Naruto: Blind Hyuga

Chapter 232: Ch-232 Obito vs Team Tsunade.

Tsunade nodded in agreement with the Raikage, her expression equally solemn. "You are absolutely right," she said. "He is attempting to resurrect the Ten-Tails, but we will not permit such a catastrophe to occur."

Tsunade's gaze swept towards Kakashi, Guy, and Naruto, her eyes burning with urgency. "We must thwart the Gedo Statue's transformation into the mighty Ten-Tails," she declared, her voice laced with a sense of gravity.

In unison, the trio nodded, their faces set with unwavering resolve, their jaws clenched in determination. They knew that if the Ten-Tails were to manifest, its unfathomable power would render their quest to vanquish Obito and Madara nearly insurmountable.

At this moment, the Gedo Statue also began to exhibit ominous signs of transformation, as it started roaring in excruciating agony, its voice echoing through the air, and its body parts slowly began to morph into the colossal structure of the Ten-Tails, its limbs stretching and contorting in ways that defied human anatomy.

The energy released was so immense that the surrounding stones, some of which were as large as boulders, started floating in the air, suspended by the sheer force of the statue's power.

Tsunade, Raikage, Kakashi, Naruto, and Guy all sprang into action, their faces set with determination, moving with swift precision towards the Gedo Statue to launch a synchronized attack and halt the transformation before it was too late.

"I will not let you touch the Gedo Statue," Obito declared in a deep, commanding voice that resonated through the air, his eyes blazing with an unyielding determination.

After issuing this warning, Obito charged towards the group with a fierce battle cry, his movements swift and deadly as he launched a relentless attack. Raikage, being the fastest among them, was the first to reach Obito, his powerful legs propelling him forward with incredible speed. However, Obito swiftly employed his Kamui technique and phased through Raikage's swift and precise assault.

"Naruto, let's try that again," Kakashi suggested, his voice calm and strategic amidst the chaos.

"You mean...?" Naruto looked at Kakashi for confirmation, seeking to ensure he understood the plan correctly, his eyes narrowing slightly as he focused on his mentor's response. Kakashi responded with a nod of affirmation, his expression serene and confident.

Naruto immediately grasped the plan and formed a massive Rasengan, its churning energy swirling with immense power. Kakashi, without wasting a single moment, used Kamui on the Rasengan, attempting to transport it to the Kamui space with swift precision. However, his Kamui was suddenly interrupted, its usual smooth execution faltering, and he was unable to transport the Rasengan to the Kamui space.

"What!? How did this happen?" Kakashi exclaimed in astonishment, his eyes widening in surprise.

"Do you really think that, now that I know you can restrain my Kamui ability, I would let you use it?" Obito said in a flat, even tone, his voice betraying no hint of emotion.

"Although I am engaged in fierce combat with Raikage and the others, my attention has been focused solely on you from the very beginning, anticipating your every move. I will not permit you to use Kamui," Obito added, his gaze fixed intently on Kakashi, his voice devoid of emotion.

"Damn you!" Raikage bellowed in rage, infuriated that even as he fought Obito, the latter could still counter Kakashi's attacks with ease, which only added to Raikage's frustration. However, despite his frustration, Raikage's efforts were in vain, as none of his attacks landed on Obito, who was utilizing Kamui to evade them.

"Calm down, Raikage," Tsunade said, her voice serene. "Although our attacks aren't hitting his body, there's no need to panic. We just need to maintain a steady barrage, and the time limit of his Kamui ability will eventually expire."

Raikage understood this strategy, so he restrained his attacks, scaling them back to a bare minimum, aiming to wear down the time limit of Obito's Kamui.

Obito also fully comprehended the intricate plan devised by Tsunade and Raikage and was resolute in his decision not to let them succeed easily. He waited patiently, observing their movements closely. At the precise moment, he materialized and adeptly wielded the 'Uchiha Fan' as a shield to defend himself from the formidable attacks of both Raikage and Tsunade.

When their powerful attacks struck the 'Uchiha Fan,' the force pushed Obito back a substantial distance, causing him to drag his legs across the ground as he was propelled backward.

Recognizing a fleeting opportunity, Kakashi immediately activated Kamui once more, this time with the specific aim of targeting the head of the 'Gedo Statue.' To ensure that Obito would not interfere again, Tsunade and Raikage launched simultaneous attacks from different angles. However, before they could reach his position, Obito deftly used Kamui to phase into the ground like a ghost, evading their assaults.

Before anyone could react, Obito appeared in front of Kakashi and tried to attack him with a swift, unexpected strike. However, Guy and Naruto, who were positioned on either side of Kakashi to protect him, immediately responded with their own attacks. Guy launched a powerful kick while Naruto unleashed a Rasengan. Yet again, Obito used his Kamui ability to phase through their attacks, making himself intangible.

Although Obito failed to land a direct hit on Kakashi, his goal was still achieved. His sudden appearance and attempted attack disrupted Kakashi's concentration, causing him to lose focus and interrupting his use of the Kamui technique at a crucial moment.

After the initial clashes, the intense battle between Obito and the formidable team of Tsunade, Raikage, Kakashi, Naruto, and Guy began in earnest. Despite utilizing his full strength and advanced techniques, Obito struggled to maintain his ground against these five highly skilled shinobi. Unlike Uchiha Madara, Obito was finding it exceedingly difficult to counter their combined might and strategic prowess.

However, Obito had one significant advantage: he managed to protect the 'Gedo Statue,' which was in the critical process of transforming into the Ten-Tails. This transformation was pivotal to his plan, as once the 'Gedo Statue' fully evolved into the Ten-Tails, Obito would acquire an overwhelming amount of strength, far surpassing that of his current form. This power boost would be sufficient to obliterate all his opponents and secure his victory.

Amidst the fierce battle, after several minutes of intense combat, a crucial event occurred on the battlefield. This unexpected development significantly impacted the ongoing clash, altering the dynamics of the fight between Obito and his formidable adversaries.
