MY 10,000× DIMENSIONAL SYSTEM

Chapter 105: Gains

Gains

Not long after, Aisha left the group and they immediately started to chat.

Also the moment She left, Prism seemed to materialise out of thin air. Truth is, she'd been there the whole time, she had just chosen to hide herself.

The reason for that? Well, when Christopher had been thinking of roles to apply to his main Subordinates, he realised that she didn't really have any main skills when it came to controlling large groups of people… that didn't involve forcefully mind controlling them.

Instead, he realised that her skills were better suited for things such as infiltration, assassination, and information gathering. Kim could do the third thing, but Prism's abilities just made it easier.

As such, she wasn't going to head any sect, though she still had authority over most of the people in the Primordial Expanse. Instead, she was to act as Christopher's hidden blade. Taking out beings outside the Dimension whom Christopher wanted gone, retrieving information, and so on.

She had absolutely no complaints towards this new role of hers so it worked out well.

'Now I can finally check out everyone's stats properly.' He sighed and got the urge to rub his temples, then he realised that he didn't have a headache that warranted such a reaction.

'Wait can I even get a headache at my current stage? Hm. Maybe if I get smacked in the head with some legendary hammer or something. Wouldn't want that to happen…' Christopher chided himself for thinking about useless things and decided to check everyone's stats, starting with his two weapons.

<Name: Scarlet

Weapon Type: Sword

Rank: Apex (evolvable)

Affinity: Annihilation

Status: Bound

Abilities → >

<Name: Norn

Weapon Type: Dagger

Rank: Apex (evolvable)
Your journey continues with empire

Affinity: Fate

Status: Bound

Abilities → >

Unsurprisingly, the only thing that had changed about the two weapons in the main stats window was their rank. Still seeing that Apex tag was definitely appealing to the senses.

Then, he decided to look at the new abilities they had gained.

The Dimension had been upgraded twice since the last time Christopher checked their stats, the first time was when he upgraded it right before he fought the Void's avatar and the second was after he had assimilated the world into his Dimension. So it matched.

He then decided to check the two new moves of the duo. Quickly sifting through the skills that were there already, he focused on the new ones, starting with Scarlet.

<... Absolute Ruin (Level 1): Creates a localized zone where all energy and matter are reduced to nothingness. This Ability ignores most resistances, consuming even energy based defences.

Scarlet Nova (Level 1): Scarlet is charged with condensed Annihilation energy and releases it in an explosive burst, wiping out within a massive radius. The energy disperses quickly to avoid collateral damage to allies.>

'Ooh.' Christopher nodded to himself slightly, especially that absolute Ruin. If he wasn't wrong, it would act as a territory Type Attack and keep its effects restrained to a specific area to deal continuous damage to whoever was the target.

The Scarlet Nova wasn't a bad addition either. It was good for dealing with a large amount of enemies in a short moment, and would also serve him well if he was trying to break out of an entrapment.

In short, he was satisfied. Not that he thought he wouldn't be.

He then turned his focus to Norn's new abilities as well.

<... Destiny Surge (Level 1): Norn channels Fate to an overwhelming degree to rewrite the immediate flow of reality within a localized area, allowing The User to dictate the sequence of events momentarily.

Fate Cataclysm (Level 1): Norn forces the unraveling of Fate within a targeted area, causing unpredictable and catastrophic effects on enemies, such as sudden power reversals, temporal displacement, or existential erasure.>

"..."

'...'

Christopher was rendered speechless and he could feel Scarlet's bewilderment. Destiny Surge was already insane enough since it essentially let Christopher do whatever the hell he wanted within a localized area for a short amount of time. But Fate Cataclysm was just straight up horrifying!

'Existential erasure?! What the hell does that even mean???' He exclaimed and Scarlet who still seemed stunned Answered slowly.

'It's… it's a form of existence erasure that negates durability and/or vitality, including immortality. Granted the person who inflicted it must be at least close to the strength of the person they are using it on. Still not even I can do that…' He sounded at a loss and Christopher couldn't blame him.

