Uchiha Madara had temporarily poured all his focus into the Scroll of Seals, disregarding everything else. This Scroll of Seals was truly too precious. Just look at what was recorded on it! A-rank ninjutsu, S-rank ninjutsu – a whole bunch of them. Various secret scrolls were also innumerable.

What made Uchiha Madara most joyful were these four:

The Flying Thunder God Technique, along with various knowledge and insights from the Second Hokage Tobirama Senju regarding space-time ninjutsu.

The Edo Tensei technique, as well as the Second Hokage Tobirama Senju's conjectures and exploratory experiences regarding life, death, souls, and even the underworld.

Various sealing techniques – the entire Uzumaki clan's painstaking efforts were all here. Moreover, because sealing techniques involved the use of Yin-Yang Release, many additional Yin-Yang Release knowledge and experiences were also included.

Sage Art (Senpō) Sage Techniques (Senjutsu) – Sage Art Sage Techniques that surpassed ninjutsu, independently explored by the First Hokage Hashirama Senju!

With so much useful knowledge, Uchiha Madara felt as if he had struck gold! These fools from Konoha actually handed over Konoha's most precious knowledge to someone else so easily! He really didn't know what to say about them! Perhaps in their view, these secret techniques were extremely difficult to cultivate, and even after so many years, few had managed to even get started, so this knowledge felt somewhat useless, and giving it to Uchiha Madara didn't matter much.

However, if they knew these things were greatly useful to Uchiha Madara and could even further enhance his strength, these fellows from Konoha would probably regret it to death!

Never mind all that. To prevent any unforeseen circumstances, the first thing Uchiha Madara did was to memorize all this important knowledge. Only after thoroughly committing it to his mind did Uchiha Madara feel at ease. After completely memorizing it, Uchiha Madara began his preliminary research.

The first thing to study was, of course, the most profound space-time ninjutsu! In his entanglement with the Second Hokage Tobirama Senju, his Flying Thunder God Technique had left a deep impression on Uchiha Madara. In terms of raw power, the Flying Thunder God Technique might not seem strong. However, in terms of mobility, flexibility, and escape capability, the Flying Thunder God Technique was undoubtedly unparalleled!

To be honest, Uchiha Madara valued the Flying Thunder God Technique not for how fast it was, but precisely for this escape capability. Although Uchiha Madara now seemed invincible under heaven, one couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't "get his shoes wet by the river" sometime. People make mistakes, horses stumble; it's hard to say. If it really came to that point, Uchiha Madara wouldn't be so foolish as to charge head-on. That was the typical behavior of hot-blooded idiot protagonists. Uchiha Madara, as a schemer, deeply understood the principle of "as long as the green hills remain, there will be no lack of firewood."

Thus, in this villa on the Hokage Monument, Uchiha Madara peacefully began his research into the Flying Thunder God Technique. He was quite undisturbed inside, but the outside world was in an uproar.

Around the second day, spies from various ninja villages stationed in Konoha used various methods to transmit the news of Konoha's calamity back to their respective hidden villages. The Kage of the various ninja villages, upon receiving this news, tacitly took pleasure in Konoha's misfortune. There was no helping it; it was human nature. People don't like to see others doing better than themselves and are happy to see others fall.

Although they were reluctant to admit it, Konoha was indeed the strongest among the Five Great Ninja Villages. The other four great ninja villages were quite jealous and resentful of such a Konoha. Could you expect nations to achieve mutual understanding? Impossible!

Upon receiving more specific information, the Kage of the other four great ninja villages saw that Konoha had suffered heavy losses: over two-thirds of its infrastructure was destroyed, property losses were countless, ninja casualties numbered nine thousand and all were Jonin. Konoha's ANBU seemed to be in a state of rebellion against Konoha. Konoha's Sannin were injured. Konoha's White Fang, Sakumo Hatake, had lost an arm. Konoha's Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, was severely injured.

Subsequently, on the third day, even more detailed intelligence reached their respective ninja villages. Now, the higher-ups in each ninja village knew that Konoha, in order to appease Uchiha Madara, had humiliatingly signed an unequal treaty. Not only had they given their village's Scroll of Seals to Uchiha Madara, but they had also compensated a considerable amount of materials, and it was said they might even have to cede land!

The Raikage and Mizukage gloated over this news, then roared with laughter.

When the Third Tsuchikage, Onoki, received this news, he didn't just laugh; he laughed uproariously. Finally, Uchiha Madara had gone to wreak havoc on Konoha! Excellent! Finally, it wasn't just his old self, a Kage, abusing power and harming the village by signing an unequal treaty! Konoha had also suffered such treatment! This was simply... fantastic!

As for the Kazekage... oops, my mistake. Ever since the Third Kazekage was killed by Uchiha Madara, Sunagakure had been in internal turmoil and hadn't yet decided on a Fourth Kazekage, so their reaction speed was also the slowest.

However, after gloating, they simultaneously thought of a problem. Today, Uchiha Madara went to wreak havoc on Konoha. Then tomorrow, would Uchiha Madara come to wreak havoc on their own ninja villages? The Kage of the various villages clearly felt apprehensive and worried...

A single village alone could not possibly resist Uchiha Madara. But, at the height of the Second Shinobi World War, for the Five Great Ninja Villages to unite against Uchiha Madara was also impossible (a good outcome for him), there was simply no way...

However, this apprehension and worry were quickly glossed over. Compared to the unpredictable Uchiha Madara, they were clearly more focused on the matters at hand. The Raikage and Tsuchikage were focusing on the ongoing battle between Iwagakure and Kumogakure. Sunagakure was still mired in internal strife, struggling to find a leader. Kirigakure was holed up on its island, locking down the village, believing it was the safest.

Under such chaotic circumstances everywhere, almost no one wanted to take advantage of Konoha's calamity to kick them while they were down. Perhaps the Mizukage of Kirigakure had planned to try and take advantage of the situation, but upon learning that Uchiha Madara was actually staying in Konoha waiting for compensation, he immediately gave up the idea.

Thus, this strange situation emerged in the entire ninja world: you fight your battles, I'll mind my own business – a tumultuous yet relatively stable state of affairs. .
