Christopher wasn't very sure on how long he slept. But when he started to stir, he guessed it must have been for a while since all his fatigue, both mental and physical, had vanished.

When he did wake up though, he noticed a weight on him, or two weights actually. With a sigh, he sat up slightly and saw Umbra and Chiara, who were in their dragon forms, though they seemed smaller for some reason, resting their heads on his abdomen, seemingly asleep.

He looked at them for a moment before sighing and lying back down. And for a good few minutes, his mind was blank as he chose not to think about anything. After that though, he sighed again.

'System, what's happened since I was asleep? And how long have I been asleep?' He asked.

The system didn't answer and instead simply showed him his stats.

Christopher blinked.

'Oh? Apex huh?' He rubbed his chin. It would seem as though he had transcended the previous power ranking system he was in.

Actually, he has already guessed so from the moment he woke up. His body felt much, much stronger than when he had fallen asleep. And the rate at which his Mana and Void energy circulated within his body was far faster and smoother than before. Moreover, something else had changed with his vision which was… quite interesting to say the least.

So far other than his ordinary sight, Christopher had two other abilities related to seeing. The first being his Runic Insight which allowed him to see the runes that made up everything in the world and thus control them. And the second was his Inquisitive Ability which he'd gotten from Norn that allowed him to see and control the threads of Fate.

Now, there was something else, and it was hard to explain.

As Christopher looked around, he couldn't help but be a little stunned, he could see… everything?

He stared at an item in the room, a very well made chair, and realised that, despite only looking at it from one angle, he could see every side of it including its interior at the same time.

'... What?' And that wasn't all, the same thing applied to everything except, from what he could tell, the twins. Everything fell under his gaze.

Curious, he stretched his hand towards that same chair and grabbed, and despite being some distance away and not actually touching it, he felt himself grab something from its interior. And when he pulled, that thing, the wood on the inside of the chair, was removed.

Christopher stared at it in his hands for a moment before he realised what just happened.

'I… became a 4th Dimensional being?' His mind buzzed. In hindsight, something like this shouldn't be surprising as the stronger a being became, the easier it was for them to interact with the world on a fundamental level.

And when they reached the ceiling of how they could possibly interact, the only way forward was to transcend, and transcending would also change their Dimensionality.

When he did, he sighed and looked at his stats again. He guessed his new Affinity was essentially the Fusion of his Magic Helix and the Void equivalent of that, and the system gave him an Affirmative answer when he made that assumption.

Then he turned to his new rank.

'System?'

[As Master has transcended the previous power ranking system, he has now stepped into a brand new realm that completely dwarfs the previous system. Would Master like a breakdown of this new realm?] Hearing this, Christopher nodded.

[New Transcendent Ranking System:

This system reflects the hierarchy of power and influence among beings who exist beyond the former pinnacle of strength, delving into concepts of creation, oblivion, and universal authority.

1. Apex (Threshold)

Description: The lowest level of transcendent beings, those who have only just broken the boundary of mortal or worldly limits.

Traits: Immensely powerful compared to beings of the old system but still subject to cosmic forces.

Example: Recently ascended individuals or those newly enhanced by cosmic or dimensional energies.

2. Sovereign (Ascension)

Description: Beings who have begun to master their transcendent nature, commanding a significant portion of reality or concept.

Traits: Ability to manipulate lesser dimensions or realms; command over several advanced elements.

Example: A ruler of a minor domain in the grand tapestry of existence.

3. Paragon (Cosmic Force)

Description: Entities whose power can influence entire worlds, stars, or planes of existence.

Traits: Mastery over complex cosmic forces, significant control over time, space, or other universal constants.

Example: World-forgers, beings capable of shaping the fabric of fate or existence.

4. Archon (Dimensional Custodian)

Description: Guardians or overseers of entire dimensions or regions of the cosmic tapestry.

Traits: Absolute authority over their domain; able to impose their will across vast expanses of reality.

Example: Dimensional lords or beings who oversee multiple systems.

5. Primordial (Essence Embodied)

Description: Beings who represent fundamental aspects of creation or oblivion itself.

Traits: Embodying a core cosmic attribute, such as life, death, time, or balance. Their existence influences reality on a universal scale.

Example: Entities like The Master and his Void counterpart, or manifestations of Fate and Balance.

6. Anima (Universal Arbiter)

Description: Entities who bridge creation and oblivion, embodying the balance of existence itself.

Traits: Able to rewrite universal laws within their sphere of influence; act as arbiters of cosmic equilibrium.

Example: Entities carrying the Primordial Arbiter Title of a massively higher realm

7. Eternis (Transcendent Apex)

Description: The ultimate rank for transcendent beings, beyond which no mortal comprehension exists.

