Chapter 153: Chapter 104.2 : Tour!!
Ian flapped his wings and lowered his altitude.
"Alright, let the arguing stop here."
As the soft voice echoed, a terrifying aura ruthlessly descended from the sky, directly pressing down on every fish-man present, as if a mountain was crushing them.
The ground trembled, and the surrounding buildings shook.
What was even more astonishing was that flames surged from Ian's body, transforming into a sea of golden flames that covered the sky.
Every fish-man's forehead and back were instantly soaked with cold sweat.
What is this?
They didn't know.
They only knew that if this guy wanted to, when the flames fell, they would turn to ashes in an instant.
"I only have one thing to say," Ian said coldly, "Those willing to follow me, come to my side. Those who wish to oppose me, draw your weapons."
The entire scene fell into silence, Ian's words immediately suppressing everyone.
The average physical strength of the fish-man race is ten times that of humans.
But there were too few of them, and they didn't have much high-level combat power. Apart from Jinbe, the only one who could stand out was Fisher Tiger, this fish-man with a human heart.
With both Jinbe and Tiger absent, there was no one on Fish-Man Island who could withstand Ian's Conqueror's Haki. Everyone was drenched in sweat.
The golden flames were like the scythe of the Grim Reaper, hanging over everyone's necks, making them tremble.
The black-fishmen who had shouted earlier to drive Ian away, even wanting to kill him, now seemed like their throats had been seized. Not a single word could escape their lips.
Instead, after a brief moment of silence, the white-fishmen erupted.
"Lord Ian! This is Lord Ian's power!"
"Such incredible strength! Lord Ian, we admire you!"
"Let us join the Beasts Pirates!!"
These guys no longer cared about arguing with their fellow fishmen. They rushed toward Ian like a swarm.
Ian knew that if it came to moral integrity, the black-fishmen were definitely far superior.
But among the white-fishmen who were eager to bow to him, most of them were scum. They were here for the power of the Beasts Pirates, and if offered greater benefits, they would undoubtedly betray the crew without hesitation.
But it didn't matter. Even scum who obeyed were better than saints who didn't.
Looking down at the black-fishmen, Ian couldn't help but smile.
Fish-Man District used to be an orphanage, so most of the residents here were young and capable fishmen, all ready for battle. With a little training, an army of fishmen could easily be formed.
"Babanuki!"
Ian shouted.
"Lord Ian! I'm here!"
This time, Babanuki, who had always been left behind to guard the ship, answered loudly as he was brought over by Ian.
"Register them."
Ian instructed.
"Understood!"
Babanuki responded, then shouted at the black-fishmen, "Line up, all of you! One at a time!"
With someone organizing them, the chaotic fishmen finally started to show some order.
At this point, the black-fishmen were left at a loss.
What should they do now?
Could it be that they are about to engage in battle with Ian, who can almost immobilize them with nothing but his overwhelming presence?
Ian looked at them. "It's time to leave."
Silence.
Without a leader, what can they really do?
The team of Fish-Men slowly dispersed.
Ian observed them.
This time, these guys were still resistant to him.
But that's alright.
Once the first group of Fish-Men and Mermaids who went to Wano Country share their experiences there, these guys will change their minds.
As always, which Fish-Man or Mermaid doesn't long for the land?
Even Arlong, when he was building his Fish-Man Paradise, based it on the model of Sabaody Park.
He didn't hear the conversation happening among some of the Fish-Men as they scattered.
"Is this it, Hody?"
"Is this it? How could it be! They're just humans! Lowly beings who can't survive in water! Watch how I deal with them! Follow me!"
Ian slowly descended, returning to his human form.
He took a quick glance at the long line of people in front of Babanuki.
It looked like there were probably over a thousand people.
Quite a lot.
How many people are there in Fish-Man Island?
This wave should have caught most of the scum from Fish-Man Island.
At least it's a small contribution to raising the average moral standards of this area.
"Ian!"
While he was counting the heads, Yamato walked up with a big smile, raising a hand and pointing. "How about we go over there and play?"
Ian followed her finger.
She was pointing at the Noah.
"Let's go."
Ian nodded happily.
Babanuki's registration would take some more time. Since they had nothing to do, it seemed like a good idea to visit some famous landmarks.
"I'll lead the way,"
Neptune quickly offered.
Noah was too important. If he didn't follow, what if something happened?
So, aside from Babanuki, who stayed behind for the registration, the others headed toward Noah, located deep within Fish-Man District.
Ian could clearly feel the complicated looks from the fishmen as they passed through the streets.
But it didn't matter.
He kept walking straight ahead.
They encountered an issue midway.
Noah was located deep within Fish-Man District, where there were no bubbles. So, everyone had to enter the large fish that was carrying them, inside a bubble, to go into the deep sea.
The closer they got, the more they felt the size of the enormous ship.
As they ventured deeper into Fish-Man District, far from Fish-Man Island, the light from the Sun Tree Eve grew weaker. In this dim environment, Noah appeared even more majestic, like a Titan, faintly visible in the darkness.
"Truly impressive," Ian quietly marveled.
Creating such a ship would definitely not be easy.
The group entered the large ship through a window in the middle of Noah.
Interestingly, there were bubbles inside the ship as well.
"Because there are always people visiting," Neptune explained, "they've made sure to create bubbles inside Noah."
How thoughtful.
Ian thought.
This definitely made visiting easier.
With his Observation Haki, he could sense that there were quite a few people inside Noah at the moment.
And so, the tour began.
