Nagato was also curious about what Naruto wanted to discuss. After all, they were both Jiraiya's apprentices. While he was not particularly interested in their master, he viewed Naruto differently as a fellow disciple.

Naruto looked at Nagato and said, "Senpai, I won't mince words. I came here primarily to talk to you about recruiting Akatsuki."

Nagato stared at Naruto, momentarily wondering if he had heard him correctly.

Konan stepped forward, gazing at Naruto incredulously. "Naruto, are you crazy? Do you even understand what you are saying?"

Naruto sighed. "I know you won't accept it right away. To be honest, I believe Konoha already considers me a rogue ninja, even though I don't see myself that way."

Konan was shocked. "You defected from Konoha?"

Naruto nodded.

Nagato looked at him and said, "If that's the case, you should be the one begging me to take you in, not arrogantly attempting to recruit Akatsuki. You are insulting God!"

Naruto raised his hand and looked at Nagato. "Senpai, let me tell you the truth.

I might have talked you down before, but now I want you to understand that what you once pursued is still valuable. What you are doing now is absurd. Why? Because you have been manipulated, playing into someone else's hands."

He continued, "If you were truly in control of everything, your ideology would be valid. Gathering the nine-tailed beasts to regulate war and maintain peace across the ninja world could indeed be considered the act of a god. After all, you still possess a god's consciousness. In that regard, you surpass the Kages of the five great nations."

Hearing Naruto acknowledge and understand him, Nagato hesitated for a moment.

"Oh?" Nagato said, looking at Naruto. "So, you understand why I do this?"

Naruto nodded. "Of course. Only by experiencing pain firsthand can one truly understand and fear it, thus learning to cherish peace."

Nagato frowned, scrutinizing Naruto as if trying to see through him.

After a few moments, Nagato said, "Naruto, in terms of understanding pain, you surpass Jiraiya Sensei."

Naruto then said, "But, Nagato senpai, the Pain you have created now is at most a false god. The true will of a god is beyond your comprehension. You are, at best, a ninja god."

Nagato looked at Naruto and asked, "So you claim to have seen a real god?"

Naruto checked the time in his mind. It was about time.

"Yes, the real gods are the Ōtsutsuki clan—beings so powerful that they see life as worthless, referring to us humans as mere 'straw dogs.' Under such true gods, the Pain you have created is insufficient to fight against them."

As he spoke, Naruto opened a scroll, released a crow, and said with a smile, "Come, let me lead you in creating a power that truly rivals a god!"

"Gah! Gah! Gah!"

The crow cawed a few times, and in an instant, Shisui's Kotoamatsukami was activated. Nagato and Konan saw the crow's eye glowing.

Naruto's voice was calm yet commanding. "Obey my orders, follow my arrangements, and trust me—I will lead you to the path of light!"

Unconsciously, Nagato murmured, "Naruto, your words make a lot of sense. I will listen to you from now on."

Konan, smiling softly, added, "If it is my junior brother Naruto, then these requests are no problem."

Naruto smiled slightly. Just as expected.

Shisui's strongest Genjutsu, Kotoamatsukami, was not a mere visual illusion. It altered one's thoughts without them even realizing it.

Moreover, Nagato's Rinnegan was not his own but was transplanted by Uchiha Madara. While Nagato could wield it due to his Uzumaki lineage's strong chakra and vitality, it lacked the ability to counteract Shisui's powerful Genjutsu. Thus, Naruto successfully changed Nagato's consciousness.

Naruto had waited patiently, accumulating chakra as a precaution. If the technique had failed, he was prepared to use force. He had even planned to unseal the Nine Tails if necessary. He was determined to claim Nagato's Rinnegan and take control of Akatsuki.

Fortunately, everything went smoothly. Nagato and Konan were now under his command.

Naruto turned to Konan and said, "Konan-senpai, please get me some clothes as well."

Konan nodded. "Alright, Naruto, please wait a moment."

Then, Naruto looked at Nagato. "Senpai, how does Uchiha Madara usually appear here?"

Completely under Naruto's influence, Nagato now regarded him as his leader.

"Madara has an Mangekyu that allows him to mark specific locations and time-travel between them. He usually appears out of nowhere, similar to your Flying Thunder God technique."

Naruto nodded. He was well aware of Obito's abilities. However, if his next destination was to be the Hidden Rain Village, he couldn't allow Obito to come and go as he pleased.

"Naruto, here. I based the size on your measurements."

Naruto accepted the outfit from Konan, thanked her, and put on the iconic black cloak with red clouds.

"I never thought that one day I would wear this," he murmured, marveling at the irony of fate.

At that moment, Nagato summoned all six Paths of Pain to his side. He looked at Naruto and asked, "Naruto, you said you would lead us to the path of light. What do we do next?"

Now fully dressed in the Akatsuki's signature cloak, Naruto's entire aura took on a darker edge.

"First and foremost, Akatsuki is now a thing of the past. From this moment forward, we shall be known as 'Heaven.'"

Konan whispered, "Heaven?"

Nagato murmured, "Heaven… is this the will of God?"

Naruto nodded. "You are right in one respect. Heaven is not just an organization—it is a divine will. You and I are gods within it. Our consciousness combined forms the will of God. Together, we are Heaven! We will define the rules and order of this world."

Konan and Nagato's eyes gleamed with newfound conviction.

Naruto pulled his robe tighter around him and spoke in a low voice. "As Heaven, we must also protect this world and shield its people from the coming storm."

With those words, Naruto threw his robe back dramatically and strode forward.

"The first mission of Heaven begins now!"
