Naruto : Minato back to the past

 "C of Kumogakure."

Minato answered immediately, he saw a cold murderous intent in Hiruzen's eyes.

Upon hearing this, Hiruzen frowned slightly and asked, "I heard from Suzuka that you chased him back. What was the result of the fight?"

Although Minato's strength is quite strong now, Hiruzen is unable to determine who is stronger between him and C.

Minato glanced around and saw that the people here were not only Hokage Anbu, but also people from the Root.

He stood still while the Anbu beside Minato rushed out and had a conversation with the ninja who looked like the captain.

"Let him in."

After receiving the order from the hokage, the ninja who looked like an ANBU captain said, and immediately the ANBU personnel who had locked Minato returned to their posts.

However, the remaining dozen or so Root ninjas showed no intention of retreating.

"Let him in, this is the order of the Hokage!"

However, the Root ninjas were not moved at all.

"You!" The eyes of the Anbu around them all sank.

The same is true for Minato. The Anbu is directly under the jurisdiction of the Hokage, while the Root obeys Danzo.

The Root mostly carry out tasks that cannot be made public, so they are the dark side of the village.

A figure wearing a shirt with the word "Hokage" embroidered on it appeared in front of Minato.

Kushina's identity is a secret, and Hiruzen certainly will not explain in front of many ninjas that the incident was the kidnapping of the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki.

Danzo recognized the words of Hiruzen and dared not say a word. He waved his hand and the Root around him withdrew immediately.

"You go in." Hiruzen looked over and said to Minato.

Minato nodded, walked out slowly, and passed by Danzo. The shadow in the latter's eyes was clearly visible.

"Take away your Root!"

When Minato walked into the courtyard, he faintly heard the gloomy voice of Hiruzen outside, but that was not what he was concerned about right now.

"I'm fine. I've already severely punished the bad guy who bullied you." Minato chuckled. He felt that Kushina's body trembled slightly in his arms.

"So, stop crying, you are the red hot habanero."

Minato said, and upon hearing that, Kushina quickly pulled her head out of his arms, staring at him with some resentment in her big watery eyes.

The two looked at each other for a moment, and then Kushina burst into laughter and said angrily: "I'm afraid that I will never see you again."

"I know."

Minato said as he wiped the tears from her eyes.

He knew that Kushina was both physically and mentally strong, and her crying was not due to fear of life or death.

But she was afraid that she would never see the people she cherished again. Her friends and love whom she had worked so hard to have!
