Any captured Hollow could be delivered to the local guild for a bounty, but killing a Hollow would yield nothing in return.

The order also came with a warning: if a ninja encountered a particularly large Hollow, ordinary ninjas were advised not to engage.

Instead, they should leave it to the guild personnel to handle.

In reality, ninjas were unlikely to completely erase Hollows in the same way Quincy did.

Makoto was well aware of this.

Given his mastery over time and space, he could easily open a portal to Soul Society and send wandering souls there.

Yet, the reason he chose to handle things this way was his deep interest in Zanpakuto.

If Konoha could gain control over that power, it would be ideal.

And if Soul Society refused, he had plenty of ways to create a more obedient version of it.

For now, this matter was set aside.

Makoto turned his attention back to the numerous troubles caused by the world's sudden transformation—issues that required his personal attention.

At noon, Makoto stretched lazily, having finished all his work.

"Your Majesty, are you coming to our place later?" Samui approached and asked.

"Too lazy to go. Just call the two of them over," Makoto said lazily, reclining in his chair.

Samui pursed her lips and hesitated. "But there's no bath here. Wouldn't that be inconvenient?"

Hearing this, Makoto raised an eyebrow slightly and gave her a light slap on the butt. "So, you heard what Natsu said that day?"

Samui lowered her voice. "Lady Natsu wasn't exactly speaking softly… I just think, Your Majesty, there's no need to upset Lady Ayari."

Her words made Makoto agree internally.

Ayari had already turned a blind eye to his affairs outside—coming back clean wasn't exactly a difficult task.

After considering for a moment, Makoto suddenly chuckled. "First, go and call Tsunade over to your place."

Samui was momentarily stunned. "Which one… do you mean?"

There were two Tsunades—one from this world and the other from an alternate version of the Naruto world.

Makoto's expression turned a bit strange. "Who else? If you can get both of them to come, then bring them both."

As for the alternate-world Tsunade, Makoto hadn't actually touched her yet—only played a few games with her.

That woman still held quite a bit of hatred for him, which, if anything, only made Makoto all the more intrigued.

Samui understood immediately and bowed. "I'll go right away. Mabui and Yugito are already waiting at home, Your Majesty can go over anytime."

Makoto simply waved his hand.

Samui left the palace and headed straight to Tsunade's residence.

It was Shizune who opened the door.

"Miss Samui… please come in!"

"I'm here to see Lady Tsunade."

"Which one are you looking for?" Shizune couldn't help but ask.

She could distinguish between them in her own way, but others usually wouldn't.

"Are both of them home?"

"Ah, both Master and Lady Tsunade had some drinks last night… they're still not awake," Shizune said with slight embarrassment.

It was already noon—quite a long sleep-in.

Samui nodded slightly and glanced toward the master bedroom. "Can I go in directly?"

Shizune quickly said, "I'll ask them first."

She walked over and knocked on the door, calling out that Miss Samui had arrived.

Samui walked into the room and saw Tsunade sitting up in bed.

The curtains had already been drawn open, making the room bright.

She closed the door behind her and said to Tsunade, "Lady Tsunade, go wash up quickly. His Majesty wishes to favor you."

Tsunade was momentarily stunned but then nodded calmly. "Got it."

She ran a hand through her hair and got up to rummage through the wardrobe.

"What about the other Lady Tsunade?" Samui asked.

"She's probably still lying in bed," Tsunade replied casually.

Samui then asked, "Do you remember everything His Majesty ordered you to do?"

Tsunade said, "Everything that needed to be done has been done."

"What was her reaction?"

Tsunade replied, "For something like this, why don't you ask her yourself? Or better yet, if you take my place and do it, you'll find out soon enough."

She pulled out a pair of black full-body stockings and the outfit she often wore in front of Makoto.

Then, without hesitation, she began undressing right in front of Samui.

"Wait a bit," Tsunade said before stepping out of the bedroom and heading to the bathroom.

In the living room, the Hokage Tsunade also came out.

She had heard someone arrive, but the moment she saw Samui stepping out of the bedroom, her expression turned cold.

Hating by association, Hokage Tsunade disliked Samui purely because of Makoto.

"What are you doing here?" she asked bluntly.

Samui replied, "His Majesty wishes to see Lady Tsunade. I came to summon her. If you want to go as well, we can go together."

Hokage Tsunade's face darkened instantly.

She could easily guess what Makoto wanted with Tsunade, and Samui's words only made her angrier.

The sound of running water came from the bathroom—Tsunade had begun showering.

Tilting her head slightly, Samui asked, "What's wrong? You don't want to go?"

Hokage Tsunade clenched her fists, holding back her anger.

In the end, she let out a cold snort and turned to head back to her room.

Samui sighed theatrically. "What a shame. If you went, you could at least help Lady Tsunade share the burden."

Hokage Tsunade stopped in her tracks, frowning. "What do you mean?"

"Nothing. If you want to know, you can ask Lady Tsunade yourself."

"..."

Hokage Tsunade stood in silence for a moment before turning abruptly and walking straight into the bathroom.

Through the frosted glass, she could see a vague figure inside, washing herself.

"You… you're going to see Hyuga Makoto again, aren't you?" she asked, her voice slightly hesitant.

"Isn't that just normal?" the Tsunade inside responded.

"When you're with him…" Hokage Tsunade suddenly hesitated.

"What? Do you want to hear the details?"

"..."

"As long as I obey him, I can get what I want. No need to ask—everything I've done, you'll experience for yourself sooner or later… if you want to stay alive."

The person inside didn't take long.

Soon, she was finished, her hair washed as well, hanging damp over her shoulders.

She glanced at Hokage Tsunade and said, "Either prepare yourself or make a choice."

Tsunade washed up at the sink, then dried her hair before stepping out of the bathroom.

Ding-ling—

A familiar sound rang out, snapping Hokage Tsunade out of her thoughts.

She walked out of the bathroom and saw Tsunade, now fully dressed, striding forward.

She was clad in a professional outfit—elegant and composed—yet the formal attire still hugged her explosive figure.

However, with every step she took, a certain humiliating sound followed, echoing in Hokage Tsunade's ears.

It wasn't particularly loud, but each time it rang out, she felt the hairs on her body stand on end.

After leaving with Samui, Tsunade soon realized that their destination wasn't the palace.

"Where are we going?"

"The Emperor is at my place."

Tsunade's expression shifted slightly.

If it was at Samui's place, then Yugito and Mabui would be there too.

"You and Mabui seem pretty close, don't you?"

"Not really," Tsunade replied.

"No worries. His Majesty likes that kind of atmosphere. If… that Hokage Tsunade were to come along with you, His Majesty would be even more pleased."

"...Just hurry up. Don't keep His Majesty waiting."

Truthfully, Samui had wanted to bring up Shizune, but she feared that mentioning her would earn her a punch from Tsunade.