'Existence erasure is actually insane. Bro who are my future Opps?! Who am I fighting to need stuff like this???' He shuddered. But that wasn't the only reason.

He learned the hard way what disrupting Fate on a large scale could do, and Christopher was fairly certain that this Fate Cataclysm could result in something even more harrowing if he wasn't careful.

He suddenly felt annoyed.

'Powerful skills, powerful skills, but I can't use them freely even though I have more than enough energy to do so because I have to worry about getting noped out of existence by some entities that literally made the system glitch! Give me a break man!' He rubbed his face and resisted the urge to groan.

'Oh right, speaking of the system, I should have gotten two more Dimensional abilities since I upgraded…? Wait that's not right I should have only gotten one more skill…? But then again I got multiple from the last upgrade alone… Meh, I'll just check.' He shrugged and pulled up his stats window and went to his stat window and checked out his Dimensional abilities.

To his surprise, there were indeed two new abilities he could use.

Before he checked them out, he asked the system why.

[The Dimension has been split into two different sides being Edenveil and Nihilheim. So twice the benefits.] Quick and concise, and Christopher liked it.

He then checked the new skills and resisted the urge to whistle.

<... Dimensional Veil (Passive): A Dimensional ability gained by the Primordial Expanse after its Exposure to the gaze of higher beings. This skill cloaks the Dimension and its inhabitants from the gazes of entities at the Apex rank and beyond as it disrupts perception at a metaphysical level. Making it appear as though neither the inhabitants or the Dimension exist within the Tapestry of Fate.

Dimensional Transcendence (Level 1): Grants the Dimension the ability to exist outside conventional layers of reality, allowing The Master to shift it between realms. This Ability can be used to avoid catastrophic events, transcend barriers, or directly influence higher planes of existence. However, its use requires significant energy and cannot be sustained indefinitely.>

'Oh?' Christopher cocked a brow. The first ability, Dimensional Veil, was pretty much what Christopher had expected it to be. A powerful skill that masked his presence from those entities that he had absolutely no business in dealing with currently. Though he was a bit curious about something.

'System, I thought one of the entities, the Keeper of Equilibrium, was pending some sort of Judgement for me.' He asked.

[Indeed, the entity known As the Keeper of Equilibrium had indeed been considering a suitable punishment for your actions against fate. But the new ability Dimensional Veil essentially made the Master and his Dimension vanish from its view. Making the Judgementimpossible to impose.] It answered and Christopher nodded.

'Alright, but wouldn't it have noticed that I suddenly vanished?' He asked.

[Highly likely, the chances are that it will be on high alert for whenever you appear again and possibly disrupt the balance it watches over again. And while it may not be able to interact with you due to the Veil, it may influence the things around you, causing you to fall into a disadvantage during critical moments. Or something of the sort.] Hearing this, Christopher wasn't annoyed, he had anticipated something similar.

'Hopefully it won't be too cruel then.' Such a thought was mildly naive and Christopher knew it. What sort of person hoped that someone Stronger than them would hurt less? He knew that.

That's why he was going to make sure whatever influence that entity imposed to punish him would be rendered useless by him when the time came.

After that, Christopher focused on the other skill which also caught his attention. Dimensional Transcendence was quite interesting.

'So now I can take the Primordial Expanse across realms as well as transcend barriers. And I can even influence higher realms? So higher Dimensions? Interesting. And it's the first move that I also can't spam either. Though it makes sense. I imagine that travelling through realms wouldn't be a simple affair.' As he had that thought, his mind drifted to the Mirror Realm where Prism came from. He intended to go there and help her achieve whatever revenge she was seeking. And this Ability made getting there much easier.

After a while, Christopher nodded. Overall, he was satisfied with his gains and what the Dimension could now do. Also now that he had 16:1 Time Dilation and impose this in areas within his Dimension, he could virtually have his subordinates speed run things.

'Training the soldiers will become much easier like this. This should be fun.' He smiled faintly and then looked at his subordinates.
