A military meeting of USSR top military minds and generals and the world socialist alliance created by the new premier Romanoff in order to keep the peace and any allies resistance movements suppressed.

The meeting was happening in Germany after 4 months after the Soviet victory over the world.in the building of Soviet Union headquarters of Germany the meeting has started has soon the Soviet Union premier Romanoff has just walked in the room. As soon as it was ready and powered up it opened up it showed the land of whirlpools then the order was given to move through as soon as they went through the portal total of 100,000 troops mixed in with vehicles tanks and MCVS unpacked into construction yards and began to clean up operation and setting up a huge base along with building fortress walls around Island and Ukrainian artillery totally in six artillery placements and setting up Tesla coils at key locations and having century gunners placed as well after the defenses was set up and power plants and a couple super reactors totally in 6 of them built that's when they build facilities like the barracks for the infantry and 4 airfields and two war factories including four navel yards and found some ore and made 12 ore mines and 6 Ore Refinery it marked the day that the land of whirlpools have new owners and a new army in the world. Naruto stood there in front of the construction yard with a smirk on his face this world will know his vengeance for what they did to him and his clan one thing for sure they needed information and he knew where to go to the Land of Waves.
