Chapter 102: Chapter 24:Killing Move-69!

Sora soared through the sky, his massive white-scaled body slicing through the clouds as Team 7 rode on his back. The wind rushed past them, and the excitement in the air was palpable. They had finally cleared the first stage of the Chunin Exams, and the Land of Iron was just ahead.

Naruko grinned, sitting near Sora's neck. "We did it! The first stage was tough, but we made it through!"

Hitomi, sitting slightly behind Naruko, adjusted her gloves. "Yeah, but let's not get too relaxed. The second stage is bound to be even harder."

Yuto, standing toward Sora's back, scanned the skies and the ground below. His instincts told him that something wasn't right. 'We're still in the Chunin Exams, but I can't shake off this feeling… like something dangerous is coming.'

What Team 7 didn't know was that danger was already approaching them—fast.

High above them, a lone figure disguised as a Stone village Genin rode atop a clay bird. His eyes gleamed with excitement as he molded a clay figure in his palm. Deidara smirked. "Heh, perfect. Let's see if these brats can handle my art."

At the same time, on the ground below, another threat was lurking. A supposed Kusa Genin stood in their path, but beneath that disguise was one of the most dangerous figures in the world—Orochimaru. His slit-like eyes glimmered with amusement as he locked on Deidara rushing to attack team 7. "To think I'd run into an Akatsuki member here of all places… How intriguing."

Without warning, Deidara flicked his wrist, sending a clay dragon soaring toward Sora. Simultaneously, Orochimaru formed a series of hand signs, and a powerful gust of wind began to gather.

"Fūton: Daitoppa!" (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!)

A massive wave of compressed air surged toward Sora, colliding midair with Deidara's explosive dragon. The two attacks met in a chaotic explosion of wind and fire, shaking the skies.

BOOM!

Sora roared, swiftly ascending to dodge the fiery aftermath. Team 7 barely managed to hold on as their ride shook from the force of the explosion.

"What the hell!?" Naruko shouted, gripping onto Sora's scales.

Hitomi's eyes darted around. "Where did those attacks come from!?"

Yuto, his Kamigan glowing a crimson hue, locked onto their attackers. His scanner ability instantly pierced through their disguises, and what he saw made his blood run cold.

'Deidara and Orochimaru!? What the hell are they doing here!?'

Yuto's mind raced. 'Orochimaru was supposed to attack but the situation had deviated from the cannon, i didn't expect him to still attack! Why is he making a move now? And is he not afraid of the 5 kage attacking him.... 4 if Rasa is already dead. As for Deidara… is the Akatsuki trying to capture a Jinchuriki while all seven are in the Land of Iron?'

He quickly shook those thoughts away. Right now, the priority was survival.

"Guys, those Genin aren't normal! We need to avoid them!" Yuto shouted.

"But—" Naruko started.

"No buts! Just trust me on this!" Yuto interrupted. He couldn't reveal their identities, not yet.

Wasting no time, Yuto swiftly performed a set of hand seals, summoning a crow. He scribbled a quick message, tying it to the bird's leg before sending it flying away.

Meanwhile, Sora snarled, his golden eyes glaring at their attackers. He inhaled deeply before unleashing a stream of freezing energy from his mouth—an icy beam that surged toward both Orochimaru and Deidara.

Deidara's eyes widened in surprise. He skillfully maneuvered his clay bird away from the attack, avoiding being frozen midair.

Orochimaru, on the other hand, substituted himself with a log just before the icy blast could reach him. He reappeared a few meters away, his smirk never leaving his face. "An interesting summon indeed... and those eyes of his. Kamigan, was it? Heh, this boy is full of surprises. Maybe i should Mark him as well~"

In the sky, Deidara's mind raced when he saw the disguised Orochimaru. 'Why is Orochimaru attacking now? He was supposed to wait until the third round. Don't tell me Akatsuki's plans are getting interfered with…?'

Meanwhile, Orochimaru narrowed his eyes. 'The Akatsuki is making a move now? Are they after the Jinchuriki? Hah, how reckless… They think they can handle all seven Jinchuriki while being pursued by the Five Great Nations?'

Sora coiled midair, his massive form blocking the sky like a storm cloud. On his back, Team 7 readied themselves for battle, their bodies tense as they faced two S-Rank threats disguised as mere Genin.

