The dispatch of two Admirals sent shockwaves throughout Marineford.

Few could understand why both Admirals were deployed simultaneously, but there was a growing sense that something monumental was about to unfold.

Under orders from Fleet Admiral Kong, the entire Marine headquarters entered high alert, with a palpable, tense atmosphere hanging over Marineford.

Many Marines swallowed hard as they sensed the gravity of the situation.

"What could be happening?"

"Even the Vice Admirals look so tense."

"It feels like the night the Golden Lion attacked—like a storm is coming."

The speculation only grew, with some even whispering that Whitebeard himself might be planning to assault Marineford, threatening to ignite an unimaginable war.

Meanwhile, in the West Blue, the golden staff at the ship's bow gleamed under the sun, blue arcs of electricity crackling from its tip, rising to a pair of broad feet.

Standing tall and commanding, Arashi looked forward, electricity sparking all around him.

"A Buster Call?"

"They're calling a Buster Call? How is this possible?" Eveya murmured, her face painted with disbelief.

But even more unsettling was something else entirely.

Her gaze fixated on the towering figure before her, with his white coat flapping in the ocean breeze, and the bold kanji for "Justice" emblazoned across it.

"Is the Vice General going to oppose the Buster Call to save those scholars of Ohara?"

"No, in his own words, this is about upholding the line of justice!"

"A red line he refuses to cross—the very edge of human decency!"

Eveya shivered as Arashi's words replayed in her mind. Justice, the line of justice, the limits of humanity! What does justice truly mean?

Was it equality and protection of the weak, as her commander had always advocated? No, it wasn't just that.

Her commander had once told her that justice should be something people weigh with their hearts, something they experience and decide for themselves.

But no matter how one defines justice, it should, at its core, bring hope, warmth, and growth, like sunlight to all things under it.

"To go against Headquarters, to defy the world—is that justice too?" Eveya wondered, her heart pounding.

She'd met the scholars of Ohara before—kind, wise, and worthy of respect.

She didn't understand why the World Government would sentence such people to death, but one thing was clear: they didn't deserve it.

On that point, she and Vice Admiral Arashi were in total agreement.

Turning slightly, she caught a glimpse of Crocodile puffing smoke rings from his cigar, Bullet with a grin laced with faint excitement, and T-Bone unsheathing his long blade before snapping it back with a fierce focus, all eyes fixed on the formidable figure in front of them.

Without a doubt, their faith in him was unshakeable.

"So what about me?" Eveya pondered.

"Can I trust him fully, and follow him without hesitation?"

She clenched her hand around the hilt of her sword, solidifying her resolve. Just then, her den-den mushi started vibrating.

The sudden call made her jump, but she quickly gathered herself and looked down.

The image displayed on the receiver was that of a stern-faced elder, one unfamiliar to her but not someone she could ignore.

This particular line was a direct channel reserved for Arashi's rank or higher—meaning it had to be from Marine Headquarters.

"Hello, this is Captain Eveya of the G-18 branch," she answered firmly.

"Put your commander on the line. We need to speak with him."

A voice echoed from the other end, aged but authoritative, making Eveya's heart skip a beat.

Whoever this was, they carried an air of power that instinctively made her feel like she was a rank lower.

"Who is this?" she asked cautiously.

"We need to speak with him directly. Your rank isn't sufficient for this call."

The elder's voice, cold and laced with a subtle menace, made Eveya break into a nervous sweat.

She turned, looking up to where Arashi stood on his staff. A moment later, the den-den mushi floated gently from her hands, landing in Arashi's palm.

"Speak," Arashi's calm voice commanded, his gaze unmoving.

"You should already know who we are, Arashi." The elder's tone was measured.

"I do," Arashi replied, as Eveya, Crocodile, Bullet, and the others listened in silence, their eyes glinting with curiosity.

"The Five Elders, correct?"

Those simple words sent a shiver through everyone present, leaving them stunned.

The Five Elders—the highest rulers of the World Government, wielding supreme control over the world.

"Now that you know, this conversation can be much simpler," the elder continued, pausing for a moment before speaking again in a grave tone.

"Listen carefully, Vice Admiral Arashi. The matter of Ohara is beyond the authority of a Marine like yourself."

"The situation is far more severe than you realize. Turn back now, and we can act as though none of this ever happened."

Hearing this, Arashi chuckled softly. "I know what it is you're afraid of, and I know what haunts you."

The Elders' eyes narrowed, coldness flashing in their gaze. "Oh? And what exactly do you think you know?"

Holding the den-den mushi, Arashi looked toward the horizon.

"Eight hundred years ago, a powerful alliance of twenty kingdoms united, creating a world order."

"But there was another kingdom then—one with advanced technology and power, equal to or even surpassing that of the twenty kingdoms combined. The so-called Void Century—"

"Silence!" a frigid voice exploded from the den-den mushi, cutting Arashi off mid-sentence. "You know too much already! Do you want to be erased?"

Arashi's smile vanished, replaced by a chilling, deadly expression. He took a slow, deep breath, a low, beast-like growl echoing from his throat.

"Erase me?" he replied coldly. "Then try it!"

