MY 10,000× DIMENSIONAL SYSTEM

Chapter 107: Busy

Busy

Christopher's stunt that shook the very tapestry of fate spread through all of existence hadn't caught the eye of those entities that had gazed at him alone.

Quite frankly, anyone with a strong enough Affinity towards Fate felt as though the Tapestry had let out a pained shriek, and many Fate users had been stunned for some time before trying to find the source of the disturbance.

Many managed to glimpse Christopher's actions before he was hidden by the new stealth ability granted to him by his Dimension, and there were many mixed feelings among those that had managed to see him.

A gargantuan castle stood imposingly in a strange space.

The castle seemed to be made entirely of starlight, and sat on a flat reflective plane that almost resembled perfectly calm water.

Above the castle was a congregation of stars that made up all sorts of constellations. It was all serene and quiet.

Within the castle in a certain section, a group of individuals could be seen. Men and women all wearing cloaks that obscured their faces, ghe claoks also looking to be made of starlight. There were about a dozen of them.

And something interesting to note was that each of these people were all moving their hands in strange ways through the air, as if performing an odd group dance.

"Ah!" A startled yelp suddenly left one of the cloaked figures as they fell back, their hood falling back to reveal a pristine and beautiful face.

Her eyes that seemed to be filled with bright constellations stared at seemingly nothing and her nebulous pupils trembled.

"Herta, what's wrong?" One of the Claoked figures who had been sitting behind the group and seemed to be watching them all rushed to her side and asked with a gruff voice, though it was tinged with worry.

"The… The Tapestry…" Before she could finish, the man supporting her suddenly grunted and his hand flew to the side of his head, and like a line of dominoes, each of the people in the room had varying reactions, but they mostly consisted of shock, disbelief, and some fear.

"What… could have caused such a large scale of unraveling?" The man from before muttered with disbelief.

Elsewhere, in a strange Dimension that seemed to be made entirely of flames, a menacing Palace stood ominously on the edge of a Volcano of titanic proportions.

A pillar of Lava that was far hotter than any normal flame constantly shot of of this Volcano high into the sky before eventually succumbing to gravity and was then pulled back down as horrific Lava rain.

However, the Castke was completely unperturbed.

Inside the castle, a feast seemed to be going on. There was a long table that looked to be made out of Obsidian glass and all sorts of figures were sitting at it.

From towering red demons with bulging muscles and intimidating features to delicate succubi with utterly devastating figures and seductive smiles.

They all seemed to be chatting somewhat amiable, though an observant person would be able to tell that it was all just an act, and an even more observant person would be able to tell that more than half of the people in this room wanted each other dead, and the only reason they weren't tearing at each other's throats was because of the individual at the head of the table.

They looked…surprisingly human, sure there were some who looked more humanoid than others, namely the succubi, but the only thing that made him look different was the black horns on his head. And unlike the chatty people at the table, he was quietly drinking a cup of tea.

Suddenly the sound of something falling echoed in the hall and everyone froze and turned to look at the source of the noise.

A scrawny looking demon that was so short they needed a taller chair to reach the table seemed to be wheezing, it's cup on the floor with its contents spilled.

"What… what is this…?" It mumbled as it tried to catch its breath.

"Kolt. Is there an issue?" A voice startled him out of his thoughts and he turned his head slowly, like an untiled robot to look at the person at the head of the table.

His gaze was calm and collected and he stared at Kolt, waiting for it to respond.

The imp gulped before saying in a whiny voice.

"Th-There's been a terrible disturbance in the tapestry." He said with a slight stitter, but the eyes of everyone widened except hhe man at the head of the table.

"Oh? How bad?" He asked calmly and Kolt shuddered.

"... Any half decent Fate User would have noticed it. The entire foundation was broken because the fate thread of an entire world is gone." He said in a small voice and the air turned tense. Then the man at the head of the table chuckled.

"Interesting."

***

Scenes like this were playing out throughout existence, and the culprit of it all was either blissfully unaware or not inclined to care.

Christopher was seated on top of Silver who was in his wolf form, and in front of him inside a specialised training room inside the Haven of the Enlightened, a spar was currently going on between Kim and Titus.

Yeah needless to say Titus was being treated like a sack of potatoes.

After getting enhanced by the Dimension twice, Titus had achieved truly incredible levels of power and could dispatch thousands of his past self with ease.

Not to mention that his control over Light and wind had grown exponentially, and he had created several powerful techniques to match his new level.

And yet he was still getting utterly bullied by Kim.

It wasn't really surprising though. Not only was she of a higher rank, but her overall stats just completely dwarfed his. Especially her speed.

