My Hero Academia: Restless Gambler

I carefully observed the vengeful BoomBitch. I couldn't afford to take this fight lightly. She was strong.

She had a powerful quirk that she actually trained to the best of her abilities, she was also physically stronger than my base. She was also more experienced in a quirk fight than me, no doubt her parents paying for her getting training at a quirk gym of sorts.

And worse, Hydrokinesis got no response from her sweat; it didn't contain enough water saturation in its composition to be affected.

"Finally, I get my hands on you, you bastard! I will enjoy this!" She said as she raised one of her grenade-themed gauntlets at me.

I raised my own hands up, switching to offensive form as I sneered at her, aggravation was one of the most basic tactics in a confrontation.

"Enjoy what? Getting your ass thrown around? Or should I remind you why you are second place?" Her face twisted into a fierce scowl as she glared at me, her palms crackling.

"I'm gonna fucking kill you! You-" I didn't give her a chance to finish her lines before rushing her but instead of being thrown off rhythm by surprise, she countered me by raising her hand and releasing a loud explosive blast that hit me on the side where I managed to block a little of it but.

'Fuck!'

Her blasts were strong, that one blast felt like getting hit by a car that was on fire, but battle continuation meant that that did little to me, still, I managed to salvage my attack a little by doing a side kick at her which she blocked with her gauntlet but she was still thrown back from the power behind the kick.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

But instead of simply flying back she reoriented herself in the air like a cat before using her explosions to fly back at me with a hand primed to release a nasty blast at me. I didn't move instead...

Booom!

"How do you like that huh-!?"

Bakugou's words were cut short as my carapace-covered hand gripped her ankle.

[Rare - Danger Sense] -> [Rare - Exoskeleton]

I barely felt the blast with Defensive Form and Carapace armour before grabbing her ankle and switching to Offensive Form then swinging her at the wall.

Slam!

"Kuakh!"

I clenched my fist ready to knock her out before she managed to push herself off of the wall and blast me right in the face making me stumble before releasing another blast at my chest to push herself off of me, using my body as basically a trampoline.

Furrowing my brows in irritation I gave chase with Offensive Form but Bakugou blasted me from above before hitting me with a harder blast than before that knocked me off my feet but otherwise didn't do much else.

Landing on my feet I pushed Offensive Form to its maximum as I dashed in front of her at alarming speeds and punched her right in the gut, knocking her off her feet and making her cough spit but she still managed to hold on enough to blast me again, cracking my exoskeleton this time after the repeated abuse.

"Hah, that all you got?" I calmly walked toward Bakugou as I observed her body language to respond to her actions but what I didn't expect was for her to reach for her gauntlet.

"You wanna underestimate me!? Fine then! Eat this!" She reached for the pin on her gauntlet I heard inaudible mumblings from her earpiece.

"SHUT UP! It won't kill him if he dodges!" My feet moved faster than my thoughts as I moved to interrupt her before she unleashed a fucking MOAB. It hadn't been 5 minutes since I replaced Phase Shift and Hydrokinesis.

Then she pulled the trigger. A giant booming, roaring wave of explosions was released toward me.

'Polar Channel Flow - Cellular Overdrive!'

'Defensive Form!'

'Exoskeleton!'

I braced with every single bit of defence I had-

Then, it washed over me. The exoskeleton shattered and unbearable heat washed over my body, I felt my bones creak from the wave of pressure that felt like a locomotive hitting me at full speed. I dug my feet into the ground and was dragged through a solid few meters of concrete.

When the flames subsided I saw the shocked face of Bakugou in the other end of the corridor. Roaring and searing pain assaulted my body and my uniform was in tatters, my body was burnt but it was all overshadowed by unyielding rage.

"Closed casket it is."

'Polar Channel Flow - Cellular Overdrive!'

Crack!

My foot dug into the stone and cracked it as I pushed myself off the floor and dashed toward my victim, she barely had the time to raise her arms when I dashed toward her at subsonic speeds. I raised my fist and punched with all my might.

"Grgrh!!"

Bam!

My arm shattered the gauntlets in my way like they were styrofoam before meeting her arms and getting the satisfying reaction of a visceral crunch of her arms breaking, my fist launched her and her back met the wall but the moment her back met the wall I was in front of her.

