Naruto: A True Monster

"I mean think about it, the Akatsuki, while powerful, only does work for money and I doubt anyone would pay for them to eradicate the bloodline camps. Most villages whether major or minor have always wanted to add more bloodline shinobi to their ranks and hence killing them would simply be shooting themselves in the foot. It would make more sense for them to be hired to kidnap them or to kill us to stop us from killing them."

The patriarchs nodded in agreement.

"So if it isn't the Akatsuki, who could it be?"

"No idea but the Kage level shinobi I sensed back then must be part of this new unknown powerful organisation. This much we know," said Yagura

"Therefore while advancing to occupy the territories of the annihilated camps, we should also spare some elite Jonin to find these mysterious benefactors. Maybe we could then work together to completely eradicate those bloodline bastards" said Yagura to which the patriarchs nodded in agreement.

After discussing a few more logistics, the patriarchs left the tent haply and satisfied for the first since this war began.

After they left, the space twisted and fractures as a man wearing a swirling wooden mask, a dark cloak with red clouds on it and a ring on his finger, walked out of the twisting space.

The man's eyes turned red, three shuriken like edges connected to each other appearing on each eye.

The man looked at Yagura with these red eyes causing Yagura eyes to also transform into these same red eyes with the same black shuriken shapes.

"Tell me everything that has happened since we last spoke. "commanded the masked man to which Yagura surprisingly responded which was shocking considering he was the leader of the bloodline eradicators and yet now he looked like nothing more than a puppet .

'So, there is a mysterious shinobi/ organisation interfering with the Kirigakure civil war' thought Obito, his expression hidden by the wooden mask. 'Being a member of the Akatsuki I am sure that it wasn't us which means that it was another rogue shinobi as no village would bother exterminating the bloodline clans, such actions would be detrimental to them.'

'Yagura also mentioned sensing the chakra of some Kage level individual two months prior to 6 attack which while others would consider not noteworthy, I would consider the main suspect.'

"Zetsu!" Obito called out.

Immediately on the ground next to him, a man slowly emerged. His right half was wooden and white while his left half was a black inky colour. Even the eyes were of different colours with the right green and the left yellow.

"Do you have any information of our recent troublemaker?"

"Yes." The black half portion smiled as it handed over a bingo book to Obito Uchiha. On the open page was a picture of 12-year-old Yuu Sakamoto under the S-rank section.

"Oh... a 12-year-old S-rank shinobi. Must be quite the individual to receive such a bounty and rating on his first entry to the Bingo books" muttered Obito, his eyes glinting in interest.

"Even Itachi, a bonified genius, received his bounty at the age if 15 and even then his was only 11,000,000 yet this kid despite being younger received a bounty of 12 million. Do they now put random nobodies in the bingo books?" Scoffed Obito.

"Do not underestimate him Obito" warned the black side of Zetsu known as black Zetsu with a serious tone "Based on my observation, this 'child' who you mock possess vast amounts chakra surpassing most Kages. Even you and Nagato who possess vast amounts of chakra due to your Dojutsu and bloodlines don't even come close to his chakra."

"His genjutsu prowess is strong enough to turn himself invisible and conceal himself even from my senses. I could only sense him when he turned off his genjutsu.

He most likely possesses some powerful bloodline associated with Genjutsu and I believe that his bloodline possesses the potential to equal or even surpass the Mangekyo Sharingan in terms of Genjutsu. "

Obito was shocked by Black Zetsu's evaluation of Yuu after all he had never heard him praise and show caution to a shinobi as much as he did with Yuu. Even the various current Kages of various villages didn't elicit any worry from him. Only unique individuals like Itachi, Nagato and Jiraiya were worth keeping an eye on. Genius shinobi capable of wiping out entire squads of shinobi.

And now this Yuu Sakamoto had been added on Black Zetsu's page of cautionary individuals.

"So what do you suggest we do with him?" asked Obito.

"I would suggest recruiting him to the Akatsuki as his prowess and potential is superb. As for what to offer him? Judging by his actions so far, shinobi like Yuu tend to be quite bloodthirsty and hence offering him easier access to powerful jutsus as well as assisting him in gaining access to stronger opponents should suffice which shouldn't be hard given Akatsuki's main mission with likely out us as enemies of all five major villages giving him ample people to slaughter."

"What if he refuses?"

"Then i doubt the entire Akatsuki will have a problem finishing him off. Even Hashirama would have a problem facing so many Kage level individuals let alone a 12-year-old brat."

*********A week later*********

Yuu emerged from his hideout, a smile evident on his face.

'I've finally mastered water release'

His control had over water release had improved all the way to Grandmaster level allowing him to cast all water jutsus at B level and below as well as some A rank jutsus with just one hand reaching the levels of the renown Tobirama Senju in water release mastery.

Now you might be asking how is it that Yuu managed to advance all the way from a beginner level water release user to Grandmaster level in just a week. Well, that had to do with the over ten thousands water release shinobi he had killed.

You see his power didn't just absorb their chakra and bloodlines but also everything else including their talent and it was done in a cumulative manner. Now that wouldn't make much difference if it was just one or a dozen shinobi killed but this time it was around 10,000 shinobi. Can you imagine how powerful a water release talent born from the cumulative talents of over 10,000 shinobi can be. At this point Yuu doubted whether even the Sage of Six Paths compared to him in water release talent.
