Chapter 161: Chapter 161: Last Time

"Kiyoshi."

Evening.

After dinner.

Shizune, blushing, entered Kiyoshi's room.

To his surprise, she was wearing a white, cropped T-shirt that exposed her midriff, along with blue-gray denim shorts and a pair of black sandals.

Her slender, toned legs and small waist were perfectly highlighted, and a hint of her defined abs showed beneath her shirt.

Though her figure wasn't exaggerated, her delicate features and youthful aura made her appear strikingly lovely.

Kiyoshi chuckled to himself, refraining from teasing his usually reserved and shy Senpai. He simply asked, "How's your mastery of Swift Release coming along?"

"Thanks to you, I'm getting the hang of it."

Reflecting on her swift increase in strength within just a day, Shizune found it almost unbelievable.

She smiled and said, "However, my neural responses are still slightly lagging behind Swift Release's extreme speed, causing some stiffness. I need more practice."

"You might consider working on Lightning Release's nature transformation to stimulate your cells and neural response through electric currents.

That could greatly enhance your speed and reflexes," Kiyoshi suggested thoughtfully. "Also, put more focus on training your sensory abilities."

Using Lightning Release to stimulate one's body to significantly improve speed and reflexes wasn't a secret.

However, very few ninja in the world—such as the Third and Fourth Raikage—could achieve that level of mastery.

But for Shizune, a medical ninja with extensive knowledge of the human body and improved chakra control under Kiyoshi's guidance, this wouldn't be an insurmountable challenge.

She might not reach the Fourth Raikage's level immediately, but developing a response time that perfectly aligned with Swift Release was definitely achievable.

When that time came, paired with Swift Release, even a "Kage" would find it difficult to get the better of her.

"Is that so? Got it." Shizune listened intently to Kiyoshi's advice.

She knew Kiyoshi's strength far surpassed her own and was profound. His guidance was almost always spot-on.

"Let's begin, Shizune-senpai." Kiyoshi smiled, observing her bold new style, so different from her usual conservative look. She looked absolutely charming.

"Mmm." Shizune nodded, her face slightly flushed.

"Oh, and besides here." Kiyoshi grinned, gesturing towards Shizune's front, which had begun to show some shape.

With a mischievous smile, he said, "Other aspects also need some balanced adjustments. Otherwise, the proportions might end up looking off."

"Wha...what?" Shizune froze, her cheeks suddenly turning bright red.

She hadn't thought that deeply about it at first, she just wanted that area to grow a bit.

Now thoroughly embarrassed, she stammered, "Th-then I'll leave it to you, Kiyoshi."

With that, she couldn't avoid it, she'd be getting closer, physically, to him.

But... if it was with Kiyoshi.

She didn't actually mind too much.

"Leave it to me." Kiyoshi said, patting his chest.

He was kind-hearted and had a healer's compassion, such tasks were naturally his responsibility.

"Alright, let's begin with Yin Seal and Strength of a Hundred Seal training…. Spirit Transformation Jutsu."

Without delay, Kiyoshi used Spirit Transformation Jutsu.

He entered Shizune's body, guiding her movements, and demonstrated the Yin Seal and Strength of a Hundred Seal over and over.

Then, he went on to show her the Peacock Technique, instructing her on the specific methods and key points to pay attention to during practice.

Starting with basic chakra activation, they moved on to chakra materialization.

Time passed by.

By the time the clock struck eleven at night, Shizune, feeling weak and unsteady, fled Kiyoshi's room, her face flushed red.

Looking left and right down the corridor, as though guilty, she dashed away, hoping not to be seen by anyone.

She even used her newly acquired Swift Release to make it back to her room as quickly as possible.

Carefully opening the door, she saw Karin fast asleep.

Relieved, Shizune hurriedly grabbed a change of clothes and slipped into the bathroom.

"That Kiyoshi is just. How could he do that?"

Covering her face in shame, she squatted there, utterly humiliated, her cheeks so red they felt like they'd catch fire. "I'm done for. I can't show my face anymore."

Meanwhile—

In Kiyoshi's room.

He watched Shizune escape as if her life depended on it.

"My dear senpai…what a gem."

Kiyoshi stood there, momentarily dazed.

He hadn't expected that merely helping his senpai with a therapeutic massage would end up….almost flooding his room.

After a moment, he cleaned up the water stains and vanished in a blur.

Swish.

Next door.

Knowing someone's personality all too well.

Anticipating that she wouldn't pass up the chance now that he'd returned, Tsunade lay wide awake, tossing and turning, slightly nervous as she waited.

She felt a sudden embrace from behind, her body tensing up instinctively.

But the next moment, she relaxed.

"When did you put the Flying Thunder God mark on me, you brat?" Tsunade glared at Kiyoshi, who had appeared before her, with a faint note of irritation.

At first, she thought he had only placed the mark on the kunai he'd given her.

But it seemed she'd never escape him now.

"Since last time." Kiyoshi said with a cheeky grin.

Embracing the soft warmth he'd missed, he knew only Tsunade's broad heart could accommodate his endless dreams.

"Remember, this is the last time." She couldn't help but pat Kiyoshi's head.

Feeling his deep attachment, Tsunade's heart softened, and she gave him a gentle warning.

She had to admit, habits could be scary things.

She realized that, without this kid around, she had indeed missed him over the past few days.

Even her sleep hadn't been the same. But with Kiyoshi, her living pillow, back in her arms. Tonight, she could finally sleep peacefully once more.

But this was absolutely, definitely the very, very last time.

"I'll cherish it, then."

Kiyoshi didn't argue.

Burying his head in her chest, he pretended to fall asleep.

No matter how much Tsunade tried to push him away, he stubbornly refused to budge.

The last time? No way.

"Stop… Don't do that."
