Multiverse: Deathstroke

Chapter 413: Ch.413 Throwing Out Trash

Just as everyone was silently standing around, a golden trail suddenly shot down from the sky, crashing directly into the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust like an oil well explosion, easily tens of meters high.

"Oh, it seems like the one who always finds a way is back," said Mazikeen, flicking the ash off her cigarette nonchalantly. Donna had already flown toward the crash site.

By the time she arrived, she saw Su Ming, with Flash's help, hauling an unconscious Diana out of a crater in the ground.

Barry put up a finger to signal for a moment, then lifted Diana onto his shoulder.

Then Diana disappeared, and Barry stood where she had been.

He had taken Wonder Woman back to the Hall of Justice, given her a quick medical examination to see if there were any serious injuries, then placed her in the stasis cell. He even held a meeting in the Speed Force zone with Batman and grabbed a bite to eat.

Of course, all this happened too fast for Donna to make out anything he had done.

Su Ming was panting slightly. When he took Diana down headfirst during that final dive, at the last moment, he actually couldn't shake her off—she clung to him as if she intended for them both to go down together.

Not sure where all that strength came from.

But falling from such a high altitude at such speed, for someone like Su Ming, who had X-metal bones, it was just a moderate injury.

Aside from spitting blood, damage to his internal organs, dislocated spine, torn nerves, skin, and muscles, he wasn't in that bad a shape...

It was just that the healing factor had him breathing heavily; he sat quietly at the edge of the crater, calming the murderous urge.

"Diana's injuries are about the same as Batman's, but her recovery is faster. After the final machine's treatment, she'll be fine soon," Barry said as he helped Su Ming up, then took him and Donna to a safe, secluded spot where Su Ming could rest.

"How are you feeling?" Donna reached out to help Su Ming take off his helmet, but the sight shocked her.

Other than the eye with the eyepatch, Su Ming was bleeding from all six orifices—clear signs of severe impact injuries that damaged internal organs.

She had seen Amazon warriors hit by demonic beasts with the same symptoms: blood flowing from their five senses, only to die soon after.

By the way, Paradise Island's treatment plan for such warriors back then was to pray to the gods...

"Cough... spat." Su Ming spat out a mouthful of blood to the side. He felt a burning sensation in his chest, and his head buzzed.

But that wouldn't kill a super-soldier—he still had plenty of fight left in him.

"Just injuries, nothing major. How's the battlefield?"

Donna looked at him suspiciously. As far as she knew, Su Ming was just a cyborg, with physical attributes only a bit stronger than Batman's.

How come her sister Diana passed out, yet Su Ming could still talk to her with such clarity?

That was because her understanding of Su Ming was still limited to the local version of the old man, whereas there was no comparison anymore between Su Ming and that Deathstroke.

But she didn't think about it too much and instead gave a report on the battlefield.

"Hecate has the upper hand. Rama Kushna is barely hanging on."

Su Ming nodded, indicating for her to continue. He had seen the situation from above as well—the movements of the two goddesses were dramatic.

He let go of Barry's hand, Stranglehold helping him keep his balance.

"Also, Constantine is dying," Donna added, a little anxiously.

He raised an eyebrow—Constantine was dying?

Su Ming's first reaction was that it was impossible—no matter who died, that guy wouldn't. He's craftier than a fox, with a heart darker than any demon.

He was probably pretending to be dead, trying to trick Zatanna into giving him a kiss, or maybe it was some new scheme to evade debts.

But when Donna saw his disbelieving expression, she anxiously spoke about the issue with the demon blood. Hearing this, Su Ming understood.

So, he's out of the energy that kept him alive. Simple fix. Hell is practically overflowing with blood right now. Demon blood? How many tons do you want?

"Barry." Flash understood immediately, taking the two back to the group.

Everyone was a little surprised to see Su Ming "bleeding from six orifices," but he quickly wiped it off and turned his attention to Constantine.

It really did look like he was on the verge of dying. His mouth was like a fountain, coughing up large amounts of blood, leaving a wet patch on the ground below him, as if he'd wet himself.

"Tsk tsk, what's happened to our master of dark arts?" Seeing others worse off when you're wounded does wonders for the mood.

"The way you talk sounds like Satan—it almost cheered me up... I'm dying. Can you help me note down my last words?" Constantine coughed out another few ounces of blood, ignoring Su Ming's mockery.

Bobo's greatest regret was not being there when the Knightmaster fell, and now he was more than happy to record Constantine's last words.

He immediately pulled out a small notebook.

"What last words? I'm not letting you die, so you're not dying... Mazikeen, send him to Hell." Su Ming interrupted the sad scene, pointing at the ground.

Mazikeen shook her head slightly, a strange look on her face. "Going to Hell now might not be such a good idea."

"No worries. Just throw him in with the demons—he'll figure out a way to survive," Su Ming said confidently. It's just a battleground between demons and angels, right? Constantine would be in his element there.

If you can't get the blood of the "First Fallen," any Hell Lord's blood would do. If that fails, even high-level angel blood could work in a pinch.

If the bad news is that Constantine would have to live off blood in Hell, the good news is... there's plenty of it!

Mazikeen shrugged. Since Su Ming had done the thinking part, she had no more to say. Whether Constantine survived in Hell was no longer her concern.

Whenever Constantine went to Hell, he usually needed some kind of pseudo-suicidal ritual magic to descend, and he couldn't do it himself now.

Since Mazikeen was stronger and had a good relationship with Lucifer, her teleportation was direct, taking him straight to the center of Lucifer's domain.

She took a deep breath, adjusted her magic, and teleported Constantine to Blackstone Castle.

Then she closed the portal immediately, leaving Zatanna lunging at empty air.

Zatanna got up off the ground, looking at Mazikeen angrily, but Mazikeen just calmly smoked, completely ignoring her.

When dealing with demons, fewer people meant better results. Zatanna, powerless now, would just become demon food in Hell.

But Mazikeen didn't need to explain all this to her—Zatanna wasn't paying her anyway.

Meanwhile, Constantine was thrown onto the roof of Blackstone Castle. Mazikeen's calculations were precise—he landed right in the hole Su Ming had previously made.

Sliding down the dark, cold tunnel, he felt like trash in a garbage chute, ending up crashing into the throne room.

Immediately coughing up more blood, he clutched his chest and rolled around in pain.

It wasn't that he couldn't get up—it was that he found himself surrounded by a group of demons, and after a quick glance upon falling, he decided it was better to bide his time and observe.

All of Hell's lords, whether he could name them or not, were here, gathered around a round table.

He'd fallen directly onto the table, like a piece of human sashimi. Several demons, seeing him, immediately began drooling.

Such a filthy soul... delicious.

Of course, many of Constantine's acquaintances were also present: the First of the Fallen, Azazel, Beelzebub, and the other Seven Deadly Sins, along with the newly empowered Mazikeen and her subordinates, Izanami and her brother from the Eastern faction.

Hell's Lords were gathered here—except for Lucifer.

But seeing this was enough. He knew he wasn't going to die this time. Sitting up on the table, he pulled out a cigarette and expertly lit it.

Wiping the blood from his lips, he smirked provocatively at Satan and started talking—not tricking, just... talking.

"Alright, who wants my soul? Now's your chance to take it..."
