Once the decision was made, Uchiha Haruki didn't waste any time. He raised his hands and formed the "Ram" seal, instantly casting the Shadow Clone Jutsu.

With bursts of chakra smoke, five identical figures appeared in front of him.

Haruki glanced at two of them and ordered them to train in Wind Release: Blade of Wind and the Rasengan.

Although he had already mastered the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, the foundational Rasengan was still essential.

Besides, his current Rasenshuriken was still low in level, lacking completion and hard to utilize effectively in combat. As his only two high-level offensive jutsu, the Blade of Wind couldn't be neglected either.

In fact, unless the Rasenshuriken reached 100% completion and gained long-range capabilities, he had no plans to stop training the Blade of Wind.

The latter required trial and error. Haruki's requirement was simple—success at least once before noon.

With all five clones now assigned their tasks, Haruki found a spot for himself and began practicing Mystic Palm Technique to enhance his physical body.

However, due to reducing his usage of "Control of Man", his training efficiency had inevitably dropped.

Even after more than twenty days, his body still showed no signs of transformation.

After careful sensing, Haruki estimated that it would take at least another half a month to reach the threshold for his next breakthrough.

All in all, just over a month wasn't a slow pace.

After all, it had taken a month to increase his constitution from 13 to 14 before. Now, pushing from 15 to 16 couldn't be faster.

If not for the occasional guidance from "Control of Man," he might not have even progressed this quickly.

Clearing his mind, Haruki focused and immersed himself in training.

Time flew by—several hours passed.

Approaching noon.

After collapsing three times, the clone working on the Water Dragon Bullet Technique finally succeeded.

Haruki opened his eyes and looked toward the clone. A faintly formed water dragon emerged in front of it.

Although it only lasted half a second before splashing into water, Haruki was still pleased.

It counted as a success.

At level 0, it was just the entry phase. Unstable performance was expected. Breaking the zero-to-one barrier was enough.

While the clone's insight was at its peak, Haruki immediately dispelled the Shadow Clone Technique, converting its training into his own experience.

He closed his eyes to process it, then snapped them open and swiftly weaved signs like a butterfly flitting through flowers—successfully casting Water Dragon Bullet Technique.

It collapsed within a second, but that didn't matter.

He had broken through the initial barrier. Now it was just a matter of grinding.

However—

Haruki shook out his wrists.

The jutsu's absurdly long forty-four hand signs were truly hard to endure.

Just now, it had taken him seven or eight seconds to complete them. In actual combat, that was enough time for the enemy to kill him several times over.

But this was a limitation of the original technique.

Even later users like Kakashi and Zabuza had only managed to get it down to about four seconds—still impractical for real battle.

Four seconds was more than enough for Haruki to turn the tide of a fight.

Only someone like Tobirama Senju, who could reduce the technique to just two or three seals and cast it near-instantly, could make it truly viable for combat.

Otherwise, the jutsu had to be timed carefully.

And in Haruki's view, any technique requiring such setup was inherently flawed.

Maybe his standards were too high, but it was true—those techniques he had grinded to mastery could be cast almost instantly.

That's why Haruki held "practical for battle" to a high standard.

Thankfully, the Water Dragon Bullet could still be optimized and upgraded later. Otherwise, he might have scrapped it already.

For now... he'd keep grinding.

More importantly, now that he had learned all the jutsu in his current plan, it was time to reallocate his chakra.

Looking at the three newly added skills, Haruki made a quick decision.

He would maintain the 10,000 chakra allocation for Rasenshuriken.

For Water Formation Wall and Water Dragon Bullet, he would draw 3,000 chakra each from Blade of Wind and Rasengan, giving each water jutsu 3,000.

That left Blade of Wind and Rasengan with 10,000 chakra total.

Meanwhile, the water jutsu pair would receive 6,000 combined.

Each would gain roughly 35 proficiency per day—slow progress, but once Haruki reached the Mist Battlefield, he'd allocate additional chakra to them. The slow pace was temporary.

As a result of the redistribution:

Blade of Wind and Rasengan would now gain about 110 proficiency per day instead of 220.

Rasenshuriken, due to its high chakra cost, would only gain around 60 proficiency per day despite its large allocation.

As for Mystic Palm and Mind Reflection, Haruki left them untouched—still receiving 36,000 and 30,000 chakra respectively.

Thus, his daily recovery of 102,000 chakra was fully allocated. Barring major changes, this distribution would remain.

Having completed the reallocation, Haruki felt his thoughts become more focused. He wasted no time—and returned to training once again.
