One Piece: The Strongest Creature

Kahn's expectations for the Perfect One were immense.

As his first creation with Monet, Kahn poured everything into him.

For instance, the extremely rare Zoan-type Snake-Snake Fruit, Model: Yamata no Orochi, wasn't used to cultivate a giant but given to Perfect One, an artificial human.

After consuming the Zoan-type Snake-Snake Fruit, Model: Yamata no Orochi, the Perfect One exceeded all of Kahn's expectations.

In a battle against Hancock, the Perfect One performed flawlessly, even surpassing Rob Lucci, the strongest member of CP9 in the last 800 years. He proved worthy of the title "killing weapon."

In close combat, the Perfect One is equipped with a hidden arsenal of cold weaponry. Although he lacks the bloodline factor of the world's greatest swordsman and, therefore, cannot perform the same devastating attacks as the Seraphim who went to Amazon Lily in the original story, his natural talents make him a fearsome combatant. 

With Kaido's and Bell's bloodline factors, the Perfect One excels in wielding heavy weapons, such as the massive sword and mace he summons, channelling the unique skills of both Kaido and Bell.

Without even using Haki, the mace swung by the Perfect One resembles Kaido's signature Thunder Bagua technique.

When it comes to the massive sword, the Perfect One instinctively uses the Lunarian tribe's racial ability, igniting the sword with flames and releasing elemental slashes infused with fire.

However, despite these formidable capabilities, close-quarters combat with cold weapons remains the Perfect One's weakest point.

His greatest strength lies in his physical abilities.

The Perfect One combines the robust physique of the Lunarians and the ghost tribe on the outside with Germa 66's exoskeleton technology on the inside. These physical enhancements are further amplified by the effects of the Yamata no Orochi Mythical Zoan fruit.

The result? Incredible durability. Even when Hancock unleashed a 300-million-volt electric shock, it failed to penetrate the Perfect One's defence.

In terms of defence, the Perfect One has surpassed Bell.

Bell, without the use of Haki or his Zoan Devil Fruit powers, would never dare to withstand Hancock's electric attack. However, the Perfect One, bolstered by his three major defensive advantages and the buff from the Mythical Zoan, can endure Hancock's electric shock without injury.

His defensive power ranks among the top in the world.

Only a handful of beings in the world surpass him in strength—those among the Shichibukai, Admirals, Four Emperors, and a small group of legendary fighters.

This elite group consists of just a few hundred individuals worldwide.

In other words, unless the Perfect One faces someone from this small circle, he is virtually unbeatable.

With world-class defence, the Perfect One also boasts incredible strength.

While not as overwhelmingly powerful as natural titans like Kahn or Charlotte Linlin, the Perfect One—thanks to Kaido's bloodline factor—possesses immense raw power, particularly when in his hybrid human-beast form.

In addition to close combat, the Perfect One excels in long-range combat.

While he can't unleash sword slashes, his invisibility, thanks to his black combat suit, allows him to strike enemies with lasers, catching them completely off guard.

Additionally, the Perfect One's flying speed is astounding, even without using his wings, due to his advanced floating device.

Kahn's assessment places the Perfect One's overall combat ability at the level of Kaido's three calamities—fighters with bounties exceeding one billion berries.

Despite the enormous expense, Kahn invested two years and countless berries into creating the Perfect One. However, with combat power valued at over one billion berries, Kahn is confident that he will not only recover his costs but also make a significant profit.

A creation with an initial combat power of one billion berries is a major force in any powerful organization, and for many, it's the most valuable asset in their fleet. Even among the Four Emperors, only a few individuals possess such formidable strength.

Now that Kahn can mass-produce fighters of this calibre, once the news spreads, it will undoubtedly shock the entire world, causing even the World Government and other major powers to take notice. At that point, the "Cross Guild" will become a serious threat to the World Government.

The astronomical amount of berries Kahn spent was just the initial investment. Now that he's successfully created the first Perfect One, the cost of producing a second will be significantly lower—less than one billion berries. Most of the remaining cost comes from weaponry, laser technology, and vital battle suits.

The key element in creating a Perfect One, however, is the bloodline factor.

Bloodline factors don't require money—they just require people.

As such, Bell, who has been turned into a toy by Sugar and dismembered by Monet, hidden in the dungeon of Mary's castle, has become one of the Cross Guild's most valuable assets.

The same applies to the bloodline factor of Kaido, a superpower in his own right.

Just as each Seraphim has different combat abilities, Kahn plans to mass-produce Perfect Ones while keeping the full truth hidden to avoid drawing attention from the World Government, especially Im, too soon. This will prevent them from prematurely focusing on Wano Country.

Each Perfect One Kahn product will have a unique appearance.

Kahn's next move is clear: he will not only hunt down Devil Fruit users but also track down superpowered individuals to obtain their bloodline factors.

To ensure his future plans proceed smoothly, Kahn's first target is someone with a weak but incredibly useful ability.

That individual is Blueno, one of the CP9 agents who infiltrated Water 7 last year.

Blueno possesses the powers of the Door-Door Fruit, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows entry into a different dimension.

This ability is among the rarest, as it grants access to alternate dimensions, a rule-breaking class of powers. 

Once Kahn acquires the Door-Door Fruit, he will be able to travel undetected, making his operations far more efficient and mysterious.

As long as he moves quickly and avoids crowded areas, Kahn will be able to act without arousing suspicion.

With this new ability, the "Cross Guild" will continue to produce ultimate weapons, deepening the waters in Wano Country.

When the Kozuki heir, who has travelled from the past, arrives with his retainers and the so-called "destined saviour" to Wano, they will face utter despair.

They will be up against the strongest and most terrifying family in the world.

Even if the World Government has developed powerful weapons like the Seraphim, the "Cross Guild," which mastered the creation of ultimate weapons first, will remain in control and emerge as the strongest player in this global chess game, forming a triangle of opposition.

With these plans in motion, Kahn, having lived on Amazon Lily for several years, once again set sail aboard the *Grandine*, accompanied by Nami and Carina as his maids, embarking on his next journey.
