Naruto: Reincarnated As Hinata's Cousin

"I am sorry Guy-sensei. As a punishment, I will double my training this month."

Guy-sensei could only sigh. He knew that the relationship between the branch and main families of the Hyuga clan was bad, but he wouldn't have expected that it was to this extent.

'They torture my youthful student!?'

"No need to punish yourself! Though, I can't let you remain in that den of monsters! I will prepare an apartment for you, let's see if Hyuga clan tries anything!

Naomi-chan, you should have told me about this sooner..."

I was moved by Guy-sensei. He is my real family member instead of those bastards.

"...Thank you."

I didn't have anything left to learn in Hyuga clan anyway. It is truly a trashy clan. Even someone as talented as Itachi wasn't able to master everything that Uchiha clan had to offer. Yet, in just 13 years, I have mastered even the things that are exclusively taught to main family.

If not for my lower chakra and physical strength due to young age, I can even go toe to toe against Hiashi, who is an Elite Jonin at best.

I shook away those thoughts, and focused on the final match.

Gaara vs Lee.

"Lee, be careful against that guy. He is holding a terrifying chakra entity inside him, and doesn't seem to be stable.

If he gets hurt too much, he might loose control. And something like Kyuubi event might happen."

I intend to take out Lee when he tries to open 5th gate. He is just 13 years old. That will put too much strain on his body, and Gaara will crush him at a moment's weakness.

I don't want him to go through an operation in which he has huge chances of dying.

The match proceed as I remembered in the beginning.

The weights shocked everyone, and then, Lee was able to get used to Gaara's automatic sand defence.

I frowned and looked at Naruto who came over to me.

"Don't disturb me brat."

Before he could say anything, I shut him off and focused on the match.

"First Gate: Open!"

Now, Lee was able to almost bypass Gaara's defence. He kicked Gaara so hard, that the sand armour on his skin cracked.

And he was looking crazy. He was finally serious for the match.

"Guy-sensei, that Gaara might try to do something really bad. He is clearly Jonin level! Keep an eye on Lee, and save him before anything happens."

"Naomi, you are underestimating Lee! He is shining with the power of Youth-"

"I am the medic here."

I activated my Byakugan, and put my hands in gun-signs.

The moment I noticed something, I am paralyzing Gaara and saving Lee.

"Second Gate: Open!"

Lee became even faster, and Gaara was grinning madly.

"Third Gate: Open!"

Lightning surged through my arms, and I focused on Gaara.

"I am intervening. Lee's legs are getting damaged. Guy-sensei, give Lee the command to forfeit."

"But-"

"The damage Lee will get wouldn't be recoverable. He can always have a rematch later. But, his whole ninja career is at risk!"

Guy-sensei trusted me and shouted.

"Lee! Forfeit!"

Lee was startled, and I felt danger for him.

Gaara was about to take advantage of Lee getting distracted, so I pulled the trigger.

'Chidori-gun!'

Bullets of pure lightning headed straight at Gaara, pierced through his automatic defence, and electrocuted him. Lightning style messed up his magnet release, and his control over sand dissipated.

Guy-sensei jumped in front of Lee, kicking away all the sand that was coming at Lee.

"Lee was about to forfeit! Why did you attack him needlessly!"

Guy-sensei scolded Gaara, and Gaara was shocked, both literally and emotionally.

Poor guy never had anyone trying to protect him.

But that doesn't mean that I will let him injured Lee.

"Gaara wins due to interference! The preliminary round is over!

Cough! Cough! Cough! 

All winners, please come to the ground."

As Lee returned to the stands, I patted his shoulder.

"Don't worry. Gaara was a bad matchup for you. Otherwise, you are the third strongest Genin in this exam, after Gaara and me."

"Eh!? Gaara is stronger than you?"

"Yes. He has a hidden strength. If that came out, I have no chance against him."

Even though I have the advantage of lightning element, I don't have the necessary chakra to mess up with Shikaku's magnet release.

The only Genin who can win against Gaara is Naruto with his ridiculous amount of chakra and soon being able to summon the toad boss.

I know only a little bit genjutsu, but if that actually takes effect, it will be even worse.

Right now, I have no answer against the second weakest bijuu.

Yup. I consider the fire cat to be the weakest. Afterall, fire is the weakest element.

Sighing, ignoring that brat Naruto, I went to the ground and pulled out my number for the finals of the Chunin Exam.

The arrangement for the final of Chunin Exam is as follows.

1. Uzumaki Naruto vs Hyuga Naomi

2. Nara Shikamaru vs Subaku Temari

3. Uchiha Sasuke vs Gaara

4. Subaku Kankuro vs Aburame Shino

5. (1) Vs (2)

6. (3) Vs (4)

7. (5) Vs (6)

Well, I have already eliminated Team Dosu because I wanted their sound tools as my loots.

Atleast they are alive. Though even without challenging Gaara beforehand, Dosu might still die as a sacrifice for Edo Tensei.

Honestly, I want him to live and teach me how he managed to cheat in the written exam just by listening to the scribblings of pens.

Well... approaching him is impossible. More so getting him to teach me. I don't want Orochimaru to become interested in me.

I will just torture Tayuya for learning how to use Sound-based genjutsu.

Anyway, putting my plans of the future aside, now that I think about it, the matches are really fixed huh?

I am going to fight Naruto.
