Danzo Shimura watched his subordinates die at the hands of Mirai Uchiha. He became so furious he nearly spat out blood.

Having held power in Konoha for decades, he had never endured such humiliation before!

That Mirai Uchiha was far too arrogant, showing him no respect at all.

"Lord Danzo, shall we charge in and kill Mirai Uchiha?"

When he heard his subordinate's suggestion, Danzo angrily slapped the man across the face without hesitation.

Suddenly, a shout came from behind.

Mirai turned around and just in time saw two pretty girls running toward him.

One of them was Anko Mitarashi.

The other girl had long purple hair, delicate features, and skin as smooth as fresh snow, making her look exceptionally beautiful.

By the time Mirai finished observing them, both girls had already reached right in front of him.

Mitarashi Anko panted slightly as she spoke first: "Ladies' man senpai, we finally caught up with you."

"Ugh, why do I suddenly look like a bad guy?" Mirai Uchiha twitched at the remark.

Anko Mitarashi rolled her eyes and snorted cutely, "Giving girls such precious gifts that even Kurenai Yuhi and Rin Nohara are competing over you? How are you not a bad guy then?"

Mirai reached out and messed up Anko's hair, "You're still a kid. Don't talk nonsense."

Anko put her hands on her hips defiantly, "I'm not a kid anymore! I helped you out last time too, you know!"

"I helped you out last time too, you know."

"And also..." Anko said more solemnly, "Ladies' man senpai, in the future, don't casually give something as valuable as Gold Dust Kunai to other girls."

"Kurenai senpai and Rin senpai are both really nice girls. You should treasure them..."

"Anko, you're starting to sound like an old nag."

"What?!"

"Just take it."

Before she could get angry about being called nagging, Anko saw Mirai pulling out a Gold Dust Kunai and holding it toward her.

"Eh?" Taken aback, Anko quickly shook her head, "N-no, I didn't mean that at all! I was just trying to stand up for Kurenai senpai and Rin senpai!"

"Don't misunderstand, ladies' man senpai!"

Mirai waved the Gold Dust Kunai in front of Anko with a gentle smile, "So... would you like it?"

After biting her lip for a moment, Anko finally accepted the weapon, visibly flustered, "Hmph! I'm only keeping this so you won't go giving it away to some other girl again, so don't get any wrong ideas, ladies' man senpai!"

"Yeah, yeah, I got it," Mirai responded dismissively before turning his gaze to the girl beside them, "And who might this be?"

Realizing this, Anko immediately turned to the girl with an apologetic look and hurried to introduce her, "She's Yugao Uzuki. She's my classmate from the Ninja Academy."

"Nice to meet you, senpai."

Yugao Uzuki bowed politely.

Upon hearing the introduction, Mirai raised an eyebrow.

No wonder she looked familiar.

"Ladies'... Mirai senpai, Yagao has always greatly admired you. So when she heard that I was being taken care of by you, she begged me to bring her here to meet you once."

"After 'that man's Defection', she was the only friend who continued to stay by my side, so please don't be angry."
