The atmosphere was silent, gripped by an eerie tension that enveloped everyone present.

A mix of emotions—fear, disbelief, shock, and dread—swept through their minds.

Bang!

A dull thud echoed as a cloud of dust rose several hundred meters away on the street.

Saint Mjosgard's body trembled briefly before going completely still. His eyes rolled back, unfocused and lifeless.

The scene remained eerily quiet as if frozen in time. Nobody could believe what they had just witnessed—it felt unreal, like a dream.

In this world, at the pinnacle of power, a Celestial Dragon had been struck down with a single punch.

Hiss!

Only after a long pause did someone finally gasp, their body trembling uncontrollably.

"You... you dared to strike Saint Mjosgard?!" a black-clad guard stammered, his voice shaking as a chill ran down his spine. He was utterly stunned by such brazen defiance.

Striking a Celestial Dragon in Mary Geoise was an event that hadn't occurred in centuries.

"You fool! You've caused a massive disaster!" another guard said tremblingly.

They moved to charge at Arashi to teach him a lesson, but someone quickly held them back.

"Are you insane? That's Arashi!"

The simple statement struck like a thunderbolt, freezing the black-clad guards in place.

Instantly, they recalled this man's legendary exploits. His terrifying power was something they couldn't hope to match.

"Hurry, alert the enforcement team!"

"Summon an Admiral immediately!"

A Celestial Dragon being assaulted—this was a grave incident that would undoubtedly shake the world, especially on the eve of the Reverie.

"Step aside!" Arashi said coldly, his voice unwavering.

"If you want to come at me, you'd better understand that you're not enough to stop me."

He glanced at the unconscious Saint Mjosgard and added, "Instead of standing here in a daze, you should check if your master is still alive."

The guards snapped out of their stupor and rushed over to Mjosgard. After a quick examination, they breathed a collective sigh of relief.

"He's only injured and unconscious!"

"Thankfully, it didn't escalate into something catastrophic."

One of the guards quickly dialed a Den Den Mushi to notify nearby Marine patrols and security forces.

"Arashi!" Cobra called out, his voice trembling with concern.

"Don't worry," Arashi replied calmly. "In terms of status, we are also Celestial Dragons now."

Cobra paused, stunned, before nodding slowly. The King of Alabasta wore a grave expression as he squinted at the imposing castle ahead.

He couldn't shake the weight of what his brother had revealed during the banquet about the origins of the Nefertari family. The pressure felt immense.

They had ventured deep into the enemy's lair, and now this.

Cobra was also deeply shocked by his brother's audacity. Acting so boldly in a castle teeming with enemies was beyond comprehension.

Arashi, meanwhile, stood utterly unflinching. His gaze shifted to the battered Fishman lying on the ground, his tone sharp yet curious.

"Fishman, tell me your name!"

The courage and defiance the Fishman had displayed just moments ago had caught Arashi's attention.

Most slaves captured and brought to Mary Geoise had long lost the will to live, reduced to empty shells without any semblance of individuality.

This one, however, was different—bold and strong-willed.

"I'm Tiger! Fisher Tiger!" the Fishman shouted, taking a deep breath. His voice was firm, though his emotions were a tangled storm.

As a Marine Vice Admiral, Arashi's name was well-known, a figure of both reverence and fear.

His words about equality and justice had once ignited a fire in Tiger's heart, inspiring his ideals.

After leaving Fishman Island, Tiger had been captured by the Celestial Dragons.

But he had believed in justice and equality between humans and fishmen.

To Tiger, Arashi was a flagbearer of equality, a man he admired and revered.

"I never expected him to be a Celestial Dragon, too—and utterly unrestrained!" Tiger thought.

"But precisely because of that, he's even more awe-inspiring!"

Arashi's eyes widened slightly upon hearing the name, and he studied the fishman before him carefully.

Fisher Tiger. The Sun Pirates's founder, the Fishman District's leader, and the elder brother figure to Jinbe, a future Warlord of the Sea, and Arlong, the tyrant of the East Blue.

Tiger would one day escape Mary Geoise and lead a sweeping liberation movement, freeing countless slaves from the Holy Land.

To many, he was a great hero and the first person ever to mount a rebellion in Mary Geoise.

"You've got guts," Arashi said with a smirk.

Suddenly, he placed a hand on the hilt of his blade.

With a sharp clang, the sword was drawn, tracing an elegant arc in the air as it slashed at the collar around the fishman's neck.

"From today onward, you're free!"

Arashi's voice rang out with laughter as the blade sliced through the collar like butter. Not a single explosion was triggered.

Fisher Tiger trembled, staring blankly at the chains and collar falling from his body. For a moment, his mind seemed to freeze.