The situation had just turned deadly.

Meanwhile, a figure stood several kilometers away from the chaotic battle unfolding between Team 7, Deidara, and Orochimaru. His long, spiky white hair was tied into a ponytail, and distinct red, paint-like markings ran down his face. Upon his forehead, a metal headband gleamed under the light, engraved with the kanji for "oil." A massive scroll rested against his back, secured tightly.

His eyes fixated on the enormous white dragon in the distance, its powerful form dominating the sky as it unleashed icy rays toward the earth below. The air crackled with tension, the aftermath of clashing jutsu sending small shockwaves even from this far away.

The figure's lips curled into a smirk as he muttered under his breath, "Interesting."

Yuto's gaze flickered between Deidara and Orochimaru, his mind racing. He clenched his fists before turning to his teammates.

"Let's use Killing Move-69," he said firmly.

Naruko and Hitomi's eyes widened in shock at the unexpected call for such a dangerous technique. But after a brief pause, they both nodded. There was no time for hesitation.

Without wasting another second, Yuto raised his hand, and a massive orb of glowing energy began to form above him, crackling with an eerie, unstable power—Radiation Release. The air around them warped slightly from the sheer intensity.

At the same time, Naruko clapped her hands together, her chakra flaring wildly. "Multi-Exploding Shadow Clone Jutsu!" she roared.

In an instant, a thousand clones of Naruko materialized in the sky, each with an insane, almost manic grin on their face. They were all prepped with explosive chakra ready to burst!

Hitomi's fingers flew through a rapid sequence of hand signs before she slammed her hands together. "Lightning Style: Giant Lightning Ball!"

A gigantic sphere of crackling blue lightning shot forward, humming with destructive force.

"Sora, move!" Yuto ordered.

The great white dragon didn't need to be told twice. With a deafening roar, Sora coiled and darted through the sky at incredible speed, taking Team 7 far from the incoming devastation.

Yuto hurled the Radiation Ball straight into the center of the thousand Naruko clones. The sky seemed to darken for a brief moment. Then, like a chain reaction, every single Naruko clone detonated—at the same time the Radiation Ball and Lightning Ball collided.

Deidara and Orochimaru's eyes went wide with horror. Their instincts screamed at them to escape.

"Shit!" Deidara cursed, controlling his clay bird to ascend at top speed.

Orochimaru didn't hesitate. He bit his thumb and slammed his palm onto the ground. "Summoning Jutsu!" A massive snake burst forth, coiling around him protectively as he disappeared into the distance.

Then—the explosion.

BOOOOOM!

The world seemed to shake.

A blinding light consumed the battlefield, followed by a deafening shockwave. Fire, lightning, and radiation merged into an unholy mushroom cloud, rising ominously into the sky like a second sun. The sheer force of the blast sent gusts of wind howling in every direction.

Far from the explosion, Sora moved his body furiously, escaping the blast radius just in time. The air was thick with tension, but Team 7 wasn't celebrating yet.

Naruko, Yuto, and Hitomi were breathing heavily, drained from the massive chakra output. Yuto reached into his pouch and pulled out three ration pills, tossing one to each of his teammates before swallowing his own.

"Eat up," he said between breaths. "We'll need it."

Naruko grinned weakly as she popped the pill into her mouth. "Damn… that was insane."

Hitomi nodded, her Sharingan still spinning. "Yeah… but I have got a feeling that it won't be enough to take those two down for good."

Far away, Deidara stood on his clay bird, his face covered in soot, a few burn marks scattered across his body—but otherwise unharmed. His entire body trembled as he gazed at the massive mushroom cloud rising into the sky.

His eyes filled with tears.

"What… what an amazing explosion! Such beauty! Such—art!" he shouted in sheer awe.

Meanwhile, Orochimaru was further away, having suffered burns and injuries from being too close to the blast. His face twisted in pain, but it was short-lived. His mouth opened unnaturally wide as he shed his charred skin, emerging completely healed.

He stared at the distant Team 7, his golden eyes filled with greed.

"I didn't expect these brats to be so strong…" he muttered.

Then, his lips curled into a sinister smile.

"But now… I must have both the Sharingan and the Kamigan."

His tongue slithered out as he licked his lips hungrily.