Traits: Beyond the balance of creation and oblivion, these beings exist as part of the essence of the cosmos itself, influencing or guiding its very nature.]

Seeing this, Christopher restrained a whistle.

'Things went from. 0 to 1000 real quick. Or did they? I didn't reach this point immediately. Meh, whatever.' Christopher thought For a bit.

'So Apex ranked beings are at the bottom of this transcended barrel, immensely more powerful than the previous ranking system, but still subject to cosmic energies. What does that mean?' He wondered.

[While Apex beings are incredibly powerful, their existence is still tied to some form of reality, space, or conceptual framework. All of which are inherently influenced by Dimensional forces. Dimensional forces are the energies that encompass Reality, Void, and everything between.] Hearing this, Christopher nodded slightly.

[...] Then however, the system seemed to linger, which was surprising as it had never done anything like that before, but in the end, it still spoke.

[However, Master's Dimension is a construct which produces these forces and energies as well, which is the primary reason Master was able to harmonise Creation and Oblivion and gain the title of Primordial Arbiter. As such, despite being at the Apex rank, Master has significantly more leeway than others at the same realm.] These words made him perk up.

'Oh? So what exactly can I do then?' He asked immediately and the system responded instantly.

[Master possesses a degree of Reality Manipulation which is different from simply controlling the runes that make up reality as this Ability allows Master to affect both Reality and the Void. Moreover, since other Apex level beings are tied to reality, space, and a Conceptual framework, The Master can manipulate these things. For example, if you face a being tied to powerful flames, Master can rewrite the concept of flames within his Dimensional influence and extinguish or alter it.] The explanation almost threw Christopher for a loop.

'Wait what?! Why am I able to do that? Why can I produce Dimensional energy???' He asked, stunned.

[The Master's Dimension was born from the energy needed to create a universe. So in essence, Master's Dimension IS a miniature universe. One which he repeatedly cultivates and enhances. As such, it has become a self-sustaining realm that has now tied itself to the core concepts of Creation and Void.

From Edenviel, the part of the Dimension embodying life, growth, and form. The Master draws an immense reservoir of Creative energy. While From Nihilheim, which channels destruction, entropy, and dissolution, Master can access the raw power of Oblivion. These aspects together fuel the Dimensional energy, giving it a balance that mirrors existence Itself.

And since these two forces are two of the main components of reality, it allows Master to tap directly into the Essence of Existence. This Essence is the fabric from which Creation and Void, and thus balance arise. It isn't a tangible energy source but rather a metaphysical underpinning of reality itself.

As since the Master possesses the title of Primordial Arbiter, he has access to this Essence in a way that few beings can achieve and thus is able to Channel his Dimensional energy as an expression of creation and destruction. And since the Dimension can now grow passively as well as actively, overtime, it becomes an amalgamation of countless energies, refined and enhanced to an unfathomable degree.] Christopher was stunned speechless, but the System kept speaking.

[Master's abilities operate on a higher meta-level. Meaning his power transcends traditional physical or magic interactions and affects the conceptual or foundational layers of existence. Your abilities to balance Creation and Void means that, while not being capable of such levels of influence, you operate at a universal law level where your influence shapes the "how" and "why" of reality itself.

When a being ascends to become an Apex being, they are anchored to a certain concept such as time, space, light, dark, death, life, and so on. The concepts, while powerful whether together or individually, still fall under the Jurisdiction of Creation and oblivion which you have authority over. These concepts are tied to the essence of existence and its Dimensional energies, which you to some extent can wield. As such, you can manipulate these Anchors of theirs, or suppress them at the very least. So for example, a bing tied to time might experience weakening of their control of the Master rewrites or destabilise time itself within his influence.

However, this isn't omnipotent. The stronger a being, the stronger their Anchor. And if a being is at a similar level or higher than that of Master, his ability to manipulate their Anchors might be weakened or completely nullified.] Hearing the last part, instead of feeling disappointed, Christopher felt relieved.

'Holy crap man! What sort of brokenness is this???' He couldn't help but be stunned regardless. Needless to say, he had a lot to unpack.

'Hm… or right system, before I passed out you spoke about Masking measures for those things that were looking at me. What was that about?' He decided to ask.

[To avert the gaze of the unfathomable Entities that looked this Way, the system issued the upgrade of the Dimension after upgrading the newly assimilated world, and then Poured its energy into creating a Dimensional ability centered around hiding.] Hearing this, Christopher was a little surprised.

'Smart.' He acknowledged, then he decided to look at this new skill.

However, it was then that the door to the room opened.
