a little tipsy.
Luke, Thor, and a group of Skrull refugees got drunk and slept on the ground. Most of the elves fell asleep beside Luke, with flowers rising out of thin air supporting their bodies.
When the elves woke up and left, the flowers did not disappear, so when Luke woke up, he found that there was a sea of flowers around him.
The Skrulls had already woken up, since they hadn't drunk much, and were now repairing their spaceship.
Luke used his tail to gently wake up Thor who was still sleeping.
"What's wrong, Luke?" Thor asked, rubbing his eyes.
"Nothing, I was just making sure that you weren't drunk to death." Hearing him, Luke couldn't help but tell him a cold joke.
"Hey! Luke, I'm the God of Thunder, the God of Thunder with the power of thunder flowing in my body. How could I die of drunkenness because of a few glasses of wine?" Thor stood up and patted his chest.
"However, the elves' wine is really intoxicating." When Thor thought of the delicious wine he drank last night, he couldn't help but sigh and smack his lips.
Fighting and drinking are the romance that is ingrained in the Asgardians.
"Your Excellency Dragon, Your Highness Thor, you have woken up." At this time, Ines flew over and greeted the two of them with a smile.
"Ines, your wine is truly the best in the Nine Realms." Thor was not stingy with his praise.
"Thank you for your compliment, Your Highness. If you like it, you can take some with you when you leave."
Upon hearing Ines, Thor couldn't stop smiling.
"Ines, now that the invaders have been dealt with, we are ready to return to Asgard. Please notify the Skrulls to gather in the open space ahead."
Although the kingdom of elves is beautiful, Odin is now in deep sleep and Asgard needs him as the prince. So Thor can't stay here any longer.
"Your Highness Thor, are you leaving now?" Ines asked with a somewhat embarrassed look on her face.
"Ines, is there anything else that you have difficulty solving?" Thor noticed that Ines's expression was not right, so he asked.
"No, it's the Great Elder who wants to meet His Excellency the Dragon."
When Luke heard that this matter involved himself, he couldn't help but become interested.
"Ines, I wonder why your Great Elder wants to see me." Luke asked curiously.
"Your Excellency, I don't know the reason either. The Great Elder hasn't seen outsiders for many years."
"The last time she met someone was when His Majesty Odin came more than 500 years ago. Since then, the Great Elder has been living in the Palace of the Sacred Tree and has never come out again."
"So I don't know why the Great Elder would ask to meet His Excellency the Dragon."
After hearing what Ines said, Luke decided to meet this so-called great elder to see what she was up to.
"Thor, you can take those Skrull refugees back to Asgard first. After I meet with the Great Elder, I will ask Heimdall to pick me up." Luke turned his head and told Thor his decision.
"Well then, Luke, we'll go back first. I'll tell Heimdall to heed your call." Thor did not hesitate and walked out directly, holding up his hammer and calling Heimdall's name loudly.
Suddenly, a huge rainbow beam of light descended from the sky and enveloped everyone.
Then Thor and the Skrulls were teleported away in an instant, leaving only a rune mark representing Asgard on the ground. But Thor forgot to take the elven wine he had been longing for.
At this time, Luke turned around and said to Ines beside him, "Ines, let's go. Take me to see your great elder."
"Your Excellency, please follow me."
Ines brought Luke to a huge ancient tree. The hanging branches of the big tree intertwined together to form a frame shaped like a gate, and there was a silver light shining inside the gate.
There were also elves that appeared to be slightly larger guarding the gate.
"Sister Ines, you brought His Excellency the Dragon here." The elves happily circled around Ines and Luke, and then tilted their heads to look at Luke.
This scene almost broke Luke's defense. They were just so cute. However, in order to maintain his image as a dragon, Luke had to pretend to be calm.
"Okay, stop gathering here and go back to your posts." As Ines finished her words, the elves flew away obediently.
"Your Excellency, as long as you pass through this tree door, you can reach the palace and see the Great Elder." Ines pointed at the door and said to Luke.
Hearing this, Luke did not hesitate and walked directly into the door. A bright light flashed, and he suddenly felt his body being pulled, and the next moment the space changed instantly.
Then what came into Luke's sight was a magnificent palace, and a slender female figure in a white robe was facing away from him.
The figure was at the height of a normal woman, which looked very different from the tiny elves outside.
Before Luke could speak, the figure opposite him turned around and walked towards him. For a moment, Luke was stunned when he saw the great elf elder.
The great elf elder opposite him had long silver-white hair that fell from her shoulders to her heels like a waterfall, jade-white skin, pink-red lips, two pointed ears, and a perfect face. This might be the most perfect woman LLuke had ever seen in his two lifetimes.
The most attractive thing was the pair of black eyes, which were as deep as the starry sky and very attractive.
After seeing Luke's somewhat dazed look, the elder's eyes flashed with a gentle smile, and then she said to Luke.
"This palace has not had any guests for hundreds of years. The last visitor was Odin. Welcome, Your Excellency the Dragon from Beyond The Destiny."
