Miracle Summoner

Chapter 2447: -2347- [ God ]

"What?"

Seeing one person after another within the cocoons begin to return to their original forms amidst the glowing light, everyone in Chaldea was stunned.

"Senpai!"

Mash's voice rang out, full of both surprise and joy.

This kind-hearted kouhai naturally understood—Rozen had just saved everyone within this temple.

Even though these people had already been transformed by the Beast Goddess, no longer human but turned into magical beasts in agony and despair, even gods could not reverse their fate.

Yet Rozen was the exception.

Under the power of Cleansing, even though Rozen's current realm had not reached the level of true omnipotence, it was still within his power to save these transformed people and restore them to their original states.

Even the base bodies of the matrices had regained their human forms through Rozen's Cleansing, proving that this miracle could bring back these lives.

Thus, all the victims within the temple were restored, not even the slightest wound remaining.

Of course, Rozen couldn't take this many people with him.

So...

"I'll teleport everyone here back to Uruk."

Rozen spoke as he immediately began to carry out this plan.

With the light of the Magic Crest glowing on his right arm, everyone vanished from the scene as if transformed into rays of light, disappearing from the temple.

"Phew..."

Rozen finally let out a breath, allowing the glow on the Magic Crest to dim, and lowered his sleeve.

Seeing this, the people in Chaldea finally snapped out of their daze.

"That Magic Crest just now..."

Olga Marie looked as though she couldn't believe her eyes.

"Was that the magic possessed by Rozen?"

Even Da Vinci was taken aback.

"It can reshape the very nature of life?"

Roman was completely dumbfounded.

They all knew exactly how inconceivable Rozen's actions just now had been.

He had reshaped the very essence of life!

To give an example—it was akin to what the God of Sin, Cain, once did, transforming gods into demons. That, too, was a form of reshaping life.

If one could do this, then never mind bodily modifications—resurrecting, elevating, managing, or even manipulating life itself was entirely within reach.

What Rozen had just achieved was exactly that kind of miracle.

This was something that could only be accomplished within the realm of magic.

Thus, at this moment, the people in Chaldea finally realized: Rozen had truly obtained magic and become a Magician.

However...

"Wait, Rozen! Your mana is depleting rapidly, and your magic circuits are once again in an overloaded state!"

Roman suddenly sensed something and cried out in alarm.

"Senpai!"

Mash also realized—Rozen had recklessly pushed himself without regard for the condition of his magic circuits.

"It's fine." Rozen naturally understood his own condition best. He shook his head and said, "Although I've used a lot of mana again, my magic circuits have been well-nurtured over this period. Even if I overdo it a little, it won't deteriorate."

But there was one thing Rozen didn't say.

That is—while his condition hadn't worsened, if he pushed himself again to invoke magic without care for his circuits' limits, the outcome would be different.

And unfortunately, he might not have a choice but to do exactly that next.

The reason was simple.

"Rumble..."

The temple suddenly began to quake, the roaring sounds growing louder, and the ground trembling incessantly.

Rozen stabilized himself, his eyes flashing with a cold glint, face expressionless as he looked ahead.

Meanwhile, the people in Chaldea erupted into a chorus of alarm.

"A Spirit Origin reaction has appeared!"

Olga Marie cried out in shock.

"Such high Spirit Origin values... and divine-class response!?"

Da Vinci's voice grew urgent.

"It's a god!"

Roman shouted.

As his voice fell, the corridor ahead exploded.

This was the heart of the Temple of Blood, a dark shrine built above a pool of blood.

Within the blood pool, a massive serpentine figure suddenly shuddered and opened its eyes.

Within those eyes were first confusion, then realization, and immediately after—an endless surge of hatred and rage.

"You dare act so wantonly in my Temple of Blood... and even released the material meant to birth my children...?"

The immense serpent spoke in an icy tone.

"Kingu... is not here...?"

Clearly, someone had used some method to lure her son away.

If that's the case...

"Tremble in fear, humans."

"Shudder in terror."

"For you have enraged the primordial goddess—the mother of magical beasts and gods—me, Tiamat."

Leaving behind those chilling words, the blood pool churned violently.

"Boom!"

The next instant, blood erupted skyward.

---

At the same time, deep within a South American jungle, atop a pyramid-like structure, a goddess sitting at its peak suddenly opened her eyes.

"Oh my."

The goddess seemed to sense something and showed a surprised expression.

"Something happened in the Cedar Forest?"

She could feel divine vibrations, waves of divine wrath.

It was the rage of the Beast Goddess.

"To make that child this angry—it's clearly no small matter."

The Jungle Goddess laughed joyfully.

"Could it be the last human Master did it?"

If that were the case, then she couldn't sit idly by.

Not to assist her fellow goddesses with whom she had forged pacts—but because she wished to meet this Master who had brought the hope and future of humanity to this age.

"Come!"

The Jungle Goddess called toward the sky.

From the other end of the twilight forest, a winged creature resembling a wyvern flew toward her.

She leapt high, mounted the beast, and flew toward the northern Cedar Forest.

---

"Boom!"

Amidst an explosion and magical wind, two figures separated in mid-air, creating distance between them.

"What's wrong, imposter? Are you losing steam?"

Ishtar's eyes had fully turned golden. Riding Maanna, she smiled fiercely at her opponent.

"Tch...!"

Kingu clicked his tongue in frustration, his face seething with rage, warping the surrounding space with golden ripples.

Fueled by fury, Kingu wished to annihilate the goddess before him and vent his wrath.

But then—his expression shifted, and he suddenly turned his head toward the direction of the Cedar Forest.

"Mother! Why...!?"

Kingu was shocked—but quickly realized something and turned a furious glare back at Ishtar.

"You... did this!?"

Realizing the situation, Kingu abandoned Ishtar and shot toward the Cedar Forest.

Ishtar narrowed her eyes but didn't pursue. Her eyes returned to red.

"That's all the help you're getting from me. Be grateful."

Leaving those words, Ishtar prepared to depart.

But just then—the sun set.

"Eh?"

Ishtar swayed, making a confused sound, and her head drooped as she lost consciousness.

But soon after, her eyes reopened.

"Good grief..."

She spoke in a tone completely different from her earlier haughty one.

"To provoke the Beast Goddess this quickly... what a fool."

She muttered inexplicably, sighed, then turned and flew toward the Cedar Forest.

As she flew, Ishtar's black hair flashed—and for an instant, turned golden.

All the goddesses began to converge upon the Cedar Forest.
