Additionally, a secondary force led by Kaguya and Hatake has set up camp in the north with about 2,000 troops," reported a Uchiha special jounin in the command tent.

Izuna tapped his chin, his tone contemplative. "So, the combat strength of both forces is roughly twice ours, no matter the location?"

The special jounin nodded quickly. "Yes, sir. However, based on our intelligence, the northern front is not led by Hatake's clan leader, Hatake Soya, but rather by Hatake Sakuzuki. Regarding the Senju, due to Senju Tobirama's unparalleled sensory skills, our investigation team could not gather further details. Still, we suspect their leader is Senju Hashirama himself."

Izuna sneered. "Hatake Soya isn't in the north, is he? Interesting. Pass my orders to Uchiha Inosuke—be vigilant against ambushes from the Senju Alliance in the north. We cannot afford to repeat Uchiha Nobu's failure last time."

Izuna recalled the near-catastrophic northern attack during the previous war. If not for his timely intervention with the Nibi, Uchiha would have lost the northern region entirely.

"Understood!" The special jounin disappeared using the Body Flicker Technique.

"In two days, the Senju will arrive," Izuna muttered, scanning the map on his desk. "This war will likely determine the status of the Senju and Uchiha for decades to come."

Uchiha Zhan, a senior clan member, nodded solemnly. "Indeed, Deputy Chief. The scale of this war surpasses anything our clan has seen for generations. The stakes are immense."

"Spread the word," Izuna ordered, "Make sure every Uchiha is on high alert. We'll defend with everything we have."

Uchiha Zhan bowed and left to relay the orders.

Two days later, from the vantage point of Baili Stone City, red tents and banners became visible on the distant plains. The Senju Alliance had arrived.

"Two thousand Senju soldiers are advancing toward us," a scout reported breathlessly.

Izuna smiled coldly. "They can't sit still any longer, can they?"

As the Senju forces grew closer, Uchiha Zhan and Uchiha Enhuo joined Izuna atop the fortress walls, their expressions tense.

"Senju Hashirama must be among them," Izuna noted. "We'll see their plan soon enough."

A Senju scout approached within range of Baili Stone City.

Izuna raised his hand, his voice steady. "Engage."

The Uchiha forces responded instantly.

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu!"

Dozens of massive fireballs shot out from the fortress walls, their blazing trajectories illuminating the battlefield like a meteor shower. The fireballs descended upon the advancing Senju forces with devastating precision.
