Chapter 51: Chapter 51: The Strongest Fist

Otherwise, the World Government wouldn't have so easily chosen Crocodile to become one of the Shichibukai!

At this moment, Sakazuki—trapped inside the transparent barrier sphere—was already boiling with rage.

The next second, he slammed his fully-magmatised fist hard against the transparent barrier.

"BOOMMMM!"

A thunderous sound echoed from within the transparent sphere.

But even with all his might behind that strike, not a single crack appeared on the barrier.

Meanwhile, on the outside, Bartolomeo raised a strange, twisted grin.

"Damn it!"

"A Navy Admiral is nothing special after all!"

Inside the transparent barrier, Sakazuki was seething. But the three Vice Admirals outside were beyond anger—they were flustered.

At this moment, with Rikuya Kazama freed up, he, Douglas Bullet, and Crocodile immediately moved to engage them.

Although Yamakaji, Onigumo, and the others were top-tier powerhouses...

...they were completely overwhelmed against Rikuya Kazama and his allies!

"BANG!" With a loud crash, Vice Admiral Onigumo was sent flying by a single punch from Douglas Bullet, crashing into a nearby building.

At the same time, even the formidable Vice Admiral Yamakaji was forced to retreat under the power of Rikuya Kazama's Fifth Gate from the Eight Inner Gates technique.

Soon, only Vice Admiral Doberman—the strongest among the three—was left struggling to hold the front line.

Just as the Navy was on the verge of collapse, a figure came charging in from afar at an incredible speed.

At that moment, all eyes turned toward the incoming presence.

And when they saw who it was, everyone present—except Rikuya Kazama—was utterly shocked.

Even Douglas Bullet showed a rare trace of fear on his face.

The one dashing toward them was none other than the Navy's living legend—

"Hero Garp!"

He was cloaked in the Navy's "Justice" cape, recklessly charging straight into the battlefield.

"Out of my way, all of you!!" Garp roared at Rikuya Kazama's group as he rushed in.

Hearing Garp's shout, everyone immediately scattered to the sides without hesitation.

Now, the only one left standing in the center of the battlefield was Bartolomeo, still maintaining the barrier around Sakazuki.

"Hey, don't leave me here alone!!" Bartolomeo shouted in panic, seeing that everyone else had cleared out and he was now completely exposed to Garp.

After all, at this point, he didn't dare release the barrier just yet—Sakazuki inside looked like he was ready to explode.

The original plan had been for Bartolomeo to hold off Sakazuki while the others took care of the remaining Navy. Only after that would they regroup to help him.

The next moment, Garp had already closed the distance, raised his right fist, and smashed it down onto the transparent barrier.

"BOOOOMMMMM!!"

That massive fist landed squarely on the barrier.

In that instant, a deafening boom shook the entire sky.

Immediately after, a cracking sound came from the transparent barrier.

In the next moment, the previously indestructible shield rapidly began to fracture.

Everyone present was stunned speechless by the sight!

Even Rikuya Kazama frowned deeply.

Up until now, he had firmly believed that Bartolomeo's absolute defense was truly unbreakable!

But now, Garp had managed to crack it with a single punch.

Though the barrier hadn't completely shattered and Sakazuki wasn't yet freed...

...it was now obvious that this shield could no longer serve its purpose against someone like Garp!

Right after, Vice Admiral Tsuru arrived at the battlefield with a large force of Navy soldiers in tow.

With that, the battlefield situation changed drastically once again.

What had once looked like certain victory for the Rikuya Kazama Pirates now began to turn into a losing battle.

Crocodile and Douglas Bullet quickly repositioned themselves next to Rikuya Kazama.

Even the ever-arrogant Crocodile kept his mouth shut for once.

"Bartolomeo, let Sakazuki go." Rikuya Kazama suddenly ordered in a cold voice.

Hearing the command, Bartolomeo swallowed hard and immediately dropped his hand gesture.

With that, the already-cracked transparent barrier surrounding Sakazuki finally disappeared.

The moment it vanished, Bartolomeo hurriedly retreated to Rikuya Kazama's side.

Garp took a quick glance around the battlefield, then turned his gaze toward Sakazuki, who was burning with rage and looked like he was ready to strike again.

"Sakazuki, are you planning to rebel?"

Just when everyone thought Garp was about to order an attack, he suddenly blurted out something completely unexpected.

The faces of the three Vice Admirals instantly changed the moment he said that.

Clearly, their little scheme wasn't going to fool the old veterans of Navy HQ.

"Vice Admiral Garp, I don't know what you're talking about." Sakazuki replied calmly despite the situation.

After all, he was still an Admiral. Even now, he remained composed.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku issued an order yesterday—he told you to stop pursuing and apprehending the Rikuya Kazama Pirates. But you and your men ignored direct orders from HQ. How do you explain that?"

"I never received any damn order. All I know is that the Navy must uphold absolute justice.

If we keep bowing to powerful pirates every day, then what's the point of the Navy even existing?

Might as well hand the Navy over to those New World freaks and be done with it!"

Sakazuki shot back forcefully.

Though Garp had a legendary reputation and monstrous strength, Sakazuki was still an Admiral—outranking Garp both in rank and formal authority.

So even when being questioned, Sakazuki didn't flinch one bit.
