Naruto: The Tale of an Otsutsuki

Chapter 213: Chapter 213: Sky Thunder

After all, he was the one who captured Gaara, stopped him from escaping, and ultimately rescued him. Kankuro naturally had a specific reason to investigate Kirito's abilities.

He knew that Kirito possessed a bloodline ability called Light Release and quickly connected it to the golden sun that had appeared earlier, leading him to a shocking conclusion.

To confirm his suspicions, Kankuro asked, "Was that you just now…?"

"That's right, I forcibly destroyed the falling meteorite." Kirito handed the unconscious Anko to Sai, who stepped forward. "I've already flattened the Akatsuki base, but the battle isn't over yet. Take her back quickly and leave the rest to me."

"Ah… no problem. Got it."

Although Kankuro still had countless questions, he knew the most important task at hand. As a leader, he immediately called his teammates to prepare for evacuation.

Before leaving, he added, "We still need to deal with Kabuto's reincarnation technique. We need to use a Genjutsu to force the user to release the Impure World Reincarnation."

"I know," Kirito replied while turning his head to look at Kabuto, who was about to make a move.

"Tsk!" Seeing Kirito's gaze land on him, Kabuto had no choice but to stop the ninjutsu he was about to cast. The previous battle had convinced him he was no match for Madara or Kirito, so facing their attention, he chose to retreat.

As he watched Kankuro and his team gradually take Anko away, Kabuto scowled with frustration.

"This happened because I'm still too weak. Now that I've obtained a method to master the Sage of Six Paths' power, I'll definitely become stronger!" Kabuto vowed silently.

Suddenly, countless fragments of paper gathered together, forming the figure of Uchiha Madara, his arms crossed.

However, unlike before, Madara's expression was no longer calm but filled with excitement. "Excellent! I didn't expect to meet such an interesting opponent right after my resurrection. Now, let me fight at full strength!"

Hum—a majestic surge of chakra poured out from Madara's newly formed body. It expanded rapidly, forming a massive blue-armored giant with a crystal emblazoned upon it's forehead.

"Take this!" Madara shouted from inside the giant's head, clenching his fist.

The initially ethereal form of the giant solidified, its cloak-like armor tightening into a perfect structure.

In an instant, a massive, blue-armored Susanoo with wings sprouting from its back and a samurai sword in its left hand loomed over the desert, its form towering and imposing as it stared down at Kirito.

"This… is impossible!"

Hyuga Maton, who had already left with Kankuro, suddenly shouted in shock, forcing the team to slow down.

"What's wrong? Are we being pursued?" Kankuro asked without looking back, assuming Maton had spotted an enemy tracker with his Byakugan.

"We can't escape…" Maton replied in a disheartened tone. "How could we… escape?"

"What did you see—?" Kankuro began to ask but fell silent when he turned around and saw the enormous Susanoo towering in the distance.

"Captain! What's happening?"

"Don't look back!"

Seeing one of his companions attempting to turn around, Kankuro shouted, "Our mission is to deliver the information. No matter what happens, don't stop—keep moving!"

The sense of responsibility as team leader allowed him to steady his nerves and lead his teammates as far away as possible from the horrifying battlefield.

[Is today some kind of final showdown? Everyone seems to be pulling out their trump cards.]

Looking up at the towering Complete Susanoo, golden chakra erupted from Kirito's body. Unlike Madara's Susanoo, Kirito's chakra condensed mid-air, slowly forming a massive flying battleship.

"What is that?" Madara stared at the strange yet powerful battleship hovering opposite Susanoo, its futuristic design strikingly out of place.

Kirito didn't possess the Mangekyo Sharingan, so the creation before him couldn't be Susanoo. Yet, Madara could feel a power similar to Susanoo emanating from it.

"Transform!" Kirito commanded from within the battleship's cockpit.

Click, click, click… The enormous battleship began to shift and transform. Within moments, it had reconfigured into a towering, silver-white mechanical giant adorned with metallic luster and golden streaks. It landed on the desert floor with a thunderous impact, sending clouds of dust into the air.

This was the result of Kirito's research on Susanoo's Yin Power—the Tenchi.

"An impressive imitation, but the power of the Uchiha is not something you can copy!"

Although surprised that Kirito could imitate the Complete Susanoo, Madara, as the strongest Uchiha, considered it a mockery of their clan's strength.

He raised Susanoo's massive arms and grasped the handle of its sword, ready to strike.

In response, Tenchi's metallic wings unfurled, cascading shimmering rays of light like a flowing rainbow. From the giant's clenched fists, a golden light extended, forming a sharp, radiant blade.

Swish! Susanoo's massive katana unsheathed, slashing toward Tenchi's chest with unstoppable force. In response, Tenchi swung its glowing blade, aiming for Susanoo's head.

Clang! The two colossal weapons collided with tremendous force.

Rumble… The shockwave from their clash tore through the desert, the sheer power splitting the ground into a deep, impassable chasm.

Yet neither warrior wavered. Tenchi and Susanoo continued their duel, locked in an epic clash of titans, their weapons colliding relentlessly as the ground trembled beneath them.
