MMORPG: Divine Mech Hunter

Chapter 660 - 660: Slaughter

Chapter 660: Chapter 660: Slaughter

The flames vanished and Li Yao appeared again before everyone. Accompanied by Li Yao’s figure, swarms of metal dragonflies flew out.

Instead of retreating, Li Yao surged forward, heading straight for the crowd.

“What the hell is this? He hasn’t lost a single point of health?”

The opposing team was clueless, but the players saw it very clearly. Li Yao’s health hadn’t decreased at all.

They had witnessed the power of this attack. A boss-level pet spell that burns itself up could wipe out a tank in a heartbeat, let alone a squishy hunter.

“It must be some kind of skill effect. He’s basically invincible.”

The Diamond Tycoon was taken aback, and other commentators also realized that it must be a skill effect.

But the other team was not as calm. They were still reeling from the shock of Li Yao’s undamaged state when they saw the metal dragonflies zooming towards them.

“Ranged, blast those dragonflies for me,” ordered Iron Barrel quickly.

The team’s ranged attackers, including those who had summoned pets, started using their skills and attacks.

Although these explosives were powerful, they were unstable. Facing an energy shock would cause them to explode directly. As long as the dragonfly exploded far away, even the slightest aftermath would not have much effect on them.

The one thing they were afraid of was the explosive shockwave. They had reached the center of the road now.

“Damn, how is this possible?”

All of their eyes were about to pop out. Their concentrated skills and magic couldn’t blast even a single metal dragonfly.

The four dragonflies agilely closed in on them, swerving through the web of their skills and magic.

“His spiritual power is simply abnormal.”

Iron Barrel roared, “All ranged, retreat! Pets, cover our retreat.”

Their layout was smart. Pets and players were in two lines. Following their orders, their pets dashed forward and blocked the path of the dragonflies.

The dragonflies couldn’t fly high, and Li Yao could only control them to a limited range, pretty much linked to his shooting range.

“You guys are smart.”

With their immediate retreat, Li Yao’s desire to blow them all up was thwarted.

So, he made the metal dragonflies explode directly.

Instantly, searing balls of fire ignited following a series of explosions.

Weak pets, like skeletons, broke apart, bones scattered everywhere. Hefty pets with good health and defense were blown away. There was no suspense. Most of the knocked-back summoned creatures fell into the void.

Another dragonfly landed between two close-ranged fighters, throwing the rogue and warrior into the air.

The rogue was more unfortunate, the concussion hit his head. He was dizzy and blinded. He applied a hook lock but caught nothing, falling into the void with regret clinging to him.

The knocked-back warrior, however, was robust and heavily armored, limiting the damage from the explosives.

He adjusted his position in the void, launched a big jump, and got back on the road.

“Damn, I’ll kill you.”

The warrior glared at Li Yao, wanting to catch up with his team quickly.

“Want to kill me, come at me now.”

At this moment, Li Yao was quite peculiar, with countless illusionary tentacles extending from his arms and legs.

His entire figure looked extremely eerie and strange, appearing like a demon just crawled out from hell. Together with the Giant Hunter entwined by tentacles, he looked even more terrifying.

Li Yao paused for a moment and pulled the trigger.

Boom…

This time Li Yao loaded a blast shell. The defending warrior, who was turning to run, was directly blasted on his back.

Luckily, he heard the gunshot and instinctively activated Shield Wall.

Even so, he was blown away and collapsed on the Summoner in front. His health was reduced to less than a fifth.

“Damn it, must as well go all-out.”

The Wolverine team stopped again as healers quickly healed them.

“Damn it, a fragile Hunter dares to hunt us down alone. Kill… Oh fuck, run. We deal with him once we reach land.”

As they stopped, they saw Li Yao release another dragonfly.

Boom…

The warrior’s big jump was still in cooldown. He couldn’t jump up this time.

“I’m your daddy…”

The warrior cursed Li Yao, but as he fell, his voice started to fade. Before he even finished his sentence, no one could hear him.

“Coward. And they call you King of Hunters. Can you only rely on these tricks? Fight fairly if you dare,” scolded Snake Beauty. In a short period of time, their team had lost several members.

The lingering resentment was unbearable.

“You want a fight, it’s my pleasure.”

Li Yao suddenly stopped moving. He loaded an explosive bullet.

Without giving them a chance to react, Li Yao immediately pulled the trigger.

Thud…

The final summoner was killed.

When Li Yao pulled the trigger, the rampant tentacles would extend to the ground to help him endure the tremendous recoil.

After the shot, Li Yao kept advancing towards the team. After loading the bullet, he would pause for a moment and pull the trigger.

Next, the mage fell. The two sides were about two hundred yards apart now. Li Yao’s sniper rifle had no problem dealing with them, but their attacks couldn’t reach Li Yao.

With Iron Barrel taking the lead, they finally realized that if they tried to escape while Li Yao was lifting his gun, it would be a slow death.

Better to go all out. So the remaining few rushed towards Li Yao.

Li Yao didn’t move anymore. He just loaded bullets and pulled the trigger.

Even without Rapid Shooting, Li Yao could fire two shots per second with a sniper rifle.

Li Yao’s stationary output was even more terrifying. Apart from Iron Barrel acting as the powerful MT, no other player could withstand one shot from Li Yao.

So, everyone witnessed a shocking scene.

Nearly ten players crazily charged at one Hunter from two hundred yards away. This Hunter was outputting stationary shots.

Except for Iron Barrel, who lasted a second, two players fell every second.

The audience clearly saw the baffled expression on the Wolverine team’s healer’s face because he didn’t know what he could do.

His shields didn’t protect his teammates. They still fell after one shot. His healing was a joke. His teammates were being one-shot.

When they closed in on Li Yao within a hundred yards, the last warlock was killed just before he could cast a spell.

Only a bewildered healer was left on the road.

Were these people really his teammates? They had always been all-conquering. Even if they encountered the top guild teams, they could fight them off and win.

But now, what was happening? There was only one person …
