Naruto: Uchiha Rejects Konoha

There is a tacit understanding among the five hidden villages not to start a ninja war. Although Konoha is occasionally invaded by other villages, the Third Hokage is fully prepared. Despite the significant movements, they fail to cause any real turmoil in Konoha.

The Third Hokage issued an announcement to the ninja world, attributing the research on Wood Style to Danzo's personal actions. He also revealed that Danzo had teamed up with Orochimaru to conduct human experiments using war orphans as test subjects. He stated that Konoha had gained nothing from these experiments except for a weak Wood Style user.

At the same time, Danzo's collusion with the Akatsuki organization was exposed.

The individual who studied Wood Style with Danzo was identified as a member of the Akatsuki organization.

Orochimaru was portrayed as the link between the Akatsuki organization and Danzo.

It was speculated that the Akatsuki organization had a more complete and powerful version of Wood Style.

To make the announcement more credible, the Third Hokage also implicated Obito, a mysterious masked man, as the one responsible for the Nine-Tails rebellion. He revealed that Obito had mastered Wood Style and time-space ninjutsu.

This information was released alongside the acknowledgement that the leader of the Akatsuki organization possessed the Rinnegan.

The announcement mixed truth with lies, framing Danzo as the main scapegoat and presenting Konoha as a victim deceived by him.

After thorough analysis, the villages found no apparent flaws in Konoha's announcement.

Of course, they doubted the claim that Konoha gained nothing except a weak Wood Style user.

They assumed Konoha obtained something, though perhaps not much. Given Danzo's secret cooperation with the Akatsuki organization, the information Konoha could uncover was likely limited.

For a time, Amegakure once again became the centre of attention in the ninja world, now rumoured to possess both the Rinnegan and Wood Style.

Obito laughed angrily upon hearing the news. While planning to ignite a new ninja war, Konoha deflected blame onto him, leaving him with a massive burden.

Yet, the announcement was flawless. If Obito hadn't known that his Wood Style came from Uchiha Madara, even he might have believed he was working with Danzo.

How could anyone deny cooperation between the Akatsuki organization and Danzo? Orochimaru was an Akatsuki member who had collaborated with Danzo multiple times.

As for the claim that the Akatsuki organization lacked Wood Style, Obito knew better—it was indeed present.

Moreover, it was true that Nagato possessed the Rinnegan.

The circumstances were nearly impossible to explain. Who would believe an organization composed of S-class rogue ninjas?

The rivalry between shinobi villages did not disrupt shipping operations.

Secondly, the Land of Water depended on the shipping route to maintain communication with the other four great nations.

Thus, although Terumi Mei received the information early on, Kirigakure opted not to participate.

With the official launch of the shipping operation, Uchiha reaped its first substantial profits, with the earnings proving to be impressive.

As trade in speciality goods between nations increased, the volume of sea transportation transactions grew even more.