With a powerful squeeze, he crushed the den-den mushi into fragments.

Unseen waves of his fierce aura rippled outward from the warship, and the ocean itself seemed to momentarily hold its breath.

A moment later, a blinding flash of lightning tore across the sky above.

The crew stood in stunned silence, feeling the weight of Arashi's presence.

To Eveya, the man before her seemed to transcend into a myth—a legendary ruler among gods.

Behind him, Crocodile, Bullet, and the others held an unwavering, ruthless intensity in their eyes.

No one could have anticipated this turn of events, much less that Arashi would stand so firm and resolute against the highest authorities in the world, refusing to yield to the Five Elders.

"Eight hundred years ago… the Void Century. The descendants of the twenty kings… they became the Celestial Dragons, right?"

"But what was the name of that enormous kingdom that rivalled those twenty nations?"

Crocodile and Bullet muttered, but everyone knew that they had unintentionally stumbled upon a world-shaking secret.

The gravity of the situation was such that even the Five Elders would resort to the word 'eliminate.' The situation was growing extremely complex.

"You all heard it, right?" At that moment, Arashi's casual voice drifted over.

Eva raised her head in confusion. "Everyone who heard that conversation just now… the World Government will see to it that they're silenced."

Another line followed, which made the air feel stifling. Eva's eyes went wide, tears welling up as her body trembled.

Crocodile and Bullet's pupils contracted as their hearts pounded. "Which means…"

Arashi grinned. "Everyone here, just like me, no longer has a choice!" His gaze shifted forward, becoming deeply contemplative.

At the Holy Land of Mary Geoise, a cold voice echoed, freezing the entire hall's atmosphere. "The Nefertari clan… so, they were indeed traitors!"

The tone was icy, and the weight of it permeated the grand hall. "Eight hundred years ago, their ancestor, Lily…" one person began but was quickly interrupted.

"That's all history. The Nefertari family's status today is still that of one of the twenty royal families."

Another elder paused, then spoke with calm authority. "Ohara scholars have trespassed upon the world's forbidden territory and must be annihilated. This will serve as a warning to the world."

"Arashi dared to intervene—he should be erased as well!" another suggested.

But then a cautious voice rose, "About him, I assume everyone here has reviewed his profile."

"This man possesses strength on par with legends like Roger and Shiki, and there's something unique about his lineage."

A pause filled the room. "He may even possess a form of immortality…"

The hall fell silent again, a heavy sigh breaking the quiet moments later.

"If he cannot be eradicated, we will reconsider our approach. It seems he may be unaware of his heritage."

O'Hara's western coastline.

A dark speck emerged on the horizon, and after a few more moments, it came into full view—twenty massive Marine warships were advancing on the island.

"Vice Admiral Kuzan," a Marine called out, "we've arrived at O'Hara!"

"What's with the shouting?" Kuzan stepped forward impatiently, muttering as he glanced around at his surroundings.

On either side of him were Sakazuki and Borsalino, both silent.

"So, this is Arashi's homeland?" Kuzan muttered, then turned to the Marine beside him, "Hey, if your homeland was suddenly attacked and destroyed by the very force you serve, what would you do?"

The Marine froze, hesitating before answering, "I'd lose it, probably."

Kuzan covered his face with his hand, a conflicted look in his eyes. "That guy… he'd lose it too."

After a brief silence, his gaze returned to the island in front of him, now disturbingly close. "What a damned assignment."

As the twenty warships neared the island, the deafening sound of cannon fire shattered the air.

Flames erupted, accompanied by faint, agonized screams. Kuzan stood at the bow, his expression changing as he observed the scene.

Even he felt a pang of doubt, questioning the justice he was supposed to uphold.

"Hey, idiot! Stop firing on civilians!" a furious voice rang out from the side, catching Kuzan's attention.

Even among demons, some still clung to a sense of humanity. Suddenly, Kuzan's gaze sharpened as he noticed a towering figure sprinting along the coastline.

"Saul." He muttered the name, feeling a pang of regret. "Being a Marine does force you to confront so many things."

For a fleeting moment, he remembered fighting side by side with Arashi and how much simpler things seemed back then.

The sight of a cannonball striking Saul shook him. Kuzan jumped from the ship immediately. "Leave him to me!"

On the shore, the colossal Saul shielded Robin as he sprinted. He skidded to a stop when he saw the figure blocking his path.

"Kuzan!" he gasped, recognizing his friend.

"Justice… takes on many forms depending on where you stand." Kuzan sighed.

Suddenly, the high-pitched whistle of cannon fire cut through the air, drawing their attention.

Both men turned, their expressions darkening at the sight.

A rescue ship that had been evacuating civilians had exploded, a cloud of flames erupting from it.

Seeing this, both Saul and Kuzan's faces twisted in rage. And then, their eyes widened even further.

"Boom!"

A brilliant flash of lightning ripped across the sky, and the atmosphere above O'Hara shifted dramatically as storm clouds gathered rapidly.

Meanwhile, aboard the devastated rescue ship, a massive, muscular figure began to emerge through the smoke and flickering electricity.

"The cannonball—it's been blocked by something!"

"We're not dead!" Cheers of relief resounded across the water.
