Neptune looked at Ian, "Lord Ian, how can I trust you? How can I believe that my people won't be persecuted when they go to Wano?"

"I can guarantee it," Ian said solemnly. "The Fish-Men and Mermaids who go to Wano will not face any discrimination. I will provide them protection. If anyone dares to harm them, they will be my enemies."

What a joke. 

Fish-Men, who could freely move in the sea, were far more important than the natives of Wano. 

Discrimination?

If there was any discrimination, it should be directed at the Wano natives.

Forget about me— even Kaido-sensei wouldn't dare harm them.

"Jack."

Ian looked at Jack, who had been eating quietly.

"Hah? You bastard, are you trying to bow down to humans?"

"I'm just speaking the truth!"

And so, when Ian stepped into the street, he saw several Fish-Men fighting each other.

The people's hearts are up for grabs.

Ian stretched lazily. 

The next moment, he shot into the sky, and a brilliant golden winged dragon soared across the sky, its intense flames shooting upwards. The powerful light and heat immediately spread throughout Fish-Man District.

All the Fish-Men couldn't help but look up at him.

"I am Ian, from the Beast Pirates!"

Ian's powerful voice suddenly swept through the entire street like a storm.

"Anyone who wants to follow me, anyone who wants to cause chaos with the Beast Pirates, come to my side now!"

As soon as these words were spoken, the entire Fish-Man District erupted.

"They're coming! They're really coming! Ian the Skyfire! The Beast Pirates!"

"If we could join the Beast Pirates, who in the world would dare mess with us?"

"I want to join the Beast Pirates! They're one of the strongest pirate crews in the world!"

Of course, there was also another reaction.

"Bastard! He actually dared to come! Damn humans, daring to act recklessly on Fish-Man District!"

"Let's go! Let's chase them away!"

"That's right! With Brother Tiger and the others not here, we must protect Fish-Man District for them!"

Thus, with two different intentions, two groups of Fishmen gathered like a flood, heading toward Ian's direction.
