Multiverse: In DanMachi, I'm the Strongest Summoner

Chapter 177: Chapter 177 - The Five Ocular Powers

At the center of the city, in the main plaza before the western gate of Babel Tower.

A petite figure in a cream-colored cloak stood quietly.

Her hands clutched the straps of her backpack, eyes lowered slightly.

"Lili."

A young man's voice suddenly called from behind her.

Lili turned and looked up.

Her chestnut-colored eyes widened slightly, quickly filling with joy.

"Lord Raven, you're here?"

"Yeah, just in time. Ten o'clock sharp."

Raven Eltharion spoke as he looked at the girl in front of him.

She was a little thin, her soft smile hidden beneath the brim of her lowered hood. Her delicate features were pleasant and well-defined.

"Lili just got here too."

In truth, she had been waiting there since seven in the morning.

"Let's go. To the dungeon."

Raven noticed her new backpack, but didn't think much of it.

"Lord Raven…"

"Can Lili ask you something?"

Lili looked at him with some confusion.

"Sure."

"Well… aren't you bringing any weapons or armor?"

"You'll find out soon."

Dungeon, Floor 1 — Chamber S-10870

The room was empty—no other adventurers in sight.

"I'm going to use magic. Come closer."

After smashing a goblin with one punch, Raven began chanting his space magic.

Lili picked up the magic stone and quickly moved toward him, filled with curiosity.

"—Spatial Transfer."

In the next moment—

With a swoosh, the two figures standing atop the magic circle vanished in an instant.

Lower Floors — Crystal Labyrinth, Floor 25

A magnificent, massive waterfall thundered in the distance.

Crystal peaks formed deep valleys and jagged cliffs.

Water splashed like mist as harpies and sirens soared overhead.

Their shrill cries echoed, and falling feathers drifted across the vast open cavern.

This was the aquatic paradise of the lower floors.

Inside one of the empty crystal chambers, the two figures reappeared.

Lili was stunned.

She looked around at the unfamiliar surroundings, rubbing her eyes in disbelief.

But what shocked her more than anything was Raven's rare magic.

"This is the 25th floor of the lower levels. It's your first time here, isn't it?"

"Eh?"

"But Lili is still just Level 1, and you brought me this deep…"

"Lili's afraid she'll only drag Lord Raven down."

The "lower floors"… were dangerous territory, accessible only to elite adventurers.

They were known as the second line of death, right after the first line in the middle floors.

From the earliest days of dungeon exploration, the lower floors had been called the new world.

Raven shook his head.

"Don't worry."

"As long as it's not an unknown floor, I'm basically invincible."

I-invincible?

Lili froze, her heart skipping a beat.

"Alright, Lili."

"Take a look at my eyes. Tell me if you notice any changes."

Taking advantage of the brief peace before monsters spawned, Raven decisively activated his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

"Okay…"

Lili looked up, swallowing nervously.

"Lord Raven… your pupils turned red."

"What kind of pattern is it?"

Raven asked.

As is known, the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan doesn't suffer any drawbacks from ocular power use.

Both eyes would retain perfect clarity.

Its capabilities included:

Extreme Perception

Copying Opponent's Movements

Detecting Weaknesses

Illusion Casting & Reversal

Mangekyō-Specific Abilities

Complete Susano'o

"It… looks like a starfish."

Lili whispered.

Raven raised an eyebrow.

Starfish?

What kind of weird Sharingan pattern was that…

Back before he transmigrated, he had watched Naruto.

He only remembered the Mangekyō patterns of Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Obito, and Shisui.

Not much else.

"System? You still there?"

"Come out and explain the ocular powers to me."

[Ding-dong.]

The familiar mechanical loli voice echoed in his mind.

[The unique Mangekyō ocular abilities are: Kotoamatsukami, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Izanagi, Kamui.]

Raven perked up.

Tsukuyomi: A mental attack that manifests physically, dragging the target into a world of eternal nightmares—illusions of pain and despair indistinguishable from reality.

Kamui: Warps any object between real space and a personal dimension.

Amaterasu: Summons black flames that will not extinguish until the target is reduced to ash.

Kotoamatsukami: Controls someone's will completely and subtly without them ever realizing it.

(Note: cooldown of 1 day, reduced with level-up.)

Izanagi: Converts all negative outcomes—including death—into dreams, while positive actions become reality.

(Note: cooldown of 1 day, reduced with level-up.)

"With these overpowered skills, I could probably go even with the Black Dragon."

"Not bad…"

"Even if magic gets sealed by a floor gimmick, I'll still be fine."

Raven chuckled softly.

Just then—

A dragon appeared at the chamber entrance, gliding through the air.

Its long, serpentine body earned it the nickname "Sky Dragon."

It was nearly x meters in length.

Covered in smooth scales of blue and white, its elongated fins waved like wings.

It floated gracefully in the air, as if swimming in water.

Wherever it flew, trails of red, white-green, and purple light followed.

ROOOOOAAAARRRRRR!

A thunderous roar exploded in the air.

"T-that's… a blue dragon?"

Lili gasped.

"An Aurora-type?"

Raven narrowed his eyes.

Blue Dragons were a rare species in the lower floors.

Known as the Aurora Dragon, they were as rare as gem beasts.

Its translucent blue eyes turned sharply toward Raven.

A moment later, they turned crimson, full of killing intent.

Its massive jaw opened wide, revealing countless sharp fangs.

Then—

A blinding swirl of aurora energy erupted from its mouth.