Then I drove my fist into her gut, holding back just enough that this trial wouldn't turn into a funeral but enough to cause some organ damage as she spat blood. Not letting even a moment for her to give any sort of reaction to anything I drove my elbow into her chin and sent her to dreamland.

Looking at her body slumped against the ground I barely held the urge to spit on it, grabbing some capture tape and tying it around her wrist I looked at the panel that appeared.

I hacked some blood onto my hand, I could feel my internal injuries but I had to end this exam first and fast. I wanted that ticket and no abused brat was going to get in my for it.

My feet moved, carrying me upstairs, I dont know what happened to Tsuyu since my earpiece was busted thanks to that hotheaded bitch. But I was just going to assume she was out of commission.

Whatever, I could do this alone. Cellular Overdrive was still active and my blood was still pumping.

I scoured the building faster than the human eye could see, and it was easy to see which toom the bomb was in.

Because it surely couldn't be the room with a block of ice sticking out of the entrance. A good way to barricade the room against the heroes, a dick move in general.

But... I bet his cocky ass won't expect the walls to come down.

'Exoskeleton'

A solid hard carapace formed on the right half of my upper body. I walked back until my back hit the hard wall then pushed off of the ground hard enough to crack it, launching myself.

'Defensive Form'

A subsonic-reinforced human-shaped projectile crashed into the reinforced concrete wall and busted right through it, I could see Todoroki's shocked expression and felt the bones in my shoulder strain but otherwise stay fine.

"What!?" I didn't let him hit me a glacier however as I activated Offensive Form and quickly grabbed the mock nuke. Then an announcement blared.

"You..." Todoroki settled a glare on me but I didn't care. My mood was completely foul right now. So I ignored him and started walking back, walking barefoot on his ice hurt and my energy was tanked at the moment due to using Cellular Overdrive.

At least there was a consolation prize.

And just like all rage has vanished. My cock is rock hard, in fact, I am about to nut in my pants so hard they will rip a hole through whatever remains of my uniform. I immediately picked Frost Flare without hesitation, the days of no-ranged options were finally over. I ignored the tome because I had no time to learn magic when the USJ was so close.

I was finally stacking up, I went from a horse to beckoned to a force to reckoned. Sure, my energy reserves were still not that good considering Cellular Overdrive + Phase Shift burnt through them like butter in a red hot pan but the power couldn't underestimated.

As I was still walking down with an impassive expression(Acting skill) I saw All Might with a very concerned expression standing in the doorway.

"H-Hey! Young Hakari are you all right? You looked like you took a pretty nasty hit there, but was there a need to go that hard on young Bakugou?" Okay, the irritation was back now. I settled a glare on All Might that made him flinch slightly.

"All Might-sensei. With all due respect, if I were any other student you would be gathering my ashes with a dustpan. She should count her lucky stars that I didn't return the favour. Since she is not permanently maimed that means I didn't go too far. Now where is the infirmary? I can feel my broken bones stabbing my organs."

"R-Right, my apologies young Hakari, here these robots should carry you to the infirmary, after Recovery Girl treats you hopefully you will be able to rejoin class to see the rest of your classmates perform." I could tell he was nervous around me and he better be.

They were running this shitshow of a hero course with as little as protection as possible. But that worked in my favour, didn't it? The more conflict occurs the more I profit. At this rate, I would be unstoppable if only there weren't true monsters around like Endeavor, All Might and All for One.

But right now I needed all the strength I could get because...

In just a few short days it would be the Unforeseen Simulation Joint incident.

Can I survive there? Would it go according to canon or would Remix fuck my life up? Could I really survive against the Black Nomu and Shigaraki or would I fail miserably and possibly doom the world?

...Shit, it seems I really will have to start taking things more seriously.

But first, I think I should seek medical treatment.

A/N: What did you guys think about this fight? Hakari really shows why he shows how to continue battling by taking the equivalent of a missile to the face and still truck on before knocking some sense into Bakugou's thick skull. She will have plenty of time to think about her actions with her new concussion.

But things aren't exactly easy for Hakari either, without Cellular Overdrive he would have lost without a doubt. Also poor Tsuyu got frozen to the floor off-screen. But regardless of how hard he got mained Hakari profited and he is laughing.
