Lady Adrienne quickly opened the door to her and her husband's quarters.

Tristan stared at her body for a bit as she pushed the door open. At her long brown hair, and slender figure.

"Come on in." Lady Adrienne invited. "Please, make yourself at home."

"Don't mind if I do." Tristan said with a smile, staring deep into her eyes as he entered, walking past her.

He noticed that the curtains were drawn. Very little sunlight entered the room. It was dark, and fitting.

"Should I serve you something to drink?" Lady Adrienne asked as she closed the door behind her, causing the room to grow even darker. Only thin lines of sunlight passing between the thick curtains allowed Tristan to see the outlines of the sofas, tables, and other pieces of furniture.

"What do Otherworlders like to drink?"

Tristan smiled, amused by the question.

"I'm more interested in what it is that a Lady such as yourself enjoys." Tristan took a couple of steps closer. "Distinguished tastebuds that favor the graceful and refined? Or do you prefer the rugged and hardened?"

Lady Adrienne stared at him with wide eyes, momentarily frozen.

He was standing inches away from her, and because she was more than twenty centimeters shorter, she needed to raise her chin quite a bit to meet his gaze.

She gulped.

Before she had even noticed it, Lady Adrienne found herself standing with her back against the wall. As he had stepped closer, she had stepped back without even realizing it.

"I suppose..." She started, her cheeks taken over by a crimson hue. "I like a bit of both."

"A bit of both?"

"Yes..." Lady Adrienne answered. She blinked, and it seemed like her eyelashes shone for a moment. "I like one capable of both, I suppose."

"I see." Tristan whispered as he moved closer.

Once he was halfway through the distance, Lady Adrienne lowered her gaze to the ground for a moment, before raising it back to meet his.

Her heels left the ground as she stood on the tip of her toes.

"Whiskey it is then." Tristan whispered in her ear before pulling back slightly.

The blushing Lady remained frozen for a moment. A shocked smile slowly crept up on her face and she walked past him. She could feel a tingle. A tingle she hadn't felt in a long time.

Seconds later, Lady Adrienne poured the drinks and handed Tristan his glass.

Her fingers grazed his, and she felt a slight electric pulse run up her arm.

The Lady pulled her hand back and waited.

Both were standing, each holding a drink in their right hand.

She waited.

Tristan turned around and took a seat on one end of the sofa.

Not wanting to seem too eager, the Lady took a seat on the other end.

"Well, Lord Tristan."

"Yes, Lady Adrienne?"

"Are you going to tell me about your World? Your culture? Your... Well, the things that make you an Otherworlder?"

"Maybe." Tristan shrugged as he swirled his drink. "Although..." The glass was emptied in one go. "I'm sure we can find something more entertaining than where I'm from."

"Is that so?" Lady Adrienne hid her smile with her glass before taking a sip. "More entertaining than a different world... Color me intrigued."

Tristan lay his glass on the low table and relaxed back into the comfortable cushions that made up the sofa. He couldn't figure out what it was made of through touch alone, and the darkness that filled the room didn't make it any easier.

"Could you fill my glass, please?" Tristan asked.

"Asking a Lady to fill your glass?" Lady Adrienne chuckled as she feigned offense. "Shouldn't you be the one to fill mine?" She asked after emptying her glass and setting it on the table.

"Different cultures, maybe?" Tristan smiled. "Please, forgive me. I'll take care of the next one."

"Sure." Lady Adrienne chuckled as she stood up and took hold of the bottle set on the other side of the low table.

She slowly, almost seductively, walked towards Tristan, only stopping to fill his glass once she was too close to him. Closer to him than she was the glass.

Lady Adrienne poured with both hands, but lost her balance halfway through filling Tristan's glass, which caused her left arm to move to the side. This allows her to regain her balance.

"Easy there." Tristan chuckled.

"Heels." Lady Adrienne shrugged.

Her gaze moved away from the glass and towards him. She noticed that he was staring.

At her waist, at her cleavage, and at her bottom, all accentuated by the white dress she had made specially for the occasion. The occasion and opportunity to meet an Otherworlder.

She blushed slightly and turned back towards the glass, hoping that he hadn't noticed that she had noticed his staring.

Lady Adrienne continued filling the glass, bending a bit lower than before, a bit more seductively. She moved her butt further back, and her back lower, exposing both her curves and her cleavage a tiny bit more.

"Thank you." Tristan said as she slowly straightened back up.

Lady Adrienne, holding the bottle with one hand, walked cautiously, her feet slowly moving between the low table and Tristan's shin, trying not to crash into either.

A second later, she was past him. Right foot, left foot. With each step, she let her hips work. She knew he watching. She expected him to. And if he hadn't been, she would have taken offense.

Only a couple of steps and she would reach her seat again.

Lady Adrienne was already thinking about what to ask once back in her seat.

Unexpectedly, she didn't get there.

She gasped as her left wrist was grabbed and roughly pulled.

Lady Adrienne couldn't fight against the strength of the grip or the momentum. Before she knew it, she had spun around, stumbled, and fallen with her knees on the sofa.

With her knees on each side of him, the side of her glutes resting against the inside of his knees, and her hands on his shoulders.

He smiled confidently, and Lady Adrienne felt shivers pulsate from her sides on which his hands rested gently but firmly.

The Lady stared into the Otherworlder's eyes for a couple of seconds. Her right hand slowly moved up to brush against his cheek.

"It seems I am rather clumsy today." She whispered.

Tristan tightened his grip over the sides of the Lady resting in his lap. He pulled her closer.

"Heels, huh?"

She stared into his eyes, feeling shivers running up and down her spine as his hot breath landed on her neck.

"Yes..." Lady Adrienne whispered with a moan-like intonation. "It might be time..." She shivered, feeling his kiss land on her neck. "To take them off."
