One Piece: The Strongest Creature

Chapter 18: The Extinct Dial Shell

The castle inside Mary's body is enormous, with dimensions of 100 meters in width and length and a height of 80 meters. It is divided into three levels: upper, middle, and lower floors.

Interestingly, the castle has no generator, yet it is equipped with lights. The power supply for the entire castle is derived from Mary's physical strength. The more electricity is consumed, the more physical strength Mary expends.

Additionally, Mary has the unique ability to modify the interior design of the castle according to her wishes. For example, if she believes the castle's three floors and many rooms are excessive, she can, with a single thought, transform the three floors into one or more, or make other rooms disappear. Essentially, the Paramecia Castle Castle fruit grants her control over an alternate space with the given dimensions, which she can manipulate freely.

There is uncertainty about whether this alternate space will expand as the ability of the user becomes stronger or if it will always remain the same size. This question may need to be answered in the future.

The only downside is the limitation of height to 80 meters. If it were 100 meters, it would allow enough space for Mary to store their entire ship.

Robin brought the three Boa sisters to discuss the renovation of the castle. The castle's large area is sufficient to accommodate a large fleet. However, Kahn's group consists of only five people, so they only need one level of the castle. Since Mary can now transform the castle and appear within it, Robin decides to make it their second home.

Two floors are designated for storing treasures, while the remaining floor is transformed into a new home for the five members. As Kahn and his group are still in the ruins of Shandora, the four women are not in a hurry to start rebuilding immediately. After inspecting the castle, Kahn and his group returned to the outside world.

Next, Robin and the three Boa sisters work together to collect all the gold from the ruins and put it into the castle. Kahn temporarily separated from Robin's group under the pretence of retrieving the golden bell. In reality, he infiltrated the temple of the gods on Sky Island, stunning everyone with his Conqueror's Haki.

Using his ability to read minds, Kahn quickly discovered where the Jet dial shells were stored. These shells, which are powerful enough to assist in various applications, including flying Enel's Ark Proverbs to the moon with the help of thunder and lightning, were collected by the God of Sky Island. Kahn seized hundreds of them.

When Kahn returned, Robin and the three Boya sisters were curious about the floating puffer shells. Kahn explained that these were special, more powerful versions of the wind shells, now extinct on Sky Island. He warned them to handle the shells with care due to their formidable wind force.

After securing the blast shells and the golden bell in the castle, Kahn and his gang continued their search for gold. With Kahn's telekinetic powers, all the gold hidden at the bottom of the ruins was easily retrieved.

Kahn controlled the gold to fly towards Mary. With just a touch from Mary, the gold was enveloped in a transparent white mask, shrinking rapidly before being transported into the castle within her body.

As Kahn intensified his efforts, the gold in the ruins was quickly looted. He then led Robin and the three Boya sisters to find the enormous python known as the "Master of the Sky." Using Conqueror's Haki, Kahn stunned the python, allowing them to enter its body and search for more gold.

After emerging from the python, Kahn swiftly located the original Sky Island residents who intended to gift gold to the Straw Hat Pirates but had their golden pillars taken by Bellamy for Doflamingo. These golden pillars were also shrunken down and stored in the castle.

By dusk, Kahn and his team had collected all the gold. As another day came to an end, they returned to their ship and sailed away from Shandora. While Robin and her sisters prepared dinner, Kahn navigated the sailboat along a cloud path, gradually distancing them from Angel Island and Shandora. This cloud path connected to the next island, Birka Island, situated at the top of the western sky.

"Master, are we not circling the island?" Mary asked while serving dinner. Using her fruit ability, she enlarged the dinner from the castle and set it on the open-air dining table.

"Angel Island and Shandora are not very large. We've already explored them over the past two days. It's time to move on to the next island and see if there are any other Sky Island specialities," Kahn replied.

Satisfied with the explanation, Mary returned to the cabin to continue helping. Robin and the others, after finishing their dinner, didn't inquire about their next destination, having likely discussed it in the kitchen. Robin, familiar with the nautical map, knew that their next stop was Birka Island.

Robin looked forward to exploring the next Sky Island, but her expectations might be disappointed. Unlike Angel Island, with its legendary golden town, historical texts, and a message from Gol D Roger, Birka Island's unique features include the Ark Proverbs' design drawings and the cultivation method for Observation Haki, known as the "heart net." The presence of Observation Haki training methods suggests that Birka Island's rulers and guards are likely stronger than those on Angel Island.
