Raijin laughed lightly in response to Danzo's question. 

Is the Hyuga… important? 

Perhaps the Hyuga clan's strength is quite decent compared to other families in Konohagakure.

"I came to let you know that we'll meet at the Hokage office tomorrow at nine in the morning."

"Is there a mission? Is there something even Raijin-kun can't handle?" 

Orochimaru blinked in surprise and asked Raijin in confusion.

"Tsunade plans to establish the Hokage Guard, and you're one of its members." 

Raijin leaned against the doorframe and told Orochimaru. 

"Hmm? The Hokage Guard? I think I'd be better suited for the Konohagakure research center." 

Orochimaru blinked and said to Raijin. 

"Maybe, but remember to gather at the Hokage office tomorrow at nine." 

With that, Raijin vanished from the spot, leaving Orochimaru looking stunned. 

"Tobirama-sama, I might not be able to come tomorrow." 

In the lab, Orochimaru said helplessly to Senju Tobirama. 

"Are you going to the Hokage Guard?" 

Senju Tobirama wrapped up his experiment, turned around, and looked at Orochimaru. 

"How did you know?" 

Orochimaru was surprised and asked Senju Tobirama. 

"Because before Tsunade became Hokage, she wrote me a plan." 

Senju Tobirama said as he sat on the resting bed, facing Orochimaru. 

"Oh, is that so? Then can I skip joining the Hokage Guard?"

Orochimaru pressed his lips together and spoke to Senju Tobirama. 

Under Raijin's call, Orochimaru didn't want to join the Hokage Guard, but he would definitely go for tomorrow's gathering. 

However, if possible, Orochimaru still hoped to use Senju Tobirama's connections to continue working at the Konohagakure research center. 

After all, Orochimaru felt that his strength was just average among the current ninjas in Konohagakure. 

Whatever he could do, Uchiha Raijin and Tsunade could do as well. 

Since that was the case, he might as well continue to contribute in the lab.