"A Celestial Dragon... saved me?"

"And not just me, but a fishman like me?!"

He lifted his head slowly, his wide eyes fixating on the smiling face before him.

The sunlight streamed down from behind the man, and at that moment, Fisher Tiger couldn't help but think of the word sun.

Standing before him, this man seemed to have a sun at his back, illuminating everything in his world.

"In this sensitive place, your identity might cause some complications. So..."

"Would you be willing to join my crew for now, Tiger?"

Arashi's warm laughter rang out as he bent down to help the dazed Fisher Tiger to his feet.

"I... I'm willing!" Tiger stammered, his heart racing uncontrollably.

Memories of the torture and suffering he had endured since arriving in this so-called Holy Land flooded his mind, contrasting sharply with the gentle, kind man standing before him.

His nose tingled, and tears welled up in his eyes, flowing uncontrollably.

Understanding, Arashi patted him on the shoulder. Then, without hesitation, he tore off his coat and draped it over Tiger's shoulders, covering the ghastly wounds.

"Your Highness, your coat!" Igaram exclaimed in distress.

The coat was custom-made, its gold trim stitched with real gold thread—an item of considerable value.

"Igaram, it's just a piece of clothing," Arashi replied, frowning as he chastised his companion.

"If it can save a warrior and cover his wounds, it has already fulfilled its greatest purpose."

"Clothes are meant to cover one's body, nothing more. Right now, Mr. Tiger needs it more than I do."

"Now apologize to Tiger," Arashi ordered firmly.

Igaram froze for a moment before guilt washed over his face. Bowing deeply, he said, "I'm sorry, Mr. Tiger!"

Fisher Tiger looked flustered and quickly waved his hands.

"No, no, that's not necessary! I... I'm just a slave, after all." He reached to remove the coat, clearly feeling unworthy of such a delicate garment.

But before he could, a strong hand pressed firmly on his shoulder, stopping him.

"I said you need it more than I do," Arashi said, his tone unwavering.

Tiger was stunned, his eyes instantly reddening.

"Arashi is right, Mr. Tiger. You need it more," Cobra added with a gentle smile.

Tiger nodded heavily, engraving these two men's faces deeply into his memory. His voice trembled as he said, "Thank you!"

Soon after, Eve led him into the group and placed him in the center.

From a street corner, a young girl of about fifteen or sixteen secretly observed the scene. Her eyes lit up with a spark of hope and courage.

Taking a deep breath, her frail, slender body suddenly darted from the ground as she ran toward them.

"Hm?" Arashi turned his head toward the commotion.

The black-clad guards noticed as well, their expressions turning cold.

"Just a lowly slave... how dare she?" one of them muttered, reaching for the pistol at his waist. But another guard quickly stopped him, shaking his head.

"The Nefertari family is here. Don't act rashly in front of them."

The first guard froze, his body trembling.

Those were internal matters even if there had been recent disputes and scuffles between the two families of Celestial Dragons.

If they intervened, they might not even know how they ended up dead.

The young maid ran up, her face smeared with dirt. Despite the grime, her slim figure and delicate features were still evident.

"V-Vice Admiral Arashi, please save me and my two sisters!" she cried, kneeling before him in desperation.

Arashi narrowed his eyes as he regarded the girl.

He wasn't exactly a saint, especially in this Holy Land, where every action must be carefully considered.

Scanning the surroundings, he noticed that aside from the girl and the two anxious women in the distance, everyone else remained prostrate on the ground, utterly unresponsive.

Slaves.

The term itself embodied apathy and numbness. Even when hope presented itself, they often struggled to seize it.

"I'm more than willing to give hope to those who still hold onto it," Arashi said with a faint smile.

"Tell me your name."

"Han—Hancock. My name is Boa Hancock," the girl stammered.

Arashi froze, his gaze sharpening as he studied her face more closely.

Much of her delicate and beautiful features were obscured by dirt, but her elegance was unmistakable.

Despite her young age, she already showed the promise of extraordinary beauty, and her maid uniform did little to conceal her striking figure.

No wonder Saint Mjosgard had set his eyes on her immediately.

"Bring your sisters and hide among my crew," Arashi said, nodding.

Hancock immediately expressed her gratitude, calling to her two sisters. The three joined the group, embracing each other with tearful joy.

Fisher Tiger watched the trio, his expression filled with emotion.

"Let's move," Arashi ordered. He paid no further attention to Saint Mjosgard, who, lacking any meaningful power, posed no threat to him.

Just then, two tall figures strode toward them, instantly drawing everyone's attention.

"An Admiral!"

"An Admiral is here!"
