One Piece: Wanted for Having Too Much Fun

THUD!

One of the Marines dropped his gun. Then another. One by one, they all began to drop their weapons.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Morgan roared, stunned and furious.

Zoro and Koby stared in disbelief. Then they both looked at Lucen with newfound respect. All he did was speak a few words—and the entire Marine squad laid down their arms.

Meanwhile, Lucen—the accidental revolutionary—was just as shocked.("I was only stalling for time… I didn't think they'd actually listen!")

He hadn't even planned to use his WindGod Fan. Not that he couldn't—it had enough force to send all of them flying. But in this world where people were freakishly strong, a gentle swing might only knock someone down. And if he used it at full power like last time, the blast could uproot trees and smash rocks. The whole street might turn into a crater.

The townspeople were kind. They'd fed him. He didn't want to hurt them.So he waited—waited for Luffy to show up.

"YOU'RE ALL DEAD!" Morgan bellowed, grabbing a nearby Marine and swinging his axe at him.

The others froze in terror.

"You idiots! Use your guns!" Lucen shouted.("Why did you even drop them in the first place?!")

The Marines, waking from their fear-induced stupor, scrambled and raised their weapons again.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Morgan had never expected it. His own subordinates… attacking him? Unthinkable! For years, he ruled over them through fear. They didn't even report his crimes. But even cowards have a breaking point—and today, Morgan crossed it.

Seeing him kill two fellow officers and ordering the execution of a child had pushed them too far. And Lucen's words about justice struck a nerve.

Morgan tried to block with his axe, but the bullets came from all sides.Three struck his limbs. One missed. Two hit his axe harmlessly.

Unfortunately, the Marine guns were primitive—single-shot and slow to reload. That gave Morgan just enough time.

He lunged, smashing rifles and arms, disabling the ones who attacked him.

Back at the sidelines, Lucen, Zoro, and Koby watched the chaos unfold.

"Oh no! They're all down!" Koby said in panic. "Lucen, what should we do?"

Zoro also tensed up, remembering the promise he made—the reason he couldn't die here.

"Calm down," Lucen said coolly. "Luffy should be here any moment now."

"Hey! Lucen! Koby! Zoro!" a familiar voice rang out.

They turned—and saw Luffy sprinting toward them from the base building, holding three swords in his hands.

"That Straw Hat… you four are trying to overthrow me?!" Morgan growled, veins bulging.

Luffy landed right in front of him. Morgan immediately swung a fist.

BAM!

The punch landed square on Luffy's face, stretching it like dough.

Morgan smirked—until Luffy snapped back into shape.

"Shishishi~ Physical attacks don't work on me," Luffy grinned, then socked Morgan back with a punch that sent him flying.

"What are you?!" Zoro blinked in shock.

"Shishishi~ I'm the guy who'll become the King of the Pirates!"

Luffy turned to Zoro. "So, which of these swords is yours?"

"All three. I use a three-sword style."

"OI! You do know helping us fight the Marines makes you a criminal, right?" Luffy said with a sudden serious face.

But the only answer he got was the sound of the wind.

"...What?" Luffy blinked.

Lucen laughed. "Luffy, we're not fighting the Marines. We're fighting Morgan—a now unofficially wanted criminal for attacking his own men."

"...What?!" Luffy looked around, finally noticing the fallen Marines. "Aww, I was gonna use that as a trick to get Zoro to join."

He looked at Lucen with a betrayed expression.

Zoro chuckled. "Forget it. I'll accept your request."

"Huh?"

"I'll join your crew... and become a pirate," Zoro said with a confident grin.

"YEAH! WE HAVE A NEW COMPANION!" Luffy shouted, throwing his fists in the air.

Morgan stood up, fuming. "You must've eaten a Devil Fruit!"

The Marines nearby murmured among themselves.

"He's eaten a legendary Devil Fruit…"

"No way…"

Morgan charged at Zoro and Luffy, but was suddenly hit by a gust of wind, launching him back again.

"What the—?!" Morgan looked up and saw Lucen. The same Lucen whose words had made his own men turn against him. Morgan thought he was in the right. He believed in titles and strength. And that belief was now reason of his downfall.

"WHAT THE HECK?!" Zoro and the Marines turned to Lucen, stunned.

"Shishishi~ I wanna try it too!" Luffy laughed.

"First, UNTIE ME!" Zoro shouted, still tied to the post.

"OK-OK… oh! I untied one!" Luffy beamed proudly, having freed one arm.

Zoro sighed as Morgan got up again.

Lucen stopped using his fan—any more wind and the wall behind them might collapse onto someone's house. He couldn't risk it.

"Damn it! Just give me my swords!" Zoro growled.

He grabbed one with his free hand and slashed the ropes, finally breaking free.

"AHHHH! DIE, YOU GARBAGE!" Morgan roared, jumping forward with his axe raised.

Luffy stood still, relaxed.

CLANG!!

Three swords met Morgan's axe. Sparks flew.

"RORONOA ZORO!" Morgan screamed.

Zoro stood with a sword in each hand and one in his mouth, grinning.

The force pushed Morgan back, but he didn't fall.

"I already agreed to be a pirate. But I have my own goal," Zoro said, the Wado Ichimonji clenched between his teeth.

"I'm going to be the World's Greatest Swordsman. I don't care if my name is clean or not."

"Good guy, bad guy—it doesn't matter anymore. Until my name reaches the heavens…"

"If you do anything to stop me, I'll cut your stomach open to say sorry!" he smirked.

"Shishishi~ Good! If the Pirate King's crew can't reach the top, I'd be embarrassed too!" Luffy laughed.

"HAHAHAHA! 'The strongest swordsman!' 'A name that reaches heaven!' You sound so badass, Zoro!" Lucen howled with laughter. "I wanna shout that too!"

"Heh, well said," Zoro replied with a smirk.

"Zoro, duck!" Luffy shouted.

"Huh?!"

Zoro ducked, and Luffy launched a punch right over his head—

WHAM!!—smashing directly into Morgan.

AUTHOR NOTE

For Manga readers the Marine action might seem not right because in chapter 5 of manga the Marine officer were ready to kill themselves at order of Morgan that means they fear him to their bones.

So you might find this chapter forced but if I tell my view point it would be like as I told in one day they saw two of Marine officer one of which higher in rank just one below Morgan himself.

Not to mention excution order of a little girl which was very extreme also their was also very heavy tax just taken as shown in anime/manga. So more than suddenly becoming brave at Lucen words I say it was impulse a movement of sudden acceleration before they realized they have already done it.

Now then lets talk about power level of Wind God Fan it might seem to you it's very broken but trust me if I have to compare like lets take Pluto the weapon I say this gadgets potential might only reach half of it.

Because you have understand that it's use is not in attacking, not to mention the intensity of wind can't be controlled it's random. Luffy in his Fifth gear swings it it might destroy an island but his just show it's not a bug weapon in later combat the top powerhouse can easily remain undamaged.

Also I don't know if any of you feel I write too much of notices but I have because this is fan fic most people will not try to think deeper reason or even ignore the information parts but my writing style is not simple because I try to reason it before writing which not nesscery means I will have to write it directly.
