The air shifted as the Straw Hats, Gandalf, and Legolas descended the ancient staircase. The golden light at the bottom pulsed like a heartbeat, growing stronger with each step.

Luffy, as usual, was walking ahead fearlessly. "This is awesome! It's like a treasure hunt!"

Nami, gripping her Clima-Tact, sighed. "If we don't die first."

Zoro smirked. "Sounds like every adventure we've ever had."

Robin studied the carvings along the walls. They depicted two figures—one cloaked in darkness, the other bathed in golden flames. Their battle seemed to split the sky apart.

Franky whistled. "Whoever these guys were, they had one hell of a showdown."

Brook shivered. "I have a bad feeling about this, and I don't even have skin!"

Chopper's ears twitched. "There's… something waiting down there."

And then—

They reached the bottom. The Forgotten SanctuaryThe staircase opened into an immense underground hall, far larger than the previous chamber. Ancient banners hung in tatters, and the walls bore the scars of battle.

At the center stood a massive stone altar, and atop it lay a sword—glowing with golden energy.

Sanji lit a cigarette. "I'm guessing that's important."

Gandalf stepped forward, eyes narrowing. "This is… impossible."

Legolas drew an arrow, scanning the shadows. "Something is watching us."

Then—

A deep, thundering voice echoed from the darkness.

"You seek the blade of the Forgotten King… but only the worthy may claim it."

The ground rumbled.

From the shadows, figures began to emerge. The Guardians of the AbyssSix towering figures stepped into the golden light.

They were knights clad in obsidian armor, their eyes burning with eerie blue flames. Their swords—massive and jagged—hummed with raw power.

"Prove your strength… or be cast into oblivion."

Luffy cracked his knuckles. "Heh. You don't have to ask twice!"

The knights charged. The Clash of Realms Zoro met the first knight head-on. Their blades clashed in a storm of sparks, the impact shaking the ground. Zoro grinned. "Finally, a real challenge!" He twisted, bringing three swords down in a devastating arc—but the knight blocked every strike effortlessly.

Sanji shot forward, flames igniting his legs. "I'll show you hellfire!" He twisted through the air, Diable Jambe colliding with the knight's armored chest—but the knight barely staggered. "Tch… tough bastard."

Brook dashed between two knights, slicing through them. "Yohoho! If you don't have souls, I can cut you just fine!" One knight turned, slashing with inhuman speed, forcing Brook to leap away.

Chopper roared, shifting into Monster Point. His massive fists slammed down, sending one knight crashing into a wall. "You're not the only one who's huge!"

Robin summoned her giant limbs, gripping one knight. "Clutch!" She tried to break its neck—but it resisted. "What…?"

Franky unleashed a radical beam, blasting one knight across the hall. "Super tough, huh? Well, let's see how much damage you can take!"

Meanwhile—

Gandalf raised his staff. A surge of pure white light erupted, forcing the knights back. "They are bound by the abyss… weaken the connection!"

Nami's eyes widened. "I got it!"

Nami summoned a storm, lightning crackling. "Let's see how they handle a little shock!"

Thunder erupted, striking the knights—

And for the first time—they hesitated.

Gandalf's eyes gleamed. "They are vulnerable to celestial forces."

Robin smirked. "Then let's exploit that."

Luffy, meanwhile, grinned. "Guess it's my turn!"

He launched forward, activating Gear Fourth.

"Gomu Gomu no… KING KONG GUN!"

His massive fist crashed into the lead knight, sending it flying through three pillars.

The ground shook—

And then—

The knights stopped moving.

Their bodies cracked—and then shattered into light.

Only one knight remained.

The tallest one, its eyes burning with golden fire.

It raised its blade—

And then—

It knelt.

"You… are worthy."

The golden sword on the altar began to glow brighter. The Blade of the Forgotten KingThe remaining knight faded into mist, leaving behind only the sword.

Robin stared at it. "What is this blade?"

Gandalf stepped forward, his expression grim.

"This… is no ordinary weapon."

Luffy walked up to it, reaching for the hilt.

The moment he touched it—

A blinding golden light erupted.

His mind was pulled away, his vision blurring.

And then—

He saw it.

A vision of two figures—one shrouded in shadows, the other wielding the golden sword.

The voice echoed in his mind.

"The war of the past… will rise again."

"And you… must stand against it."

Luffy's eyes snapped open.

The blade's glow dimmed, but the mark of an ancient crest appeared on his arm.

Sanji raised an eyebrow. "Uh… what just happened?"

Luffy stared at the mark. "I dunno… but I think we just got involved in something way bigger."

Robin smiled darkly. "It seems our real adventure… has just begun."
