Chapter 394 Dark Elves
Inside the deep space,
Instantly the void squirmed, and a cube-shaped, mile-sized ship emerged outside from it. It was none other than the main ship of Lin Lee.
After reaching this galaxy, he directly ejected the ship out from the wormhole near the coordinate location of the dark elves civilization.
At the current level of his ship rune technology and as far as his personal strength is concerned, Lin Lee isn't afraid of any top civilization, let alone the seventh-level dark elves race.
"Red, show me the planet projection of the main star of the dark elves,"
Lin Lee commanded, standing inside the ship's main control area, the detection and spiritual runes of the ship activated, and waves covered the whole few planetary systems around; it even spread through the whole galaxy.
Slowly a holographic reflection appeared around him, and the surrounding scenery changed; a large galaxy appeared with multiple planets covered in planetary defense systems like a Dyson sphere.
Lin Lee raised his brow and then raised his hand, grabbed the main third star system projection in the center of the galaxy, and zoomed in on it.
'This is really a genuine seventh-level civilization,'
Lin Lee thought to himself, looking at the developed star systems, while the main star system is secured completely with a special planetary system.
Then the main planet inside the star system was zoomed in on. It is a large, lush green planet without any technological buildings, just giant trees in different shapes.
'It seems this civilization's technology is heavily based on biotechnology; these trees are mixed with metal resources, and they are actively shaping them into anything they want,'
Lin Lee raised his brow, looking at the details of biological species that appeared in front of him in the projection.
Large trees with different colors of metallic veins running through them, on the other hand, the main dark elf species are a little different from the elves in Chaos Expense outside.
Male dark elves have tall and slender bodies, like sharp swords hidden in the shadows. Their skin is dark, either deep black or ash gray, and sometimes shines faintly under the moonlight. Their faces are cold and handsome, with high noses and thin lips, and their eyes glow red or blue, making them look both dangerous and mysterious. Their hair is long and smooth, usually black, silver, or pure white, often tied up simply behind their heads. Some powerful ones have strange runes or marks on their skin, telling of battles they have survived. Their beauty is cold and sharp, like a blade hidden under a silk robe.
On the other hand, female dark elves are like flowers blooming in the night, beautiful but full of hidden thorns. Their skin is dark too, but soft like velvet, giving off a faint fragrance of mystery. Their faces are delicate, with bright eyes that shine like stars, often purple, green, or golden. Their hair is long and flowing, sometimes decorated with small beads or dark silk threads. Every move they make is full of grace, as if dancing in the dark. Their beauty is soft but dangerous, like the silent blooming of poisonous flowers under the moon.
'They are really beautiful in their own way,'
Lin Lee thought to himself, looking at female dark elves, and then he thought of something, and a smile appeared on his face.
"Red, camouflage the ship and arrive near that planet. I want to land on it without anyone noticing my arrival."
"Yes, sir,"
Red replied, and the ship, which was already concealed using reflective and camouflage runes, moved forward silently in the deep space without being detected by dark elf ships or even the star system defense mechanism.
Soon the ship reached near the planet and stopped. Lin Lee flew out from the ship, concealed with camouflage runes.
'This planet really looks more pleasing to the eye, a perfect blend of technology and nature,'
Lin Lee thought to himself, looking at the huge planet, hundreds of times larger than the blue star he knew, floating green crystal cities merging with the lush green atmosphere of the whole planet,
He then flew toward one of the floating cities with foreign races inside, as it will not reveal his identity as the invader.
After moving forward, he flew and landed on the ground.
Lin Lee raised his brow, feeling the soft land under his feet, and then he glanced at the lush forest edge and few tree houses around.
'First, I will visit the nearby crowded area I noticed when I flew toward it and find out more details about this planet,'
Lin Lee then moved forward, leaving the forest with a calm expression on his face.
The streets were wide and paved with smooth black stone, glowing faintly with lines of silver runes. There are some elves moving in the different-shaped vehicles on the roads; some elves are a little different from those pure dark elves he saw in the details provided by Red. These elves have some mixed features in their bodies.
'Probably half-elves born from a combination of elves and different races,'
Lin Lee thought to himself, and then he observed the surroundings. Tall buildings soared into the sky, their walls made of green metal and crystal, reflecting the surrounding nature as if blending with it.
Bridges of reflection connected towers high above, and streams of flying ships passed silently through the air like schools of fish in the ocean.
In the center of the city stood a giant tower, so tall it seemed to pierce the heavens. Rings of floating gardens circled it, where strange plants bloomed, giving off soft glows in green, blue, and violet.
Also, mechanical beasts patrolled the air, their wings made of black metal feathers, watching everything silently.
In that moment, he understood: this was not a simple civilization. This was a kingdom standing between life and death, beauty and terror, ancient spirit and endless steel.
Lin Lee then appeared in the crowded market area near the square and let Red gather detailed information about this civilization.
The dark elves' homeworld is called Eryndor, a planet where green forests stretch endlessly, like a sea of life under the stars. Towering ancient trees rise into the clouds, their leaves shining with faint light, as if each tree held a hidden spirit. Crystal-clear rivers flow through the land, and strange, colorful beasts roam freely under the dense canopies.
But hidden beneath this beauty is the dark elves' true strength. Deep underground and high above the skies, countless floating cities made of black stone and silver metal drift silently. Gigantic green crystal towers reach into the skies, their surfaces carved with ancient runes and flashing with cold mechanical light.
Also, in the heart of the forests, huge gates leading to other planets nearby hum quietly, powered by technology far beyond ordinary people's understanding.
Although their planet looks wild and untouched, in truth, every tree, every stone, and every gust of wind is under their control.
Their technology, at the seventh level, blends perfectly with the natural world, making their home a place where nature and machines exist as one.
'This planet will be a real paradise for countless ordinary civilizations; it's a pity no one is allowed to step on this planet's surface except those slaves and noble lineages among the dark elves,'
Lin Lee thought to himself, standing in the middle of the market looking at the different areas offering different services, including the buying and selling of technology, slaves, and weapons, and also import-export to and from other planets.
While he was exploring different areas of the market, a soft voice sounded from behind.
Lin Lee turned around and glanced at the elf beauty standing behind him. She has purple hair and eyes and is wearing the staff uniform of the market, while she is also looking at him with a curious and suspicious gaze.
"Hi, Mr. Are you looking for something?"
Lin Lee raised his brow and then smiled, and raising his hand and revealing a small round purple-gold ring flickering with runes lying quietly in his palm, he asked curiously, "Can you tell me where I can sell this storage ring for a good price?"
"Storage ring?" Instantly the elf exclaimed and then realized her voice had raised, and then she apologized hurriedly.
"I am sorry, sir; I am a little surprised, as it is one of the most expensive items here. Please come with me; I will show you an official place where you can sell it for a good price."
She spoke and gestured toward the market area on the right and walked forward; her attitude became more humble after seeing Lin Lee possessed a storage ring, which only nobles and pure dark elves are allowed to possess.
"By the way, Mr., I forgot to introduce myself. I am Shwenk, one of the official staff in this market. Here is my contact card. You can contact me if you want to sell or buy some special products. Also, you can find the items list on this card."
On the way, she remembered something and introduced herself while passing a wooden crystal mix card.
