Chapter 73: Chapter 73: Dividing Marineford.

The naval headquarters at Marineford lay in ruins, ravaged by the war.

Garp found the wounded Sengoku, whispered a few words to him, and the two sighed before quietly disappearing from sight.

At the command of the fleet admiral, the remaining high-ranking marines who had arrived in a rush headed for the battleships docked in the inner bay, carrying what little supplies remained.

Though the battle between Iggy and Sengoku was cut short by a moment of deeply personal dialogue, the clash between Iggy's Avenger crew and the Red-Haired Pirates raged on.

In a tight four-on-four confrontation, the Red-Haired Pirates displayed unshakable trust in each other—none interfered in their partners' battles.

Two snipers, each slightly wounded, darted between cover in the wreckage, taking precise shots at their respective targets.

Yasopp, the sharpshooter of the Red-Haired Pirates and Usopp's father, had no need for exaggerated titles. It was said he could hit an ant's antenna from 100 meters without touching the rest of its body. He had switched from a pistol to a long rifle and showed no signs of slacking against an evenly matched opponent.

His counterpart, Van Augur, was no less terrifying—a sniper known for hitting seagulls at a distance of one kilometer. The battle between the world's top marksmen dazzled all who could keep up.

Elsewhere, Fire Fist Ace clashed evenly with Lucky Roux, the ever-eating combatant from the Red-Haired crew.

As the former Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates—strong enough to be considered for the Shichibukai—Ace had feats like destroying five ships with a single attack. But in this fight, his Devil Fruit powers were countered by the overwhelming Haki of the Red-Haired Pirates.

Each of Shanks' crew had mastered both Armament and Observation Haki. Even as flames surged around Lucky Roux's massive frame, they barely left a mark.

Meanwhile, "Gengetsu Hunter" Devon battled Deputy Captain Ben Beckman in a far more brutal match-up.

Beckman, with his powerful physique and expert switching between blade and firearm, had already inflicted two serious wounds. But thanks to the Nine-Tails Zoan fruit, Drvon only lost two tails—still able to fight, refusing to fall.

Their battle dragged into a fierce stalemate.

But the clash that stole everyone's attention was between Shiryu of the Rain and Red-Haired Shanks.

The former Head Jailer of Impel Down now wielded Muramasa, one of the Supreme Grade swords. His infamy rivaled that of Magellan, and his strength stood equal to the Navy's top three admirals.

As blades clashed again and again, Shiryu's swordplay kept pace with one of the Four Emperors. Fueled by the bloodlust emanating from his cursed blade, Shiryu stood toe-to-toe with the one-armed legend.

Elsewhere, Iggy and Garp reached a private understanding. Watching the marines retreat to their ships, Iggy turned toward the final battlefield.

He observed his crew holding their ground against one of the Four Emperors and nodded with satisfaction. Locking eyes with the Red-Haired Pirates, a brilliant white light began to gather in the palm of his hand.

"Not good!"

Shanks, with Observation Haki far sharper than any other, sensed the killing intent instantly. With a clang, he deflected Shiryu's sword and dashed toward his crew, placing himself in front of them.

When he met Iggy's gaze, it was like staring into death itself. Shanks' pupils narrowed.

"Stop!"

His voice boomed across the sky, releasing a wave of Conqueror's Haki that spread like a dome over the entire battlefield. Every member of Iggy's crew felt the pressure in their ears as if the air itself had rumbled.

The red wave of Haki exploded outward, surging toward Iggy.

"Drink!"

Iggy, too, bore the title of "God's Natural Enemy." His will was no weaker than Shanks'.

With a powerful shout, his own Conqueror's Haki erupted—a dark wave of black and red lightning colliding head-on with the redhead's surge.

Energy clashed in midair, splitting the mist and shaking the battlefield with explosive bursts of power.

When the haze cleared, Shanks stood still, astonished. The young Iggy wielded a kingly presence that matched his own.

"Haa... haa…"

But Iggy wasn't unscathed. The exertion had drained him. He dropped to one knee, panting heavily, sweat dripping from his brow.

He looked up at the red-haired Emperor, his heart twisting with fury and frustration.

"Come here!"

With what little strength remained, he called to his three companions.

Shiryu rushed over with the unconscious Van Augur slung over his back. Ace approached, concern etched across his face.

"Do you want to keep going?"

Seeing Iggy collapsed and gasping for air, Shanks' face shifted from surprise to a smug grin. He let out a hearty laugh.

He had expected to be weakened by the earlier shock, but the young Avenger had simply burned out too quickly.

Shanks relished the moment, proud and amused to have outlasted his opponent.

"Of course!"

With a defiant glare, Iggy pulled himself together. He drew in every last shred of life force around him on the battlefield.

Taking advantage of the enemy's hesitation, he began to restore his stamina, white light pulsing in his palm once more.

He motioned for his three comrades to get close.

Raising his fist high, Iggy gathered every ounce of power his revenant abilities could muster.

Shanks' eyes widened in panic.

With a furious roar, Iggy drove his fist into the earth.

A colossal rift tore through Marineford, the split running deep and wide—right down to the sea.

The entire island was cleaved in two.
