Chapter 207: Side Story Uzumaki Naruto 4

---The Power Of Space---

Itachi return caused a stir throughout the village. Previously, some civilians were skeptical and full of doubt. However, when the Hokage openly welcomed Itachi back into the village, everyone began to believe that Danzo had indeed done something terrible especially to the Uchiha Clan.

Danzo, a name that had once been unknown to most, was now being spoken by nearly everyone in Konoha.

Before the trial began, Setsuna arranged a meeting with Tsunade and the heads of the other clans head.

"What do you want to talk about?" Tsunade asked.

"You've seen my ability, haven't you?" Setsuna began. "To be honest, I have another power—one that allows me to summon people from the Astral Dimension."

"What?" Tsunade blinked in confusion. "What do you mean?"

The other clan leaders leaned in, clearly interested.

"I call it the Astral Dimension. It's a realm that exists because of chakra. For instance, when someone's body is critically damaged, their consciousness or chakra can linger in the Astral Dimension for a time being before they truly die," Setsuna explained. "This chakra unlike normal chakra we used, it is retain our physical body, only left the part of the injured there"

"Wait… are you saying you can resurrect people?" Nara Shikaku asked, his face turning serious. "No—resurrect isn't quite the right word. Do you mean… you can bring back ninja who are supposed to be dead?"

"You're sharp. Not surprising, since you're a Nara," Setsuna replied with a slight smile. "To answer your question: yes, I can. But not everyone. For example, right now I can bring back the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Hokage."

"What?" Several people gasped, mouths wide open.

"Yes. But only those with high chakra reserves are still alive in the Astral Dimension. Civilians, for example, can linger for only about three days before their chakra runs out and they fade completely or another word truly die in this world. Hashirama, who had an enormous chakra pool, is still alive—he was trapped in that dimension.," said Setsuna.

He glanced around, noting the disbelief and astonishment on their faces, and let out a quiet sigh.

"I know it's hard to believe," Setsuna continued, "but let me show you some proof."

Without waiting for their permission, Setsuna summoned three individuals he had stored in his Save Space: Senju Hashirama, Namikaze Minato, and Uzumaki Kushina.

Why not Tobirama? Well, Setsuna simply didn't want to deal with him, Tobirama racist tendencies were a headache he didn't need right now.

The day before, Setsuna had tested his ability by trying to retrieve Minato, who had been devoured by the chakra beast known as Kurasaga. Yes that monster is not angel of death but Kurasaga.

Before Setsuna came to Uzushiogakure and obtained his reward as a Fuinjutsu Master, many among the Uzumaki Clan had believed this beast to be an angel of death. Setsuna had thought the same, until he upgraded his fuinjutsu ability twice and uncovered the truth.

Kurasaga was no angel of death, it was a chakra-feeding beast.

This creature existed in another dimension and could interact with beings in the Astral Dimension. They loved feeding on humans especially those who had been trapped in astral dimension, unfortunately they cannot come to this dimension easily, they need to be summoned by a contract. Without that, they were trapped in their own realm.

Anyone caught inside a Kurasaga body died twice as fast compared to being in the Astral Dimension alone.

Setsuna experiment was a success. Even though Minato had been inside the body of a Kurasaga, Setsuna managed to retrieve and save him using his Save Space technique.

Not only that—Setsuna had also brought back Uzumaki Kushina, as a personal gift to Naruto. After all, their bond was something he deeply respected, and he believed Naruto deserved a proper reunion.

---Cage Bird---

"Tsunade?" asked Hashirama as he slowly opened his eyes, blinking against the light.

"Where… where is this? Why… am I still alive?" Kushina murmured, looking around in confusion, her voice trembling.

Minato, meanwhile, was quietly scanning his surroundings. He could still feel the presence of his teleportation mark, and deep inside, the familiar chakra of the Nine-Tails was still within him.

"This isn't a dream," Minato said firmly. "And yes… we're alive."

Gasps erupted from the gathered shinobi.

"Shodai Hokage!"

"Grandpa!" Tsunade cried out and immediately rushed toward Hashirama, embracing him tightly as tears streamed down her cheeks. "I missed you so much…"

Stunned, Hashirama returned the hug, a mixture of confusion and affection on his face.

"Is this… Konoha?" he asked, his brow furrowed. "What's going on? Someone, please explain."

Tsunade took a step back, wiping her tears and beginning to recount everything that had happened—how the village had changed, how Danzo actions were exposed, and how a boy named Setsuna now stood at the center of it all. She then introduced Setsuna with solemn respect.

As she spoke, Minato and Kushina exchanged a look, their eyes wide with rising emotion.

"Naruto," Kushina blurted, stepping forward. "Tell me—where is Naruto? Is he alright?"

"Relax, Kushina," Minato said gently, placing a hand on her shoulder. "We need to think this through carefully. We should plan how to approach him first."

Before anyone else could speak, Hiashi Hyuga stepped forward, he wanted to ask something from Setsuna.

"Setsuna-sama, may I ask a favor?" Hiashi said, his voice is very humble.

Setsuna turned to him and nodded. "What is it?"

"My brother Hizashi and my wife are they still alive in the Astral Dimension?" Hiashi asked, his voice quiet but hopeful.

Setsuna closed his eyes for a moment, accessing the system, he gave the name to the save space and asking it to search them. After several seconds, he opened his eyes and said calmly, "Yes, both of them are still alive."

Hiashi eyes lit up. "Then please, I beg of you please bring them back."

"I can," Setsuna replied. "But there is a condition you must agree to."

"What condition?" Hiashi asked without hesitation.

"I will remove the Caged Bird Seal from their foreheads and replace it with a new advanced seal. It will not cause pain or restrict vision, but it will retain its protective function and at the same times the eye power won't be reduced," Setsuna explained.

Hiashi expression turned to one of shock. He cannot agree with this, the cage bird seal is important to make sure the clan didn't do anything outrageous for example betrayal.

After a few moments, he took a deep breath. "Please give me some time. I need to speak with the elders first."

"Very well," Setsuna said with a nod. "The choice is yours."

Silence lingered for a moment before Hashirama turned to Setsuna.

"Thank you for bringing me back" said Hashirama.
