"Domino," Magellan interrupted, his deep voice resonating through the room. He stood up, his imposing figure casting a shadow over her. "Do you know where we are? This is Impel Down, the most secure prison in the world. No one has ever broken in or out. I don't care how strong this 'Demon King' is. If he dares to come here, he'll just become another prisoner on Level 6."

As Domino left, Magellan's expression darkened. He muttered to himself, "Demon King Kai... Let's see if you have the guts to break into my prison. Even if you do, you won't leave with your friends."

Back in the prison, Kai, now in his mosquito form, had made it to Level 1: Crimson Hell. There, he stumbled upon someone he hadn't expected to see.

"Yo, Buggy! How'd you end up in here?" Kai's voice echoed softly.

Buggy, who had been lying on the ground in his prison uniform, jolted upright. "Who's there?!" he shrieked, scrambling to the corner of his cell, his face pale with fear.

"It's me," Kai said, transforming back into his human form.

"This is... meat?!" Buggy mumbled through a mouthful of food. Tears streamed down his face as he chewed. "Thank you... I haven't eaten meat in so long!"

Kai watched, slightly amused, as Buggy devoured the food. "Is the food here really that bad?" he asked.

After finishing the meat, Buggy looked at Kai with a mix of gratitude and curiosity. "Why are you here?" he whispered.

"Luffy and the others got captured. I'm here to break them out," Kai replied. "How'd you end up in here?"

"The Straw Hats are here too?!" Buggy burst out laughing. "Hahaha! I knew that brat would get caught someday! Serves him right!" He paused, then sighed. "As for me... let's just say I had some bad luck. I was looking for treasure and accidentally stumbled into a Marine base."

Buggy's expression turned hopeful as he looked at Kai. "Hey, since you're here to rescue them, why not take me with you? If you save me, I'll be your loyal servant! I'll do whatever you say!"

Kai raised an eyebrow. Buggy's ability to bend the truth and his knack for survival were truly something else. No wonder he'd become one of the Four Emperors.

After a moment of thought, Kai said, "I'll save you, but you'll owe me a favor. Deal?"

Buggy's eyes lit up. "Deal! What do you need me to do?"
