Senju Hashirama's progression in mastering the Bokujin Jutsu was astonishing, though Izuna could only speculate about the details.

Currently, no one knew of the loss of Matatabi (Two-Tails).

Hashirama, daring to take the initiative in this battle, must have a strategy to counter Izuna. Most likely, it would involve the Wood Golem Jutsu.

Still, his rapid progress was jaw-dropping. Across the entirety of Naruto, only Naruto and Sasuke displayed such cheat-level growth.

A harsh, buzzing sound filled the air as Susanoo unsheathed the two massive longswords from its waist.

The sheer force of unsheathing the blades unleashed a violent windstorm, causing the ninja troops on both sides to struggle to remain standing.

"This isn't the right place for our battle, Izuna. You wouldn't want to destroy the defense base you worked so hard to build, right?"

As soon as Susanoo drew its swords, Hashirama's expression shifted. He immediately shouted, his voice tinged with urgency.

"That's what I thought," Izuna responded calmly.

With that, Susanoo moved. In one step, the colossal figure crossed half a mile.

The Wood Golem followed suit, striding alongside Susanoo. In moments, the two titans were several miles away from the battlefield.

As the two giants disappeared into the distance, Uchiha Inosuke—tasked by Izuna to monitor Tobirama—seized the opportunity.

"Attack! Don't let these Senju bastards come back alive!" he roared.

The Uchiha forces on the walls of Baili Stone City echoed his cry.

"Attack!"

Ninjutsu flared once again as the Uchiha army unleashed a barrage of techniques, like a raging inferno consuming the battlefield.

Izuna and Hashirama finally halted when Congyun Mountain's shadow was no longer visible.

The instant Susanoo stopped, Izuna twisted its wrist. The movement of the massive blade seemed to slice through the dimensions, generating pressure so intense that Hashirama felt the sting of wind against his cheeks.

"Wood Dragon Jutsu!"

A massive wooden dragon, ten times larger than any before, emerged from the Wood Golem's back. It surged forward, intercepting the descending sword.

As the dragon absorbed Susanoo's chakra, it rapidly expanded, sprouting branches and leaves to form a sprawling forest.

This was the true terror of the Wood Dragon Jutsu. It absorbed chakra on contact, using it to create an inescapable prison of wood.

But Izuna increased his power. With a single, forceful swing, Susanoo's sword shattered the expanding forest and continued its path toward Hashirama.

"Even if you can absorb chakra, my attacks are on another level!" Izuna declared.

Hashirama clasped his hands together. The Wood Golem's left fist shimmered with golden chakra as it swung to meet Susanoo's sword.

Boom!

The clash of sword and fist released a shockwave that tore through the earth and sea. The nearby forest was obliterated, reduced to splinters.

For both sides, this was no longer a war between armies. It was a duel of gods.

Whoever emerged victorious would decide the fate of the Warring States Period.

The rumbling sound of their clash echoed across the landscape. Even though the duel was far away, the shifting clouds and trembling ground gave the armies a clear picture of the battle's intensity.

"Is this something humans can achieve?" one Senju ninja muttered, awestruck.

Nearby, Tobirama scoffed, "The outcome of this war depends on which of those two wins. But we can't just rely on Hashirama, can we?"

"Yes, Lord Tobirama!" the Senju forces shouted, refocusing on their own battle.

Back at the coastline, Izuna's Susanoo swung both swords in an X-shape, aiming directly at Hashirama atop the Wood Golem.

Hashirama responded by summoning another wooden dragon from the Golem's back. It intercepted Susanoo's swords, coiling around them to absorb chakra.

But Susanoo's power proved overwhelming. The dragon splintered, its pieces falling like rain.

"Haaaa!" Hashirama controlled the Golem to deliver a powerful punch to Susanoo's midsection.

The impact sent a shockwave through the battlefield, but Izuna held firm. Susanoo remained unyielding, refusing to retreat even a single step.

"Ughhh!!" Izuna roared, excitement coursing through him. Susanoo raised its right leg, delivering a crushing kick to the Wood Golem's side.

The blow sent the massive wooden figure tumbling across the beach, stirring up waves and sand.

Izuna seized the opportunity. Susanoo raised its sword for a decisive strike.

"Wood Release: Myojinmon!"

Hashirama formed a new hand seal. Two enormous ghostly faces emerged from the earth, forming an impenetrable shield in front of the Wood Golem.

Boom!

Susanoo's sword struck the ghostly barrier, generating a shockwave. Yet, the shield remained unbroken.

"Is this the same Myojinmon that can block a Tailed Beast Bomb?" Izuna muttered, narrowing his eyes.

Hashirama wasn't done. Behind the barrier, he unleashed another technique.

"Wood Release: Flower World Descent!"

The battlefield began to quake as massive vines erupted from the ground. Buds bloomed rapidly, releasing clouds of yellow pollen into the air.

"Faster than before," Izuna observed, his tone tinged with frustration. But a grin soon spread across his face. "Don't think I'm easy prey, Hashirama."

Susanoo drove its sword into the ground. Chakra surged into its palm.

"Sage Art: Super Wind Release: Rasenshuriken!"

The Rasenshuriken, over a hundred times larger than normal, spun ominously in Susanoo's hand.

"Take this, Hashirama!"

Izuna hurled the massive Rasenshuriken. Its sheer power obliterated the surrounding pollen and tore through the Flower World, heading straight for Hashirama's barrier.

The clash of titans continued, shaking the heavens and earth.
