Boom!

Half a day later, the volcano on the island erupted, releasing thick clouds of smoke into the sky. It was as if the call to battle had been sounded.

In the distant horizon, a powerful presence approached rapidly.

"Master Wilhelm, it's time for me to face Brogy!"

Blue Ogre Dorry's expression changed as he turned to Wilhelm. There was a hint of helplessness in his voice.

"I'm just a 'fake' right now. Even though I'm confident I'll surpass the original Blue Ogre someday, I still need time."

The next moment, Wilhelm acted swiftly.

Although his Observation Haki wasn't as precise as Smoothie's, it had an impressive range. With a quick motion, Wilhelm's Observation Haki enveloped the pirate ship docked thousands of meters away on the coast.

He raised his right hand, flexing and hooking his index and middle fingers slightly.

In an instant, several barrels of wine appeared, transferred directly from the pirate ship.

"Just tell him you're hosting some guests from afar and suggest a one-month truce," Wilhelm said, pointing at the wine barrels. "Give him these as a gift. I'm sure he'll agree."

Although Wilhelm's Observation Haki wasn't the kind that let him directly hear the voices of others, it was unique in its own way. Since awakening, it had grown exceptionally strong, with a vast range.

Years of relentless training had sharpened his abilities to the point where he could "see" targets outside his line of sight as if scanning them with clarity.

There were still limits, though. For instance, he could only detect large inanimate objects at great distances—like the wine barrels he had just summoned. But with more time and training, Wilhelm believed his Observation Haki would advance further.

One day, he might even be able to sense smaller items, like Devil Fruits, scattered across an island.

"This... what is this?"

Blue Ogre stared in amazement at the wine barrels that had suddenly appeared.

"That's Wilhelm's power," Smoothie said with a chuckle, lounging nearby. "He's a Paramecia user, with the Transfer-Transfer Fruit. He can move anything in space!"

"Quack quack quack quack! That's incredible!" Blue Ogre exclaimed, laughing loudly. "With a month of preparation, even if I can't defeat him outright, I'll at least recover most of my strength!"

"You don't need to worry," Wilhelm said firmly, meeting Blue Ogre's gaze. "Over the next ten or fifteen days, I'll personally give you special training and guidance to help you improve as quickly as possible!"

For the next two weeks, Wilhelm planned to remain on Prehistoric Island. In addition to mastering the Elbaph Spear: Hakoku, he would also conduct systematic training for Blue Ogre, helping him regain his original combat power.

"All in all," Wilhelm continued, raising three fingers, "I've been waiting for this moment for three years. You'll stay and train on this island for that long. Focus on honing your physical skills, swordsmanship, and Haki to become stronger."

"Your first goal," Wilhelm added, "is to defeat Brogy and make him submit."

"Three years from now, we'll set sail for the New World, return to Elbaph, and revive the Giant Warrior Pirates who once shocked the world. You'll lead the titans and become a pillar of my power!"

Wilhelm's tone turned cold as he concluded, "But if your performance disappoints me in three years, even after we've taken control of the Giant Warrior Pirates and gained the strength of the titan clan, I won't hesitate to take the Human-Human Fruit back."

"Don't waste this special ability."

"Yes, Master Wilhelm!"

Three days later, on some Island.

A silver-haired figure stood tall, holding a long sword. Her hair flowed like a silver river in the wind, and her robe fluttered with an almost otherworldly presence. Her aura surged higher and higher, as if a terrifying prehistoric beast had been unleashed, sending chills down the spine of anyone who dared to look directly at her.

"Elbaph's Spear—"

The razor-sharp blade rested behind her, poised for action. The veins on her right arm bulged as she gripped the sword with immense focus, her muscles coiling like a tightly wound spring.

Then, in one swift motion, she struck.

"Hakoku!!!"

The air seemed to freeze for a moment before the unleashed power shattered the stillness.

The strike ripped through the atmosphere, creating a colossal shockwave that blasted forward with unstoppable force.

Boom!

The sea churned violently. Massive waves surged, whipped into chaos by the raw energy. The wind roared like a storm, making it nearly impossible to keep one's eyes open.

The sea itself bore the mark of devastation—a giant, gaping "trench" carved into the surface by the shockwave. It remained unhealed, an unyielding reminder of the strike's power.

It was a sight that left anyone watching utterly stunned.

"Quack quack quack! Such incredible strength!"

"Kahwawawa~! You've truly mastered the titans' Elbaph Spear, Hakoku!"

Two towering figures stood nearby, laughing heartily.

The one on the left was tall and muscular, with a long beard. This was "Blue Ogre" Dorry, once a leader of the Giant Warrior Pirates.

The one on the right was equally massive but rounder in stature, with a short beard and two unusually large nostrils. He was "Red Ogre" Brogy, another former leader of the Giant Warrior Pirates.

Wilhelm had convinced Dorry to delay his duel with Brogy, using a temporary truce as an excuse. Thanks to delicious food and fine wine, the once-contentious titans had grown quite friendly with Wilhelm and his group.

Brogy, with his simple and straightforward personality, was unaware that the "Blue Ogre" standing beside him was no longer the original Dorry. Regardless, he had grown to trust Wilhelm completely, especially after losing to him in a raw test of strength.

In fact, both giants were now willing to teach Wilhelm the legendary Elbaph technique, Hakoku, with Brogy even demonstrating it himself.

"Tsk, tsk! This is absolutely insane!"

"This kind of power is no weaker than Mom's!"

"In just three days, Wilhelm has mastered Elbaph's Hakoku. It's unbelievable..."

Smoothie, Simon, and Strong stood together, watching in awe as Wilhelm executed the powerful technique. They couldn't hide their admiration for his extraordinary talent.

Over the past three days, they had witnessed Wilhelm's rapid progress firsthand. It was nothing short of astonishing to see him master the signature technique of the titans—Hakoku, the Spear of Elbaph—in such a short time.

"No, I'm still a long way from my mother's level," Wilhelm said, taking a deep breath as he walked over to them. He shrugged slightly, a modest smile on his face.

Despite his incredible progress, Wilhelm was realistic. Charlotte Linlin—Big Mom—was a true monster of strength and talent.

"I still have a big gap to close when it comes to her raw power," Wilhelm admitted.

In terms of sheer strength, he could find ways to compensate—like using dual blades to amplify his power. But there were other differences that were harder to bridge.

Charlotte Linlin's near-limitless stamina was one of them. While she could unleash Hakoku effortlessly and repeatedly, Wilhelm still found the technique incredibly taxing on his body.

That was the real gap between them.
