Chapter 243: Full Crew Enhancement!

In an instant, the Flying Pirates' fleet was annihilated with just a wave of Faxiang Tiandi.

Once the waves settled, nothing was left behind!

No one, aside from Uchiha Yi, could have predicted such an outcome!

Ignoring the shock in the eyes of the three women and the pet, Uchiha Yi instructed the Kunpeng to lower the ship and directed the AI navigator to steer toward their next destination.

"I didn't expect to be targeted by the Golden Lion out of nowhere."

"Next time, it'll probably be the entire Flying Pirates crew coming after us!"

"While I'm not afraid of them, Nami, Robin, and the others don't have the strength to handle that threat."

Lying on a deck chair, Uchiha Yi pondered the current unfavorable situation and the strength of his crew.

"Vivi, come here for a moment."

He called out to Vivi.

"A maid who doesn't call me 'Master'? How unqualified!" Uchiha Yi chuckled inwardly. "Good thing I didn't pay for her, or I'd feel robbed!"

"Sit down. I'll explain it simply."

He gestured to the seat beside him, signaling her to be patient.

Confused, Vivi sat down quietly.

"You saw what happened just now," Uchiha Yi began calmly. "The legendary pirate, Golden Lion Shiki, has set his sights on our Nameless Pirate Crew."

"It won't be long before a real battle erupts."

"And you? You're too weak to survive such a fight."

Vivi's eyes dimmed instantly. It didn't take much thought to understand her fate if such a battle occurred.

But what could she do? Would Uchiha Yi let her leave? Did she even dare to leave?

"So, I'm planning to grant you some abilities," Uchiha Yi continued, seemingly unaware of her inner turmoil.

Although Vivi had been brought aboard as a hostage, Uchiha Yi's nature meant he hadn't mistreated her. Aside from not being allowed to disembark, her treatment was no different from Nami or Robin's.

Naturally, Uchiha Yi didn't mind giving her some benefits.

"You're giving me a Devil Fruit? Turning me into an ability user?" Vivi asked, stunned by his words.

"Something like that," Uchiha Yi replied casually. "Explaining it would take too long. Just lift your shirt—I need to write something."

He picked up a prepared pen, not bothering to clarify further.

"T-This…" Vivi stammered, her face instantly flushing. Who knew what thoughts raced through her mind? She hesitated, embarrassed and unsure.

"Don't overthink it! I'm not interested in you. Hurry up and stop wasting time!"

Having already dealt with Nami's bashful reaction before, Uchiha Yi immediately understood what was going through Vivi's mind. He sighed in exasperation.

"What's wrong with people these days? Why is everyone so impure in their thoughts?"

There was a reason for writing the entries on the torso rather than the arms or legs.

It was like asking why the heart wasn't located in the hands or feet. The torso was the most efficient location for distributing the power of the entry throughout the body.

"O-Okay…" Vivi finally calmed down after being snapped at, though she still seemed tense.

Without further ado, Uchiha Yi wrote the entry "Physique" on her abdomen.

However, the quality was only at the Legendary Gold level for now. Given the imminent threat of the Flying Pirates, there wasn't enough time to wait for a Mythical Red entry.

"This fruit—give it to your pet duck," Uchiha Yi added, suddenly remembering Vivi's companion.

What was that duck's name again? He hadn't bothered to remember, only recalling that it could run fast.

Fortunately, he had a Run-Run Fruit on hand. As the name suggested, it greatly enhanced the user's speed, allowing them to traverse any terrain with ease.

Giving it to the duck would make up for Vivi's lack of mobility.

"His name is Karoo! He's a Super Spot-Billed Duck! Please remember his name, Captain," Vivi said bluntly, taking the Devil Fruit without hesitation and introducing it to her partner.

"Got it," Uchiha Yi waved dismissively.

That left Robin, Chopper, and the duck—each needed an entry. At the very least, they deserved Legendary Gold entries.

If time permitted, he'd aim for Mythical Red entries.

With the Flying Pirates closing in, Uchiha Yi couldn't afford to remain lazy.

It felt like he was back to those pre-voyage days, grinding entries day and night!

Uchiha Yi instructed the three women, along with the duck Karoo, to disembark and purchase supplies.

As a result, no one recognized them as members of the Nameless Pirate Crew.
