Baki's reminder was timely. Anyone else might have thought for a moment before making a choice, but unfortunately, Sasori was not an ordinary person—especially when filled with hatred, rationality was even more impossible to maintain.

It would have been fine if it had been someone else, but Ishigami Asuka's eyes triggered many associations for Sasori. The same eyes as Hokage's directly made Sasori replace reason with hatred, and it became inevitable that he would take action.

"Sure enough, this guy has a problem with his brain?"

The puppet was human-like, but it had four arms, and when the four arms opened, there was a faint special chakra vibrating and making a buzzing sound.

Seeing the puppet attacking him, Ishigami Asuka was not afraid at all. She put her hands in front and behind, assuming a special starting posture.

Hyūga Iroha, standing nearby, twitched his eyelids when he saw this and silently stepped aside. The starting posture might have been unknown to others, but he recognized it. It was clearly the Gentle Fist of the Hyūga clan's secret teachings.

Hyūga Iroha had already grown used to this. It wasn't the first time he had seen something like this.

"You!"

Seeing Sasori had already taken action, Pakura was angry but had no choice but to join the fight. After all, they were teammates, and it was related to points. Not acting was obviously not an option.

Baki understood as well. Though angry, he didn't stop himself from attacking the Konoha team. He drew his ninja sword instantly and rushed toward the Hyūga.

In an instant, the two teams clashed, leaving Yahiko and his companions aside.

"Uh, what should we do?" Nagato asked, somewhat confused by the scene.

Konan frowned, remaining silent.

"No hurry. Let's see how the situation unfolds, and we can take action after they decide the winner," Yahiko said.

"Isn't it a bit despicable to do this?" Nagato asked again.

Yahiko coughed dryly. "What's despicable? This is an exam. Besides, even if they lose, they won't be eliminated immediately unless they're completely incapacitated. Otherwise, they can find other teams."

Nagato thought about it and could only nod.

This plan made sense, and most people would do the same. Unfortunately, the Konoha team they encountered was special. "Come here!"

Ishigami Asuka used Gentle Fist Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms to counter the puppet's attacks.

Although she kept hearing a strange buzzing sound that was mildly irritating, she showed no signs of losing ground.

On the contrary, the movements of the other two team members appeared slightly distorted due to the special sound wave emitted by Sasori's puppet.

Even so, Ishigami Asuka suddenly launched an attack toward Yahiko and his companions, forming a seal with one hand and sending out a barrage of wind blades, invisible to the naked eye, aimed directly at the trio.

Seeing this, Yahiko and his team exchanged glances, understanding each other's intentions.

Without any hesitation, Yahiko led the charge, rushing directly into the chaotic battle.

Having trained with Jiraiya for years, they had learned much and fought before, but those battles were against ordinary opponents like bandits and criminals—rarely against true shinobi.

The three Konoha shinobi in front of them looked strong, and with the Sand shinobi team involved as well, the intensity of the battle captivated Yahiko and his companions, stirring their desire to test their own strength.

Whether it was impulsive or strategic, in the end, they couldn't hold back, and a full-scale melee erupted.

At first, Yahiko and the others intended to join forces with the Sunagakure team to deal with the three from Konoha. Even Pakura and Baki tacitly agreed, and there was an inexplicable sense of cooperation. However, this fragile alliance quickly broke down, and the joint effort devolved into a true melee.

The reason? Sasori summoned another puppet during the battle and launched a surprise attack on Yahiko and his companions, destroying the previous understanding between the teams.

"Damn it, Sasori , what are you doing!?"

Pakura was both shocked and furious. If it weren't for the ongoing battle, he might have already fought with Sasori himself.

It would have been acceptable if Sasori had suddenly attacked the Konoha team, but now, with a potential ally ready to help, Sasori had ruined the opportunity. The attempt at collaboration dissolved, and they found themselves surrounded, which would anger anyone.

Baki's face grew dark as he struggled to fend off the simultaneous attacks from both sides. He cursed inwardly, clearly frustrated by the situation.

Fortunately, the pressure on Baki and Pakura was momentarily relieved.

This was because the Konoha team also chose chaos—they didn't join forces with the Amegakure shinobi but instead fought against them as well.

At that moment, a true three-way melee had fully formed.

In an instant, various ninjutsu clashed, roaring through the forest. Waves surged like stampeding horses, flames erupted like volcanoes, and invisible air blades tore through everything in their path.

Despite the battlefield's small size, the destruction caused by the nine combatants was massive. Even the trees of the Forest of Death couldn't withstand the onslaught. In mere moments, an open space had been cleared around them.

"Amegakure Shinobi, not bad!"

Ishigami Asuka slapped the ground with both hands, and the earth seemed to come alive. Sharp spikes of earth shot up, aiming to penetrate the enemies around them.

However, such an attack did little in the chaos of the battle. On the other hand, Pakura, from Sunagakure, leaped into the air, raising one hand. A bright red sphere, as large as a washbasin, appeared above her palm.

"Retreat!"

Hyūga Iroha's eyes sharpened as he instantly pulled back without hesitation.

The ball of light fell silently, but the intense heat it generated immediately scorched everything in its radius. There was no slow burn—trees dried up in an instant and turned to charcoal.

Everyone else quickly retreated. Ishigami Asuka looked at her sleeve, which had vanished without a trace, and at her now half-dried arm, visibly surprised.

"So that's it, Sunagakure has such a bloodline limit... Scorch Release, right?"

As she spoke, white smoke began to rise from Ishigami Asuka's arm, and the previously dried limb started to return to its normal state. By the time she finished speaking, her arm had nearly recovered completely.

Shaking her arm, Ishigami Asuka nodded and praised, "Very good technique, powerful. I acknowledge you."

With a chuckle, she placed her hands together, focusing on Pakura and the others. "However, I'm not very proficient with this technique yet, so... I'm a bit worried."

"Wood Release: Nativity of a Sea of Trees!"

Crack!

Young saplings sprouted from the ground, growing rapidly as they twisted and intertwined, like vines, entangling everyone present.

"Damn it, be careful! Why are you attacking your own team!?"

Uchiha Inahori, caught in the attack, hastily began to cut through the trees. Hyūga Iroha did the same nearby, struggling against the entangling branches.

Ishigami Asuka snorted and said, "I told you, I'm not very proficient yet. Relax, you won't die."
