Shanks stared at the grim faces of the Five Elders, and then at the atmospheric door that had appeared out of nowhere. His eyes were filled with shock.

Shanks had already been stunned during the earlier public execution.

The ability to pop out the memories of Celestial Dragons—that was clearly the power of the Paw-Paw Fruit which belonged to Bartholomew Kuma, a member of the Shichibukai.

Then there was Crocodile, the former Shichibukai who met his demise at Ace's hands, as well as the one suspected to have once wielded the Goro-Goro no Mi, the self-proclaimed god, Enel, and even the Vice Admiral of the Naval Headquarters, Onigumo. Each of these powers had reappeared under Ace's control—much like the Yomi-Yomi no Mi (Revive-Revive Fruit), but in an advanced form.

The original Yomi-Yomi no Mi was documented in the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia. After the death of the fruit's user, they are allowed one resurrection, with the ability to control the soul and its powers. However, it definitely did not include the power to summon the souls of others from the underworld and control their abilities.

Otherwise, just like the Paw-Paw Fruit or Kaido's Azure Dragon, the World Government would have surely seized it long ago.

When combined with Ace's Mera-Mera no Mi evolving in a solar-like direction, it could only mean that Ace was using an advanced version of the revive fruit's power.

And now, with the Gate Fruit ability in his grasp, along with the Suna-Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit) and the Goro-Goro no Mi, which he had used through the spirits of Crocodile and Enel, summoned from the underworld...

However, in less than a year at sea, Ace's Conqueror's Haki was already being measured against Shanks by the Marine. The ambition and potential of a man like Ace were difficult to fathom.

Shanks, intrigued by this, wanted to see Ace for himself—to understand the depths of his ambition and what impact it might have on the world.

But before he could, Ace had already initiated the shocking Sabaody Archipelago incident, where he publicly executed the Celestial Dragons. This, in turn, sparked a full-scale war with the Marine Headquarters and even the World Government.

Everything that followed made Shanks realize that his earlier curiosity was insignificant.

Ace's Conqueror's Haki, after the public execution of the Celestial Dragons, had reached a level comparable to the one he most admired during his youth as a cabin boy—none other than the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger.

Through the public execution of the Celestial Dragons, Ace had used that shocking event as fuel to evolve his Conqueror's Haki to new heights.

Furthermore, his Mera-Mera no Mi powers were evolving toward a sun-like intensity, and his strength had already surpassed the limits of the Four Emperors, steadily advancing toward a level of power beyond the current era.

This was the emergence of a true overlord-level force, one that could completely outclass an entire generation of pirates.

Not only that, but during the public execution, Ace had displayed up to six Devil Fruit abilities!

A single Devil Fruit could grant the user unimaginable power, and a top-tier Devil Fruit could elevate someone to at least the level of a Shichibukai.

This was truly terrifying—Ace had become a walking superpowered army unto himself.

This wasn't the makeshift army Kaido had been amassing, filled with artificial Zoan Devil Fruits of varying strength.

Ace was using the most powerful Devil Fruits known to the sea—and using them in ways that surpassed their natural limits.

The true power of a Devil Fruit, after all, depended on the one wielding it.

For example, in Ace's earlier conversation with the Five Elders, he mentioned Nojiko, the "Black Rose" of his Entei Pirates, who had the ability of the Men-Men no Mi (Gate-Gate Fruit). But if Ace, whose power now exceeded the limits of the current era, were to wield the Gate Fruit's abilities...

Then not even the Five Elders or the hidden forces of the Holy Land would be able to stop Ace from breaching their stronghold and unleashing a massacre on the Celestial Dragons.

Whether it could even stop Ace from leaving remained a huge uncertainty. After all, the final display of Ace's Remnant Flame-style ultimate power was too terrifying.

Though bizarre, their contributions to combat strength in a head-to-head fight were minimal, and against a powerful Haki user, these fruits could be rendered ineffective.

But in Ace's hands, even these abilities served as mere supplements. Ace now possessed the Mera-Mera Fruit, evolved towards a power akin to that of the sun itself. Its destructive potential was unparalleled in the history of the seas. Even the top-tier Devil Fruits, such as the Lava-Lava Fruit or the Shock-Shock Fruit, couldn't compare to Ace's current abilities. The Shock-Shock Fruit was said to have the power to destroy the world, but now, Ace's very existence symbolized destruction itself!

Using his sun-based Mera-Mera Fruit as the primary method of attack, Ace augmented his abilities with other strange fruits as support. He alone had become an unstoppable force, like a walking army of Devil Fruit powers on the sea. 

If there was a single word to describe Ace, it would be this: "A walking, humanoid Ancient Weapon."

The devastation that Ace could now unleash rivaled that of the three legendary Ancient Weapons—Uranus, Poseidon, and Pluton. And the suspicion that Ace could use all Devil Fruit abilities made his whereabouts even more unpredictable. Devil Fruits that could boost mobility, like the Door-Door Fruit and Teleportation Fruit, were already in his possession. This meant that unless Ace was completely drained of his energy, no one on these seas could stop him from doing what he wanted.

And with the awakening of his Logia Devil Fruit powers, physical exhaustion was no longer an issue. In the hands of most Logia users, this awakening would only extend combat endurance. But for Ace, it made him as fearsome as an Ancient Weapon!
