Currently, I was sitting atop Ankaji's castle, pondering, "Also, I have to stop using the gravity cage." It was a spell I developed using Barrier Magic and Gravity Magic to create a cage that acts as a portable gravity chamber. First, I cast Barrier magic to create a thin layer over my body. Then, I used Gravity magic to increase the gravity inside and Tada, a portable gravity chamber.

Since I created this spell, I have consistently used it to train myself. Currently, I can withstand 400 times the gravity of Earth, similar to a certain prince.

"It was about time, as well; I was already getting used to the increased gravity."

[With my current strength, I should be able to handle anything this world throws at me unless an unexpected situation arises or some regressor bullshit occurs.] I'm not sure why he thought about the latter, but he should expect the unexpected.

Anyway, I should focus on empowering the girls. Also, I need to prepare a training montage for Myu.

After fixing the problems, he decided to test it himself. Rihito concentrated and slowly began to gather mana near his heart, again with it was child's play. Gradually, a pitch-black mana core was formed.

Rihito observes the black core and recalls that there are different stages of the mana core, with the black core signifying the beginner stage. He remembers that mages must utilise mana and refine it over time to advance. If he recalls correctly, the stages are black, red, orange, yellow, silver, and white. To progress from one stage to the next, mages must go through three intermediary stages: the dark stage, the solid stage, and the light stage.

(a/n: Mc doesn't know what comes after the white stage, as he hasn't read that far. However, when he reaches the white stage, he will find out.)

Rihito, remembering all that was not satisfied with the black core, decided to do something. Using , he used more mana from the atmosphere to try to manually refine the mana core.

Rihito concentrated on pouring more mana into his core, being cautious not to destabilise it. As he anticipated, the colour of the mana core shifted to a dark shade of red before gradually lightening to orange. Eventually, he noticed slight hints of yellow appearing.

Rihito, noticing the yellow colour of the mana core, decided this was enough for now and stopped.

Rihito, satisfied with the yellow core, still decided to inspect the core and find if there were any problems with mana usage.

After inspecting everything and finding no issues, he stood up and decided to test it before going back to his room.

Rihito cast a spell using only the mana from the newly formed mana core.

"Elemental Burst"

As he cast the spell, he felt a large amount of mana drained, almost 70%, to activate the spell to create the intended effect. Encircling Rihito were now seven elemental orbs floating, ready to be launched.

He observes the summoned orbs of elements as he finds they are a lot weaker than what he usually creates.

"Not bad; however, it will need more control, and mana regeneration is much slower than expected. But I can work with this, and there are more stages to go."

Dispelling the spell, Rihito decided to head back as it was getting late. He started walking toward the edge and began free-falling with a smile. [If it had been me before we came to Tortus, I'm sure I would have screamed in this situation, but now I don't hesitate before jumping.] While falling, Rihito noticed a half-open window. [Found it.] He controlled his fall and labelled towards the window, which happened to be the one leading to his assigned room.

Without hesitation, he got inside, ready to sleep, but…
