Chapter 20: An Unexpected Visitor
Spasming beyond what was humanly possible, Lewis began spewing out foam from his mouth, watering his surroundings like a sprinkler. "Help, help! He's dying!"
Adolfo quickly ran to Lewis, now in greater urgency. He touched his arms, trying to feel his pulse, but it was too late. Ahh, poor boy. He shouldn't have done tha— no, wait! He's still alive!?
"Shut up you stupid dwarf! He's still alive! Quick give him this healing potion, as well as this pain reliever!" Adolfo began bellowing instructions to Simon as began rummaging through his small satchel.
Grabbing onto the faintest of lifelines, he wrenched open Lewis' jaws, frantically pouring in the liquid inside them.
After a brief yet agonising moment, Lewis began choking. Simon sighed in relief, watching as he faded into a deep sleep. "I don't think he can walk now. As thanks for helping us out, I'll take you guys along with me to Mithrador, which I believe should be where you come from."
Although confused, Simon hesitatingly followed Adolfo, hoisting Lewis across his shoulders. Curious, Simon asked him how did they help him. In a joyous mood, Adolfo told them all about their battle with the Wabbit regiment.
Though I'm still curious. Despite the Wabbit commander not being tier 2, only at the pinnacle of tier 1, he shouldn't have survived at all. So, how?

Seeing the ramshackle hut in the distance, Simon knew that they had reached home. Realising that his companions have reached their destination, Adolfo tipped his head. "Well, i wish you guys a good day and good rest. Oh, and for the young man, i would suggest to not move during these next few days. It'll take him some time to acclimate all the experience. Hint of advice: let him do more activities that align with his job, for i can see that his job is not of combative in nature. Perhaps that'll help..."
Trailing off, he opened his arms, flying off back to his caravan.
Huh, what a weird man...

Wiping his forehead in relief, Simon finally managed to drop of Lewis onto his bed, cluttered with several sheets of paper. Curious, he peered over them, only to relaie that in them were drawings of long, cylindrical containers, with lots of random numbers and letters attached to them.
But before he could analyse further, the bell rang.
Ooh, a cus— wait, didn't I put the sign up!?
Hurriedly dashing down the flight of stairs, Simon dashed straight onto the counter, stopping only because he crashed his belly onto the corner.
Oof. Anyways, let's see who came...
Rubbing his aching stomach, the dwarf raised his head, only to be shocked.
Standing in front of him was a tall, lean man. His dirty blonde hair, sprawled across his face, could not hide his beautiful visage. Chiseled into perfection, the epitome of manliness, his rugged face wandered around the store, amazed. His fingers tinkered with the many rings adorned on his hand, the various tubes in his chest clanking with each other.
But most importantly—
"Hello, is this Simon's Snippets?"
He is an elf.

Upon reaching their branch, Adolfo was soon visited by a very panicked Wolfman.
"Sir, sir, emergency!"
"What?"
"*Pant*, *pant*, The boss,*pant*, the CEO himself, has arrived here!"
Adolfo sprang up in shock and surprise.
Shit...
