As soon as Shion stepped through the blazing blue portal, an intense heat surrounded him, as if the flames themselves were trying to consume his existence. He closed his eyes for a moment, and when he opened them, he found himself standing in a massive arena surrounded by walls of cracked black stone. Above him, the sky was covered in glowing red clouds, as if warning of an impending firestorm.

Shion stood firm, his brown eyes scanning his surroundings cautiously. But before he could fully assess the situation, a ferocious roar echoed from ahead.

"GRAAAAH!"

A massive creature made entirely of fire emerged from the flames. It resembled a wolf, but its entire body burned with raging infernos. Its glowing red eyes burned like embers, its fangs were long and razor-sharp, dripping with molten lava, and each step it took scorched the ground beneath it.

"A Lower Fire Dragon?" Shion muttered as a blue panel appeared before him, revealing the beast's information.

"Level 35? This won't be easy…" Shion said, raising his hand as he considered his options.

He knew that simply multiplying his strength wouldn't be enough. He needed to try something different this time.

"Alright, let's see how far I can push this ability."

Closing his eyes, he summoned his power, feeling the energy surge through his body as if every cell within him was preparing to explode. He began multiplying his magical energy—once… twice… five times… ten times…

By this point, the ground beneath him trembled, and he felt his body grow heavier from the immense power building up inside him. But it still wasn't enough.

"Twenty times."

A powerful pulse surged through his body, as if his energy was colliding within him, demanding to be released immediately. He quickly opened his eyes, now surrounded by an intense blue aura that distorted the air around him.

"Time to fight."

With incredible speed, Shion dashed toward the dragon, leaving behind a trail of sparks. The beast wasn't prepared for such velocity, but before Shion could land his first strike, the dragon unleashed a massive fireburst toward him.

There was no time to think. He raised his hand and released a wave of multiplied energy, countering the fiery attack and dispersing it before it could reach him. However, the heat still singed part of his clothes, making him realize that just blocking attacks wouldn't be enough.

He had to end this fight quickly.

Shion's Ultimate Attack

Without hesitation, Shion leaped into the air, spinning rapidly while gathering an enormous amount of energy into his fist. Then, he unleashed it straight toward the dragon's head. The sheer force of the strike made the air tremble.

"Multiplied Energy Explosion!"

The attack landed perfectly, shattering part of the beast's skull. But it wasn't enough to finish it. Instead, it only enraged the creature further.

The dragon let out a deafening roar, its flames turning into a fiercer shade of blue. It then lunged at him with its flaming claws.

Shion knew that defending at this moment wouldn't work, so he chose to attack instead. Multiplying his speed even further, he dodged the dragon's assault and appeared behind it in an instant.

"Energy Multiplication to the Maximum!"

Shion felt his body nearing its limit from the overwhelming power, but he endured the strain and unleashed a direct strike at the dragon's core, pouring every ounce of his multiplied energy into the attack.

The result was astonishing.

The dragon couldn't withstand the impact—its body shattered into fragments of fire before vanishing into thin air, leaving behind only the glowing embers of its flames.

Shion stood there, panting, sweat dripping from his forehead. This was the toughest opponent he had faced so far, but in the end… he was victorious.

"It's over…"

But before he could celebrate his win, a new blue panel appeared before him.