Titus was quite confident in his speed, in fact, his combat style revolved around speed and agility. Yet not only was he nowhere near matching Kim in terms of speed, he was struggling just to defend himself due to how terrifyingly fast she was.

He grit his teeth as he continuously defended himself from an onslaught of claw attacks and punches.

Despite her delicate appearance, Kim probably had the most brutal combat style, second only to Silver. And she didn't hesitate to try and Hit Titus where it hurt.

And fun fact, she had restricted herself to his level.

Christopher watched this and nodded to himself.

'Titus has gotten a lot better, skill wise that is. He's defending himself quite well too, and knows when to block and when to dodge and his footwork is also a lot better. Not bad at all.' He was about to smile when his mouth twitched and he looked to his left.

There he saw Belladonna with her fangs inside his arm, happily sucking away at his blood.

"... Don't you have a job or something?" He asked with a blank expression and Belladonna briefly looked at him with her Ruby red eyes and batted her eyelashes, trying to look innocent.

She briefly removed her fangs from his arm and said innocently.

"Ah, but Master. You're the one that said being able to use clones is a necessity, so I did just that. So my clones can do my work for me without my input." And with that, she sunk her fangs back into his arm.

'Ugh. I sadly can't argue with her.' He sighed. He had indeed encouraged his subordinates to be able to create reliable clones that can handle their work for them so that they wouldn't have to be working all the time.

That way they could do more things together. Though they weren't exactly slacking off either.

Belladonna mentioned that depending on the strength of the being who's blood she took, she could also grow stronger. And what better blood to suck that the blood of the Apex rank Christopher who was much stronger than most Apex ranked individuals?

Silver was acting as his Chair but he wasn't being idle. Actually he was meditating. Now that he had reached the god rank as a beast and Christopher showed no signs of upgrading his Dimension anytime soon, his subordinates had started to cultivate properly and I crease their strength using the actual methods.

Well, actually methods being the utterly groundbreaking knowledge that existed within the Vast library of the Haven. There were all sorts of astounding meditation techniques that one could use to achieve equally astounding results.

And So Silver was currently practising one of these techniques.

Lenax had gone to the region designated for the Dragons, apparently he had soke debts to pay. Not in the sense that he was beefing with anyone but more like he wanted to apologise for betraying his race before being taken in by Christopher, and from what he knew, betrayals usually meant death, but he obviously wouldn't allow that, so he guessed the Dragon was probably fighting like crazy right now.

Thanatos was busy creating even more powerful bone abominations, and with his ability to control souls, powerful wraiths as well. Though he said quite vaguely that he was working on a surprise for one of them, and apparently Eidrasil was in on it.

Then again Christopher was omniscient and omnipotent within his Dimension, so he easily found out what was going on, and he had to say that what they were doing, was quite wholesome.

Then there were the twins. And well, they were on the moon fighting each other.

Turns out that Darkness And Void are quite similar and Umbra described it as "very comfortable" so he made the Void part of the moon his new home while his sister had decided to take the creation side.

No one really had any business with the moon so he couldn't care less. And it was durable enough to handle the devastating attacks they unleashed against each other when they fought. As for why they were fighting, well it was quite dumb.

Umbra was technically the elder among the two of them, and Dragons grew stronger the older they became. So most of the time an elder dragon would beat up a junior. But Chiara who had hatched about 2 seconds after her brother wanted to break this stereotype, and decided the best way to do so was fight until a victor was decided.

'It should be 20-20 by now.' He rubbed his chin before shrugging.

Sinestra was the only one who didn't Use a clone to do his job and actually used his true body… or rather the Manifestation of his true body to get it done. Apparently he doesn't really need to cultivate since he is literally in the oath of an immense amount of Mana and Void energy and there's the fact that he's virtually stationary, so he decided to just do his job in person.

Christopher wouldn't hold it against him. He also seemed pretty excited about it so he wasn't gonna rain on his parade.

Then there was him. At first glance, he was the most idle one of them, but in reality he was very busy.

Aisha was still looking for people to make up her sect, so Christopher took it upon himself to look through fate, the larger tapestry, to see what was happening.

Something interesting about his Dimension was that, the tapestry of fate within it was independent, but also still connected to the one outside. And so Christopher coukd spy on other from within the Primordial Expanse without getting spied on, something that was made even more convenient with the new stealth ability the place had.

And So he was exploring the larger tapestry of fate that was interconnected within existence.

Beyond that though, he also split his mind to explore his new Physique, namely, how it allowed him to be beyond the distinctions and limits of existence, and how it complemented his other abilities that came with his title and the Dimensional energy he wielded.

And needless to say, there was a lot.
